He answered each question, which definitely put my sister's mind at ease. Everything was displayed on a large screen as he walked her through the process. He also asked pertinent questions to ensure that everything would be done to protect her children's best interests/inheritance etc. Once we finished the consultation, my sister proceeded with the process to begin drafting her Trust. We came back a couple of weeks later. However, prior to our second appointment, their legal assistants called to make sure that they had the correct names and order in which things should fall under when the time comes. My sister ended up making some changes to her Trust during that second appointment. Once everything was done, they sent in the notary to complete the process. We left with a binder, flash drive, and small business card that listed my sister's Trust on it. We also left with peace of mind. This was a long time coming, and it needed to be done. It also helps that their price for the process to write the Trust is comparable to other law offices. In the end, we were glad to have finally completed the process. The convenience of the location and their ability to accommodate us within a short time period made life easier for my sister. Other law offices had appointments 3 to 4 weeks out!
