It's next to a barber shop so you might miss it, but there is parking in front and I think there is a driveway for additional parking. This place offers a lot of services! A fairly big package of documents (almost 200 pages) that needed to be printed, a few that needed to be notarized, a few that had to be in color, and then shipped. Joseph at the front desk was a tremendous help and and had me out of there in roughly 15 minutes despite everything that I needed. Price was fair and they went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. I can't recommend them enough. They also provide business card, flyer, and brochure services, and much more. Here is the skinny on the place: Good 1. Notary Price are Cheap ($10) 2. Check in Coupon 10% ($1 off) Bad 1. Customer Service is not too great 2. No Parking 3. It's a little dingy inside I gave them 3 stars overall but then again for a notary that only charges $10 per signature I am willing to walk into a zoo for a signature. Prices are very reasonable and for that I would come back. However, they do need to clean up a little, bring some light into the office so it don't feel like you are in a correctional facility library and we would be great. I went to get my fingerprints done here for convenience as it was near my office. Having had my fingerprints taken several times I know the routine. The administrator did not seem to knowledgeable and was not able to get accurate prints. We had to rescan several prints as because they did not pass. Fast forward a couple weeks I receive a letter stating that the fingerprints needed to be resubmitted as they were unclear. I return to get my fingerprints resubmitted and the older gentleman refused me. He stated that the DOJ needed to contact him in order to re-fingerprint me. I showed proof of payment and the letter. He still refused. I asked for a refund. He refused. He gave me the run around about contacting his manager to basically get me to leave. I asked for the name and number to his manager. He refused. I asked how he was going to contact the DOJ and guess what? He refused to tell me how because it was "top secret". This was the WORST customer service I have ever had. Please heed the warning and do not use this place. read more
