A+ above and beyond he and his assistant came to the hospital and notarized the signatures needed for two different trusts. He had an independent attorney come separately to verify that there was no coercion or taking advantage of. I feel like he was in the hospital for six or eight hours. It was a really long time two different sessions it would not have taken so long if I would have given him all the information before he was researching deeds and titles so many different properties in front of me have they given him the info in advance, like I said, and requested that all that be done as much as possible before the hospital visit it would've been much quicker in person because of having a loved one in the hospital. I missed seeing his email that was requesting all that information prior to his arrival so do your work before his appointment if your time is valuable if not, then know you'll have many hours of company while this man works so hard to do a great job. I waited until all the deeds were recorded and mailed to me before I posted my review. You will not be sorry his pricing is transparent and he's not pushy about what services you pick. read more

My sister wanted a Living Trust, so I made an appointment for her with Mr. Brasov. I took her to the scheduled meeting and listened in quietly. After the meeting, she told me she didn't feel comfortable with his questioning, and the responses he provided. She made a decision to seek out another attorney. I contacted Mr. Brasov, through Yelp, and told him that my sister decided to look elsewhere for her project. He responded and wrote "thank you for letting me know". A few days later my sister realized she left the original copy of her Grant Deed, on his desk, in his office. She asked her realtor to contact Mr. Brasov, and inquire about the missing Grant Deed. The realtor did. Mr. Brasov told him he had it and would leave the paper at the front desk. After a couple of days went by my sister went to pick-up the paper. When she opened the envelope there were three copies, but no original. Mr. Brasov was out on an errand, so she waited for him to return to speak to him. When he arrived she showed him the three copies, and asked for the original. Mr. Brasov straight faced said, " This is what you gave me. You never gave the original Grant Deed." My sister never made copies of the original. It doesn't make any sense why someone would come to an attorneys office and bring three copies of any document. This is not the kind of behavior you would expect from a professional, or any mature adult for that matter. Maybe a small child might get angry, and do something mean spirited like this. Found Brasov Law via Yelp. Had been looking around for an estate attorney to put together an estate plan for our family. Narcis has glowing reviews on Yelp so I sent him an email via web portal. Narcis called us directly a day later to inquire about our needs and schedule an appointment. During that initial phone call, Narcis briefly walked us through typical estate planning documents, their purposes, and information he would need from us. He was very straightforward and unhesitant in answering our questions. Brasov Law offers a "Comprehensive Trust" package that can be tailored to the client's needs. His price is fixed for 30-days after signing contract. We got under contract with a slight Yelp discount, which was available at the time. His after-discount price was fair for the services rendered. We met with Narcis directly twice. The first session we discussed our goals for the estate planning document. Unfortunately, he lost his written notes from this meeting and sent us our estate plan with glaring errors. However, since we were going to read through the draft anyway, we sent corrections to Narcis and he admitted his mistakes and adjusted as needed. The second session we reviewed a few key items and signed everything with a public notary present. I was not prepared for the price of the notary, who I imagine charges by signature.
