Came in to upgrade after many years with an old phone everything went well and surprisingly smooth, I was able to transfer my data in 15 min. First time at a AT&T store so not sure how to compare it but the misinformation here is wild. We heard several things over the phone before transferring from another prescriber and once again when we got here. Well once we got the 1st bill we talked to the same two reps that helped us and all they said was, My Apologies as if that puts my money back in my account or credit it in for next month! I was over charged by $268 (for our multiple lines) with all the extra hidden fees they said wouldn't be there because they would waive them before a certain date but they did not... Empty promises pair perfectly with my pretend winning lotto ticket!!! Stay with your current plan if possible or have them put everything in writing, period. read more

Bought an iPhone 17 did a trade in within a week my phone was disabled (no Ii didn't attempt to log in multiple times) att had no answers for me had to deal with apple took my two months and a bunch of phone calls and Apple Store visits also a att visit for paper work to be able to remove the disable placed on my phone during that time Ii couldn't transfer data now that Ii transferred everything Ii tried to turn in the phone and the refused because it's past 30 days seeing as this wasn't on my Ii figured they would make an exception and take my phone they refused call customer service they refused and refused to give me any type of credit for the situation on top of that my att router got hacked as well they mention they have something to prevent that but it would of been nice if they mentioned it from the start and wild to think that there routers can be hacked instead they want you to download another app to stop that and once again no discount for a whole week with no internet they don't value there customers anymore here Ii suggest everyone go look for another provider it seems att is going down hill bad I'm switching providers as soon as possible Don't waste your time here! read more

A young man came to our door representing AT&T. We had Verizon and we were ready to switch. So my husband and I sat with him and changed 4 lines to AT&T. It was December 5, 2025. He was so busy that we didn't get our phones until December 12, 2925. It has been a nightmare!! We sent them the 4 old phones, filled all of the paperwork for reimbursement to pay off the Verizon phones, paid all the fees. They said that they reimburse us for the 3 out of 4 phones that we paid off. Well they owed us $256 for each phone, $709 for 3 phones. I called AT&T 7 times to see where the reimbursement was to arrive. They sent us one payment of $256 in a Visa, not check. I called the rewards department 7 times and each time they said it's in the mail. I spoke to a supervisor today to see what the delay is. They said that I was over the 120 days to get the reimbursement back. They had us down that we signed up November 15, 2025. That was a lie. It was December 5, 2025. It has been nothing but lies. . I lost my phones to them, and only 1 out of 3 phones reimbursed. The people on the phone were awful humans to talk to. So rude and liars. They have a script to follow. They didn't care about my loss, that they lied about everything. Reimbursement is so difficult and they lie about the dates to really screw the honest customer. I am so unhappy with AT&T. My advice to all is Do Not let an AT&T rep that goes door to door fool you. Always go to the store. The door to door people are phony, liars, you can never get a reply from them and they don't give a damn about the honest customer. I wish we never switched. Looking forward to getting out of AT&T in the future. Good luck folks, be smart and go to the store of any Phone carrier. Do not sign up from the door to door reps. I came here today to update my cell phone plan since I'm flying out to Europe. I needed to add the international package to my line to avoid being charged that expensive roaming fee. ZERO STARS! Not a corporate store! AT&T won't do anything to help with their unethical business practices. My elderly father came in for chargers and walked out with 2 added lines without his knowledge or consent! Almost a year later, after reviewing his account we noticed these added lines. ( he's enrolled in paperless billing) has no idea what he's paying for. Has been billed over $600. Called AT&T and was advised to visit store and speak with manager. Came in, spoke with store manager Lesly. Briefly explained reason for my visit, immediately told me I wouldn't be receiving a refund and told my father and I to "take a seat and we'll have this discussion". I'm not a toddler ma'am and as a paying customer who's been wronged I need a little bit more empathy and accountability. Rushed me out because it was 6:30 p.m. and apparently she needed to be out before 7 pm. Took a picture of one of the many bills I had said she'd call me back and haven't heard from her since. I was helped out by Maribel whom was excellent and really gave me the attention I needed to find a solution that fit my needs. She even demonstrated her impressive knowledge regarding America's aging copper transmission lines and the need to upgrade to fiber optics. Perhaps it would be helpful if the owners suggested their employees acknowledge customers when they enter the store instead of just looking at them and going about their business. There was no greeting or addressing the wait time. A simple "Hello, we will be with you shortly.", would have been appreciated. I was ignored and left after about 10 minutes of walking around. Ok well the wait was horrible I guess AT&T doesn't believe in customer service. Only had one manager and two associates to help a store full of people. Each customer takes about 30 minutes. AT&T needs to provide more payroll to its stores it's that simple. 4 customers walked out in the 1.5 hour that I was there. Service- while the young man that helped us was phenomenal the lack of other employees in the store really made this experience dreadful. Once they finally get to you they are polite and very helpful they know their product well and answer all your questions . Once again service was great once they finally got to you . Ambiance- it's summer time turn on your AC that would keep your customers happy. The AC was off middle of the day then they say o yeah it's off let me turn it on lol. read more

My family and I have been blowing through our data plans each month and we haven't updated in at least 5 years. I came in to see what I could do and I was sold the sweetest dream. Boy was I gullible. David told me that I could do unlimited data for $40 a line no strings attached. Tell me why I was double charged on my bill and the lines are 50/ea not $40? I came in 2 days prior of my billing cycle. I was told he would notate the changes to not take affect for 24 hours. Well he didn't, instead he back dated my plan to the month prior. Meaning I was charged for May and June on my June statement. I don't know who is able to pay a $300 phone bill and not question things. I should be paying $160 a month for my plan but instead I'm paying $200 a month because he inaccurately told me $40/line. Now he's sitting here saying his hands are tied and smirking at me like it's funny. I will not be back, I wish I never updated my plan, I honestly wish we weren't even with ATT. read more

This store is running a complete and utter SCAM. I came here to simply activate my phones. As a nurse I was eligible for the first net plan. Their representative informed me that I am eligible for a free watch as a first responder. I come to find out that I've been charged for the watch. I called first net customer service and they said that a lot of stores had been telling customers that the watch is free when in fact it isn't. I immediately went back to the store and Lesly acted very fake and nice saying that the first net person is out of the office and I would be receiving $70 credit for the watch charges until she contacts me. It was weeks that I waited and had to return to the store, again told that she was out and I would receive a call on Wednesday- like all the rest of the lies, I never received a call on Wednesday. I called again and spoke to lesly and she told me that because it's past the 14 days and the promotion wasn't running at the time, nothing could be done but given a $100 credit towards the watch. EXCUSE ME?! So I am being punished and paying for something that I didn't agree to because your establishment is running a scam?! I informed her that I will not accept this and I will be reporting them to the better business bureau because this is an utter scam and they should not be in business. This store is terrible! Apparently it's not a corporate store so any accessories you purchase can not be exchanged or refunded at any other store. And of course they never have anything in stock and they say they can't order accessories. So I am left with a Mophi charger, that I just recently purchased that doesn't work. There is another AT&T store right down the street on Firestone that is a corporate store. I suggest you go there. read more

Monica wouldn't even let me explain my issue because she continued to cut me off while I was speaking. I literally had to ask her if I can please speak and explain myself. Rude!
