I called in asking for a quote. Got a real dirt cheap price to fix my 6s Plus screen that was crack, compared to other places that wanted to price jack me for a screen repair for $130. I went in to drop of my phone to get repair it was like 10mins later he called me and said my phone was ready to pick up!!! Wow, I was surprise due to he told me it was going to be an hour for the repair! Definitely would recommend this place if you are looking for a cheap phone repair in the location of Bellflower, Ca. Would give him 122 stars if I could. Will be back Mike if I need my phone fixed again. My phone is brand new again!!! Thanks again mike!!!

This place was fast and affordable! My first place quote was over $110 and Xeng charged $75 and had my phone done in less than 2 hours. I am so glad I found this little spot in Bellflower. I highly recommend! I just don't highly recommended streaming a baseball game without protection on your device. read more

Wow! I've been up here quite a few times with 4 phones in the family. Mike is smart, personable and has the amazing customer focus. Mostly we have accidents and break our glass. Fast, good price and excellent communication. My son's phone speaker stopped working and I figured it was an easy fix. Unfortunately Mike had to tell me it was the IC and it is something only Apple can do. Bummer, I won't go to Apple (another story), but I'm glad Mike knows all of this and is trustworthy and has a great business. He also has great accessories for sale. And pay by the month phones. I would recommend you give yourself something to do meanwhile you wait for your phone to be fixed depending what you need to be done for it might take anywhere between 40 min to hours. parking lot is very small so be aware of that as well. read more

Just got a replacement iPhone from ATT so I want to get tempered glass again. The tempered glass is much thicker than the plastic. So I checked this place out and he shows me the tempered glass and it's plastic I can tell. I was not going to argue the point since this plastic screen proctor was only $5.00 installed. I will get the glass later on. But for $5 I know the screen is protected . read more

Wonderful experience with this professional business. I visited the 8G Wireless in Bellflower, to have a broken screen on my iPhone 4s fixed. Having a rather bad day all the way around - when it rains/it pours. Anyway, Mike was kind, helpful and answered many questions I had. Offered me a very fair price and fixed phone in less than an hour. He noticed another problem that I was aware of - but didn't have the money to correct and he also took care of that for no additional charge. Was in desperate need of my phone screen to be replaced, I dropped it way too many times and it finally met its maker. I priced around and lots of places were at such ridiculous prices that at that price I could just replace it under the asurion program. I just wanted a fast, reliable and reasonably priced screen replacement and this place was exactly that. The guy was not only approachable but he wasn't too pushy trying to sell me on other items besides a glass screen protector, which if I wasn't waiting for the new iPhone to come out, I would've gotten the screen protector. I had my phone back within the hour and it was a super great price. No problems so far neither with the screen. read more

Michael is not a honest person. He sold us an iPhone 7 that doesn't work. He said that was an apple issue and we took it to the apple store and learned that it was a defective phone. I'm warning you not to buy anything from this business. HORRIBLE! He will refuse to refund or work something out once he gets paid. read more

I had a major cracked screen, with pieces missing out of my phone. I came here to get my phone fixed, went out with my grandma and ate lunch. An hour later we came back, he handed me my phone and it looked brand new! He did an amazing job! I forgot to ask his name, but he did a great job! It looks phenomenal! I would recommend anyone and everyone to this place. Not only did he do a great job on the phone, he was also very helpful to us when we had questions. After having a bad experience at a iphone repair shop in norwalk on rosecrans i drove out of my way to come to 8G and give them a chance 9/12/2017 . I walked in and was greeted by the employee . I didnt catch his name. Then i told him how furious i was about the other place and how they wasted my time and that they told me it would take 30 min to replace my iphone 6 phone battery and he said it should only take about 10 minutes ! So i was shocked about how confident he was . So i gave him my phone and without a doubt he actually completed the job in 10 minutes without any excuses or anything and it came with 90 days warranty ! I paid 30$ for the job and have been happy ever since . This is legit spot that doesnt give any excuses and is honest . I would recommend this spot to anyone in the area . read more

These guys are great. Run by two Cambodian brothers, they are so kind, cool and fair-spirited. I "bricked" my iPhone and no one I knew could fix it. I saw this place on Craigslist and schlepped out from LA to Bellflower. It's a tiny little strip mall joint, selling mobile phones, but boy can they fix iphones up and repair them. So reasonable too. They told me if they couldn't repair it, I wouldn't have to pay. They not only fixed it for me while I waited, they replaced the battery and charged me next to nothing. Seriously, iphone geeks I knew told me my phone was toast, but these guys fixed it. Super cool guys, super cool ethics, really good at what they do. read more

My daughter's Galaxy S22 Ultra screen cracked inside her backpack, and she needed a replacement ASAP. Other places either tried to upsell us, couldn't give a straight answer about pricing or availability, or became pushy the moment we asked about the difference between original and aftermarket screens. One store even called me four times after I politely said I would look elsewhere. Edgar was the complete opposite. He answered every question with patience, honesty, and zero pressure. He didn't rush me, didn't try to upsell, and didn't call repeatedly after giving me a quote. He simply provided clear information and genuine customer service, something that's rare these days. Because of his professionalism, I'll be dropping off my daughter's phone tomorrow and taking my business here. A little patience and honesty truly go a long way, and Edgar showed both. Zero Customer Service. Rude. I like to support small businesses, but will not spend a cent with someone as entitled and rude as this. He also had the audacity to ask if no one would fix my phone for what I paid to have the identical fix performed before...and although he's only a couple blocks from my house, I will take my device anywhere else BUT here.
