I called in asking for a quote. Got a real dirt cheap price to fix my 6s Plus screen that was crack, compared to other places that wanted to price jack me for a screen repair for $130. I went in to drop of my phone to get repair it was like 10mins later he called me and said my phone was ready to pick up!!! Wow, I was surprise due to he told me it was going to be an hour for the repair! Definitely would recommend this place if you are looking for a cheap phone repair in the location of Bellflower, Ca. This place was fast and affordable! My first place quote was over $110 and Xeng charged $75 and had my phone done in less than 2 hours. I am so glad I found this little spot in Bellflower. I highly recommend coming to this place if your phone has any water damage and is not working. Also very affordable! The workers here will do their best to try to get your phone working again no matter what the issue is with it. Wow! I've been up here quite a few times with 4 phones in the family. Mike is smart, personable and has the amazing customer focus. Mostly we have accidents and break our glass. Fast, good price and excellent communication. My son's phone speaker stopped working and I figured it was an easy fix. Unfortunately Mike had to tell me it was the IC and it is something only Apple can do. Bummer, I won't go to Apple (another story), but I'm glad Mike knows all of this and is trustworthy and has a great business. He also has great accessories for sale. And pay by the month phones. Just got a replacement iPhone from ATT so I want to get tempered glass again. The tempered glass is much thicker than the plastic. So I checked this place out and he shows me the tempered glass and it's plastic I can tell. I was not going to argue the point since this plastic screen proctor was only $5.00 installed. Wonderful experience with this professional business. I visited the 8G Wireless in Bellflower, to have a broken screen on my iPhone 4s fixed. Having a rather bad day all the way around - when it rains/it pours. Anyway, Mike was kind, helpful and answered many questions I had. Offered me a very fair price and fixed phone in less than an hour. He noticed another problem that I was aware of - but didn't have the money to correct and he also took care of that for no additional charge. Was in desperate need of my phone screen to be replaced, I dropped it way too many times and it finally met its maker. I priced around and lots of places were at such ridiculous prices that at that price I could just replace it under the asurion program. I just wanted a fast, reliable and reasonably priced screen replacement and this place was exactly that. The guy was not only approachable but he wasn't too pushy trying to sell me on other items besides a glass screen protector, which if I wasn't waiting for the new iPhone to come out, I would've gotten the screen protector. I had my phone back within the hour and it was a super great price. No problems so far neither with the screen. read more

Michael is not a honest person. He sold us an iPhone 7 that doesn't work. He said that was an apple issue and we took it to the apple store and learned that it was a defective phone. I'm warning you not to buy anything from this business. HORRIBLE! He will refuse to refund or work something out once he gets paid. read more

I had a major cracked screen, with pieces missing out of my phone. I came here to get my phone fixed, went out with my grandma and ate lunch. An hour later we came back, he handed me my phone and it looked brand new! He did an amazing job! I forgot to ask his name, but he did a great job! It looks phenomenal! I would recommend anyone and everyone to this place. Not only did he do a great job on the phone, he was also very helpful to us when we had questions. After having a bad experience at a iphone repair shop in norwalk on rosecrans i drove out of my way to come to 8G and give them a chance 9/12/2017 . I walked in and was greeted by the employee . I didnt catch his name. Then i told him how furious i was about the other place and how they wasted my time and that they told me it would take 30 min to replace my iphone 6 phone battery and he said it should only take about 10 minutes ! So i was shocked about how confident he was . So i gave him my phone and without a doubt he actually completed the job in 10 minutes without any excuses or anything and it came with 90 days warranty ! These guys are great. Run by two Cambodian brothers, they are so kind, cool and fair-spirited. I "bricked" my iPhone and no one I knew could fix it. I saw this place on Craigslist and schlepped out from LA to Bellflower. It's a tiny little strip mall joint, selling mobile phones, but boy can they fix iphones up and repair them. So reasonable too. They told me if they couldn't repair it, I wouldn't have to pay. They not only fixed it for me while I waited, they replaced the battery and charged me next to nothing. Seriously, iphone geeks I knew told me my phone was toast, but these guys fixed it. Super cool guys, super cool ethics, really good at what they do. read more

I showed up with a new case and he put it on for me. Jose is professional, thorough, and is a nice young man. Everyone I have spoken and worked with at CIR provides knowledgeable and courteous service. Thank you for saving me not only hundreds of dollars, but also my data that sometimes doesn't get backed up and under gets lost when upgrading to a new phone. And right then and there, I knew I had to get my PS3 repaired from these guys, and it was for a pretty niche repair. It was to fix the wifi/bt module, which ultimately got replaced, with, in my opinion, a quick turnaround of two weeks. It's only been a day, but the PS3 is fully functional again, and I was informed of a warranty which truly reflects the confidence and quality behind their work :o). Thank you again !!

You're sitting there staring at this game thinking this is the coolest thing you've ever seen. That feeling is exactly what this place brings back. I came in looking for a PS2 for my boyfriend's birthday and, honestly, I know almost nothing about video games. I was a little intimidated, but these guys were great. They knew their stuff, explained everything, and actually cared about helping me find the right thing instead of just making a sale. I had my 8-month-old with me, and they were super welcoming. I walked out with the perfect gift, and my boyfriend was absolutely ecstatic. You can tell these guys grew up loving games and never lost that excitement. If you're into retro games, or even if you're clueless like me but need a great gift, go check them out.

I came here with a cracked screen 4 months ago and he fixed it no problem. My screen started to pop up and made my phone glitch so I came back in (no receipt or anything) and he fixed it and replaced the screen again for free and in 30 minutes. Great service! read more

I am so happy I found this place my phone fell in the water and was in their for a few minutes my phone cut off and all, I dropped my phone off to him the next day for a few hours and it was fixed just like that. I was so impressed and it was affordable. read more
