After figuring out what prints I needed, they even cut them for me because they knew I was in a rush. So that way, all I had to do was put the tape on the back of the photos and place them where I wanted them. It was nice of them to not charge me for a roll of tape either! I'm now returning to the U.S., after my vacation and the box has not arrived yet. Honestly, this level of inconsistency and lack of follow-through makes me question if I'll ever use them again. She texted 24" x 17" x 24". I texted back and I asked where i can get bigger boxes. That woman on the 479-420-1450 called me yelling at me and telling me that I did not understand her and was talking down to me like I was a stupid little girl. Needless to say, we had a text exchange that I can post here if anyone is interested. She was VERY VERY RUDE. In her text messages, she even threatened to come to my house and explain to me in person about the boxes. I told her that she cant threatened people and if she does that, she will get a police report and I will shoot her on my property. Imagine that exchange???? I emailed customer service and told them everything and they said that it was just a misunderstanding. Misunderstanding my ass. I will report this company for having psychotic employees.
