After figuring out what prints I needed, they even cut them for me because they knew I was in a rush. So that way, all I had to do was put the tape on the back of the photos and place them where I wanted them. It was nice of them to not charge me for a roll of tape either! Splendid, I thought--efficiency without financial penalty. A rare and beautiful thing. Imagine my surprise when reality failed to align with this verbal contract. Upon returning, I spoke to the very same man, who--rather impressively--appeared to have undergone a complete memory wipe. He denied ever making such claims. Not even a hint of recognition. It was only after I painstakingly recited the conversation nearly verbatim (thank you, brain, for retaining useless yet critical data) that he began to... recalibrate his story. At this point, one must ask: is this a print shop, or an experimental facility testing the limits of customer patience and human honesty? Customer service, I've heard, involves consistency, accountability, and not rewriting history when convenient. If this gentleman is going to engage in what can only be described as conversational improvisation, perhaps customers should be issued transcripts upon entry. In conclusion: misleading information, reluctant acknowledgment, and a performance that could rival amateur theatre. Would not recommend--unless you enjoy a bit of light gaslighting with your printing services.

My mother recently passed away and I came into possession of her Roman Missal and a New Testament…read more They were in a sorry state, with the covers falling off but I wanted to save them because my mom had cherished these books as a young woman back in the 1950's. The New Testament was an inexpensive one with cardboard covers. My mother had written notes in it though, so it felt very special. I arranged with David Weinstein to replace the cover with a synthetic material but he found a small piece of beautiful leather and used that at no extra charge. The Missal was re-covered with goat skin. Both volumes were embossed in gold script on the covers. They look and feel amazing - like new books with a whole new life. It was so nice to hang out for a bit with David in his peaceful shop. I would definitely come back to see him for any other book binding needs. He's a real artist.

FedEx, DHL, USPS, Private mailboxes with a real address, copying, faxing, printing, Bill Pays, livescan fingerprinting, Auto registration, notary public, shipping supplies, name tag, and mail drop box. The graphic designer is able to do personalized business cards, flyers, NCR forms, postcards, invitations, brochures, lamination, and binding. This store is great with customer service. I walked in a couple of minutes before 9pm thinking they closed at 9. The employees were not in a rush to get you back out the door. Very kind employees. They believe in "Treat others as you want to be treated " I say this because of their actions. Today again I had to use their services.
