From the moment I signed up, I was almost immediately reached out to by a driver from Ziply. He was friendly and politely informed me that his vehicle was too small for the job, but that Matt from dispatching would be searching for an alternate vehicle and would be calling me shortly. All of that happened. Not only was my mattress picked up quickly, delivered professionally, but also, the cost was so much more reasonable than what the "tasker" had charged me. Definitely definitely recommend!!!

Not all heroes wear capes--some drive delivery vans and have a sixth sense for cake-saving…read more I live in Ft. Lauderdale, but I ordered a cake from Susie Cakes in Long Beach, CA, to surprise my sister in Huntington Beach. Sounds simple, right? WRONG. I tried Uber Delivery, DoorDash, and many more other delivery services and even sent a few heartfelt pleas to the universe--nobody was willing to deliver my precious dessert. It was like a sad, cake-less episode of Mission Impossible. In a final act of desperation (and possibly madness), I opened a Yelp project request, and bam--Santos to the rescue! Not only did he respond faster than a pizza delivery guy, but he quoted me an amazing price despite it being a last-minute, urgent cake mission. Like, I could almost hear him say, "Cake? No problem." Then, the real magic happened. Santos sent me photos of him arriving at the bakery, a screenshot of the GPS routing him to my sister's home (he's basically the cake delivery GPS whisperer), and even a shot of the cake safely at my sister's doorstep like a true cake hero. Santos's service was above and beyond anything I could have ever expected--professional, friendly, polite, and seemingly part-time superhero. If you need something delivered with the urgency of a secret agent and the precision of a ninja, look no further. You won't be disappointed with Santos at Pro Pickup and Delivery. Unless you don't like cake... then, maybe. But still, five stars!

Armando was courteous and patient, very attend to details and very considerate/accommodates of my keep changing schedule situation. When I reached out - He responds right away and listens to all my concerns and requests (with so much patient). I would've give him a 6 stars review if there's room to add one more star cause he really listens and follows through which is really rare these days. He text me when he got to the pick up location, he texted me when he pick up the items (even sent me picture of the things pick up) and promptly get to the destination with my items in perfect condition. And that big smile on his face! And so polite, what a gentleman!! GREAT JOB, Armando, you are now my sole go to guy from now on and I will tell all my church friends to contact you!!

My package was safely delivered to its location in under 2 hours and they provided delivery notes as to who signed for the package and when. They helped me move a very heavy washer/dryer combo (300+ lbs) and a massive 10-foot couch. Both items could've easily been a nightmare, but Jonny and his helper, Mathew, handled everything smoothly and professionally. Mathew especially deserves a shoutout--super professional, easy to work with, and honestly impressively strong given his build. You can tell these guys know exactly what they're doing and take pride in their work. I know they mainly service the upper San Gabriel Valley area, so I feel lucky they were able to take on my move. If you're looking for reliable, responsive, and competitively priced movers, I'd highly recommend Jonny and his team. Appreciate these guys!

Like, I might as well just go to Sacramento. No... but for real, it's a huge pain, and I'm lazy. I have a couple of go-to services who are usually efficient, quick and polite. So, *ahem* they totally bailed on me when I needed them most. I'm not gonna yelp-shame them, but I WILL say that Speedy G wins the Gold Cup for courier. I called them in a panic after the second courier dispatcher had missed my deadline and was unreachable, at 12:04. She called me back at 12:09 with a quote and said she'd be there in 40-45 minutes. She arrived in 30 and somehow had my package there just past 1. I don't know how she did it, but was professional, quick, a woman of her word, and her van is adorable too. (I had a courier show up in a hoopty once, so that's big with me.) She texted me upon arrival, solidified details, and gave me full confirmation after delivery and emailed me a receipt. She really is quite affordable, even with my emergency, last minute delivery. No crazy charges, no hidden fees, no weird "you pay me $3/minute of traffic" bull. I like when businesses are straight-up and she nailed it. I know it's tempting to choose the sleek, online quote, automated services, but if you want to actually talk to someone, communicate specifics and you want your package actually delivered with no bs, and excellent customer service, save yourself the headache and anxiety and just call Carmen.

They handed it to me at my house. I'll change my rating from 1/5 to 3/5 since they did next-day it on a weekend to make up for the initial no delivery. I think speaking to a person is the way to go, because they can mark it as 'priority' to fix it. I told support it was medicine, so they marked it priority. -------------------- Delivery driver showed up to house, marked undeliverable, and left. My package had important medication. There are no dogs outside, no fence blocking the way, no code. It's literally just a house. Customer service said they'd priority it and try to send it back same-day. Of course it didn't happen. Now I guess time will tell if I was robbed, and have to get the medication from somewhere else quickly. Stressed out and miserable looking this company up and seeing everyone else's horror stories.

OnTrac is the worst ever! With so many similar experiences there business will be out…read more My first experience was a few months ago when I ordered an air purifier from Target. They used OnTrac to deliver it. I got a message saying it was undeliverable because an access code was needed, which was incorrect. There is a directory they can use to buzz themselves in if they were knowledgeable and trained delivery personnel. I was furious because I was staying at my parents' house because of the Boyle Heights fire and wanted to leave the air purifier running in my apartment for a few days before going back. I made a complaint to an online representative. I didn't get my package until DAYS LATER because these people were too lazy to do their job. Totally unacceptable. Then I ordered boxes recently from Walmart because I was moving. 2nd time I get OnTrac--again, the same note: undeliverable because an access code was needed. WTF! Again, the exact same thing!!! I am moving and needed my boxes. I ended up having to go to the store to get boxes instead. Then, when the package was finally delivered, the box was already opened--the tape had been cut. The delivery driver even confronted me because I had left an angry note about not receiving my package. My apartment number was clearly on the shipping label. He stated my unit number was missing perhaps to cover his ass. There was also tape that had been put over all the loose cardboard and written on it missing unit number . Which makes no sense because it was on the shipping label. Does he not know how to read labels?? Total incompetent useless employees. This whole experience was ridiculous. Bunch of crooks
