Monday, October 20th between 10:20am-10:30am. Where to start?!The minute I walked in I sensed I needed to make a u-turn. I encountered a horrid employee (younger Latina female with dark longish hair) which is actually an understatement. There was an elderly gentleman and the horrid employee inside the empty store. The elder was trying to remove an extra line that was added and charged for without his consent. After a couple of minutes I interrupted the employee and asked if I could return a few accessories that I purchased at the Long Beach location (Verizon/Victra). Her tone and attitude was brusque. I answered her question to what I was returning and waited for her to finish with elder. As she spoke with him, her impertinence was obvious. There was a strong indication that she did not want to help either of us. She asked the elder to "click on the link" on his phone. He didn't hear her or understood...so, she abruptly said, "click on the link!" I couldn't believe my ears. She then turns to me and said, "you can't return that here." Wait, what?! I asked why and she stated that all locations have different inventory. She didn't look inside my bag...how would she know?! I got up from where I was sitting and told her that I didn't like the way she was talking to the elder and that she was unprofessional. I asked for her name and reported the incident to Verizon's customer care. I have never experienced such verbal insensitivity towards customers. This employee is either waiting to be fired or simply toxic. Beware! I recommend going to a Verizon corporate store and not Verizon/Victra. Victra is a third-party who is an authorized retailer for Verizon. The culture of Verizon corporate stores are much more appealing and professional. read more

If paying your bill by cash at this specific (or any) Verizon Victra store, there is a $3 processing fee. I don't know if there's a processing fee if paying by card. Please go to any Verizon store that is not associated with Victra if paying by cash. They still had a nice selection of phones and tablets, which is great. The service was good, as I received immediate assistance at the store. read more

Stopped by Verizon today and had a really great experience. Dez, Juri, and Joshua were all super helpful and took the time to work through my options together instead of just trying to sell me something. I felt like they genuinely wanted to make sure I got the best value and understood everything before making a decision. Long time customer. First time at Norwalk location. David was an overall good representative for the Verizon, although his peers and Verizon Customer far from being any good. Getting correct information was almost impossible, was directed to deal with FEDEx myself, then told this should never have taken this long "we will do something to make this right", nothing was done nor offered. My family and I received THE BEST customer service from Cristal!!! We came in to add a line to our family plan. We didn't know it was by appointment, but luckily she didn't have any customers and the next appointment wasn't until an hour later. She explained to us all the benefits we could receive, the offers available and all the details on new gadgets. My sister-in-law (who was adding her line) ended up trading in her old iPhone for a new iPhone Pro Max, I traded in my Galaxy Watch for an Apple Watch and we are working on merging two more lines! She explained everything, gave us options and was the nicest customer service encounter I have ever experienced. SHE DESERVES A RAISE!!! I'm a not too tech savvy senior citizen and I just had the best experience at the Victra Verizon retailer in Norwalk! I upgraded my Samsung phone online, but when I got it in the mail, I didn't have a clue how to get the new phone set up. Luckily I'd used this Victra Verizon store for a previous upgrade . I took the new phone in this morning and Kenny totally help me out!! He was very professional, knowledgeable and really nice!! He answered my questions and showed me how to use some features on the new phone. He made me feel very comfortable with my new phone!! I'm a long time Verizon customer. I dropped and cracked my phone to the point where it was dangerous to touch. I went to the corporate store on a Sunday and there was 2 hr wait but I didn't have the time to spare the wait plus the process of getting the phone. I've always been skeptical about these kinds of places....additional fees, non legit....just weary. I was driving down the street with 2 of my kiddos and I see this massive Verizon sign. I go in....and I meet Kenny....with my skeptical eye and 15 questions. The process is the same with this place and the corporate store. The difference is....there was no wait....not many folks were here....and there was space for my 8 and 5 year old to chill....check out the phones and be comfortable. Kenny answer all 15 of my questions....walked me through the process with a smile and even backed my data up on my laptop that I brought with me. He was kind, patient and explained everything thoroughly. When I told him how much time I had....because I was off to a movie that I purchased tickets for online....he kept reminding me...that he'd be finished in time. And he was. Phone replaced, programmed and ready for use when I walked out the door....on time for my movie! This has definitely changed my perspective on this specific Agent for Verizon. read more

I had been wanting to switch my husbands cellular service for a while, and as a long time Verizon customer, I wanted to go to Verizon. I'm very picky about 3rd party vendors, because they try and upsell you on items you don't need. We were met by Leo, who's now the manager. I let him know my concerns and was very understanding and made sure we wouldn't buy anything that we didn't need. No pressure. He then walked us through the process and let us know our options. We were then able to go through the finances to see what would be our best choice. Leo was very genuine and down to earth, which made the process even easier. My 1yr old daughter also made a bit of a mess, but he was understanding. It took a while for us to go through the transaction as we had to transfer data from one phone to the other, and he remained patient with us through it all. At first I went to the Verizon in Cerritos, and I found the staff to be rude and unknowledgeable. I almost abandoned the idea of Verizon, until I went to this location. I found this office to have excellent customer service. The representative that stood out the most was Joana V. She was really knowledgeable and relatable. She acknowledged every customer that came thru the door, she was willing to answer questions and she was very patient with me as I opened 4 new lines.
