These guys are great. Run by two Cambodian brothers, they are so kind, cool and fair-spirited. I "bricked" my iPhone and no one I knew could fix it. I saw this place on Craigslist and schlepped out from LA to Bellflower. It's a tiny little strip mall joint, selling mobile phones, but boy can they fix iphones up and repair them. So reasonable too. They told me if they couldn't repair it, I wouldn't have to pay. They not only fixed it for me while I waited, they replaced the battery and charged me next to nothing. I cracked my phone took it into this place and paid 165$ for them to fix it and put a screen protector. That was the amount I was expecting to pay which was fine. The man asked me if the screen was cracked or did it also have issues with the digital aspect not working for example the screen was discolored etc. I said no, no issues and he looked it over and agreed. A few days later I look at my phone have not dropped it or done anything and it's discolored now with a purple strip. I call these guys back to let them know and they want to no part in it and say that oh it must have had damage we didn't know about. I ask if they could look at it and fix it without charging me because I read online that this means they didn't install the phone screen correctly . They said no and it was my problem. Horrible customer service I wouldn't trust this establishment. I just lost out on 165$ to these crooks. Don't go here!!!! read more

When my iPhone 5 home button stopped working, I got it fixed here for $15. Their rates compete with places around the area, they're the cheapest but they get the job done. (The home button piece that replaced my old one is not a genuine Apple factory piece by comparing it with other iPhone home buttons, but hey it still works) I stayed in the store and waited for my phone because the man said it would take about 30 minutes. A little story of what happened .. my husband iPhone 6 Plus just stopped charging and turned off, we had no clue what was going on. We took it to the Apple Store and they wanted to charge us 300$ Bc it was something with the motherboard of the phone . We decided to wait and So this is my second time bringing a iPhone in for some type of repair and they were awesome. Took my iPhone 5 for crack screen ,when I took it the girl working there replaced the screen the first time and damaged the rim doing it a week later my screen was falling out, took it back the guy there honored it and replaced it but this time after "repair" the speaker was not working and the screen was still coming out brought it back he fixed it and this time I couldn't do anything at all! The screen was frozen, he said they sold him defective screens it's not his fault and there's nothing he can do gave me half my money back and expects me to go to apple to pay 260$ for my phone to be replaced he did not want to give me a full refund because he says he lost money on it!!! and if you do go DO NOT let the girl do it she doesn't know what she's doing and she'll damage the phone trying to repair it. I came in around noon to have my iphone's screen replaced. The girl over the counter printed out a receipt and told me to come back at 6 with my phone because they were busy. I journey back, arrive at 6:10pm and notice all the security bars locked and closed. They misled me, wasted my time and fuel. I will never come here for any service and will not recommend this business to my friends or the folks on yelp. Find yourself a well established repair shop that will be HONEST. read more

This place is awesome. I brought my iPhone 5 in to have the rear camera replaced and they only charged me $30. Everywhere else quoted me $50. The guy called me and said there was a problem with my battery and it wouldn't charge. Initially I was pissed off because he said it wasn't his fault it was broken when it clearly was since it didn't have that problem when I brought it in. Either way he fixed it without charging me, and he gave me all the original parts that were replaced. For the most part this guy is honest and fair. I have an iPad 2 with a cracked screen that he said he'll replace for only $30, provided I supply the part, whereas someone else quoted me $80 for that same exact service. If you shop around you'll find that this guy's prices are pretty much unbeatable. read more

Recently had my iPhone 6 screen replaced, the service was fast but the quality of work lacked, my keyboard wasn't working and I was unable to swipe left or right, I went back and the technician took a look at my phone he then declared it was the motherboard, so I contacted Apple Store to set up an appointment motherboard was in good condition it was the generic screen/LCD that was replaced which caused the phone to malfunction, needed up going to a different independent shop to get a new LCD/screen put on.", beware when you go here I will be contacting bureau of better business read more

BEWARE If I could give zero stars I would. I took my IPhone 5 in to Mike after reading all the good reviews. Sadly my experience was not the same. Had him replace a flex cable to fix a non working sleep/lock button. A common problem in IPhone 5's. After two hours I picked my phone up with the original problem corrected. The only problem with my phone when I took it to Mike was the lock button, everything else worked fine. When I got home I went to plug my headphones in and surprise NOT working. Also my microphone is not working at regular volume. Voice sounds very distant and low. So short story, Mike broke my phone. He fixed a problem but then created another. He refuses to admit that he caused any damage. States he fixed the issue it had and did not cause damage. He changed out the mike/earphone plug cable and still the same. So the damage is deeper inside the phone. Changing out the flex cable requires a lot of removal of internal components and I am sure that is where he created the new issue/problem. Mike fixed my phone but then broke it. I took it in with a perfectly good working microphone and head phone jack and left not the same. Will not take responsibility and says there is nothing he can or will do. So take your phone at your own risk as he will not stand by his work. read more
