Don't be fooled with the relatively very few reviews here in Yelp because if you do you would really miss out on a very good lawyer. William Ha is very good with what he does and he is an excellent communicator as he explains to you patiently all the aspects of the case. When I was contemplating filing for Chapter 7 l'd asked consultations first with a very popular bankruptcy lawyer where her website says she will respond to messages within a certain time when you ask for consultations. It took two days before I finally have the initial phone consultation with her and when I ask when I can see her in person to discuss my case. The earliest she can see me is 9 days from that day. Oops, sorry, "Miss A", but I would not wait that long as I can see that you are very in demand that you don't even have time to return call on promised time. I wondered how is the communication would be like if I hired her to represent me. With Will Ha, that is not the case. He works with me to fit it into my very busy schedule. He constantly sends you emails or texts to inform you of the any developments on your case. He gives you advice and explain to you in details all your options. I've been meaning to write my review for a couple months already, but today I got great news from Will and I'm not going to wait until I forget again. A friend told me about bankruptcy time ago, when I started struggling with money, but I said "NO WAY". I thought I could get out of debt by myself, and I was doing it until COVID. Then I struggled for the first two months, while my friend kept telling me to file bankruptcy but I didn't find the right person to do it for a long time. I did my research and everything led me to lies, fraud and deception ( I even spoke with some people from Yelp reviews), but one day I did my usual research and finally found Will ( for some reason I never found him before, maybe the time was not right for me). All I want to say is that Will Ha did an amazing job, I knew since the first moment that I could trust him, I never felt pushed or rushed to do anything, he never forgets dates, times or important information, and he tells you what's the best option for you, even if I would mean for him not to take your case. I am kind of a headache client, because I forget a lot of things, and he was the one calling me and texting me to remind me what I needed to do. He even worked with my crazy schedule and was very understanding.
