She explained to me there was a promotion that I qualified for that would give each line on my account 10gb of 4g data AND would be $20 cheaper than the bill I was paying! She was able to put me on my new plan and have it start up on my next billing cycle. Some time goes by and I get an email for another promotion T-Mobile is having for a free tablet as long as I add a data plan to it. I go to the store and was lucky enough to have Joanna help me again. I'm so lucky because she was so helpful the last time, I was sure she would help me out greatly this time. She showed me the tablet they were offering and explained I can get a "match my data" plan for it, meaning it would match the data I have on my cell lines to the table, up to 5gb, for only $10. Which was such a great deal because the other plans cost more and had less data. She was able to get me in and out of the store with a brand new tablet in such a short amount of time. If I ever need to go back to the store, I'm going to call ahead and make sure Joanna is working so she can help me. She deserves a raise for being so helpful :)

Went in there few weeks ago, was looking for an employee who is always willing to help anyone and…read morevery helpful, I think his name is Jay of Johnny but I was told by the employees that he does not work at this location anymore, this is very disappointing because everyone here have attitude especially the ladies that work here always rush me out and that gentlemen helped me with my bills questions or always helps me to transfer my data. This store got many new employees and replaced old ones so disappointing that they hire lazy people. The lady even laughed at me and said good luck finding that employee?

I can understand why this location has received negative reviews. My father went into the store…read moresimply to make a payment on his phone account, but an additional line was added to his account without his knowledge or consent. This is completely unacceptable, especially when dealing with older customers who may not fully understand what is being added to their account. What is even more concerning is that we were told the person involved may be one of the managers. Customers should be able to trust that their accounts are being handled honestly and transparently. I hope management takes this matter seriously and ensures that this does not happen to other customers because this is fraud! I will file a complaint to CPUC.

Alfonso was working at the Montebello location and was incredibly helpful in assisting my mom and brother with an issue. Verizon customer service made a simple change request into a disaster of a mess. Alfonso overheard the hour and half conversation and stepped in to resolve the issue. Unfortunately the mess Verizon customer service created continued to another month. Alfonso was no longer at the Montebello location but I was able to reach him and he again took the time to resolve the mess CREATED by customer service. Verizon is very fortunate to have an exemplary young man working for them!

He went above and beyond with my parents and make sure that we had the best deals possible. He was able to answer our questions as we were going through the update process. He even gave me tips on how to activate the phone once we got home. Really happy with Julian's service with us yesterday!! We were in and out of the store in 35 minutes or so.

I called him and he says he cant doit because he cant return the screen and i would have to most likely pay agsin, I asked him if it was original which he lied about. and then ignored my calls after that. which caused my camera and s pen to stopped working. had to get phone repaired somewhere else and confirmed repaired job and screen was subpar.

Im glad to say that my mother and I were assisted with our trade-ins and new purchases with great efficiency. The manager on site was Brenda she helped make my check out process quick and efficient. An employee named Andrew also gave me a great suggestion for a new speaker, I walked out with that added to my bags too. P.s. I also noticed both employees had great smiles and greeted all the other patrons that walked in. The location was clean, organized and well stocked. :D
