I have nothing but good things to say about Will Ha Law firm. Will got back to me the same day I reached out for a consultation. He was polite, professional, generous and very compassionate towards my medical condition. I had little to no understanding on wills and trusts and he explained in detail how they work and the process. He provided options and advised on the best fit for my situation. Will also gave me a discount out of the kindness of his heart. In one week, he was able to finish my will & trust. Truly an angel, thank you Will for all that you do. read more

I had to contact Mr. Ha for my bankruptcy filing. He called me right away and went thru the details and even gave me options or different ways to file if I didn't want to go thru him. He was very engaging and very professional. He emailed me a packet to fill out but I'm not great about stuff like that so I asked if he would help me in person and without questions, he set up a time and day immediately. I met him in his office conveniently located in Santa Ana (easy metered parking). He sat with me for 2 hours answering my silly questions and filling out my forms. He was super patient and friendly. I felt very comfortable giving him this case to file. He is always on top of stuff and answers promptly when I have questions. I would totally recommend him 100%! read more

Don't be fooled with the relatively very few reviews here in Yelp because if you do you would really miss out on a very good lawyer. William Ha is very good with what he does and he is an excellent communicator as he explains to you patiently all the aspects of the case. When I was contemplating filing for Chapter 7 l'd asked consultations first with a very popular bankruptcy lawyer where her website says she will respond to messages within a certain time when you ask for consultations. It took two days before I finally have the initial phone consultation with her and when I ask when I can see her in person to discuss my case. The earliest she can see me is 9 days from that day. Oops, sorry, "Miss A", but I would not wait that long as I can see that you are very in demand that you don't even have time to return call on promised time. I wondered how is the communication would be like if I hired her to represent me. With Will Ha, that is not the case. He works with me to fit it into my very busy schedule. He constantly sends you emails or texts to inform you of the any developments on your case. He gives you advice and explain to you in details all your options. If you need a good bankruptcy lawyer, William Ha is your man. I would recommend him for his knowledge and dedication. I sincerely can attest to this, first hand. read more

I've been meaning to write my review for a couple months already, but today I got great news from Will and I'm not going to wait until I forget again. A friend told me about bankruptcy time ago, when I started struggling with money, but I said "NO WAY". I thought I could get out of debt by myself, and I was doing it until COVID. Then I struggled for the first two months, while my friend kept telling me to file bankruptcy but I didn't find the right person to do it for a long time. I did my research and everything led me to lies, fraud and deception ( I even spoke with some people from Yelp reviews), but one day I did my usual research and finally found Will ( for some reason I never found him before, maybe the time was not right for me). All I want to say is that Will Ha did an amazing job, I knew since the first moment that I could trust him, I never felt pushed or rushed to do anything, he never forgets dates, times or important information, and he tells you what's the best option for you, even if I would mean for him not to take your case. I am kind of a headache client, because I forget a lot of things, and he was the one calling me and texting me to remind me what I needed to do. He even worked with my crazy schedule and was very understanding. I think there's not enough good things I can say in this review, but like some other people offered me, I can offer you guys more information about Will if you need it. Sometimes it will take me a little longer to answer, but I will answer, so please feel free to text me if you want to hear more about my experience. Thank you Will for a great service, for your patience, hard work and for helping me getting the peace I needed. read more

Thank you Mr. Ha for your advice. I really appreciate the quickness with which you replied to my inquiries.

William consulted me about my parents medical debt and what options were the best for them. He was quickly able to assess my parents situation and recommend a plan going forward which was not bankruptcy at this time. William was very knowledgeable and did additional research into the nuance of my parents situation. From his consultation I feel very confident that he helped us decide on the right course of action at this time. I really appreciate his clear guidance and reassurance. read more
