This review is in response to the review by Raymond H below…read more I'm here at this location probably three times a week and I've never received anything short of stellar customer service from this family ran business. Raymond's review is outright false and distorted. The gentleman walked in and was upset because they misplaced an important letter. He was unreasonable, yelling, heckling the staff, and even trying to get other customers to go elsewhere. Unprofessional, out of line, and deserved to be detained. Thank you UPS for always taking care of me.

They refused to accept accountability for the misstates they made, even with a letter from the DOJ specifically stating the mistakes and how to fix them because that required for HIM to pay for a new application since the mistake was made by his son. Their solution was to offer me a completely different service than what I paid for or required. Owner Ildefonso completely stopped replying to my emails and refused a refund. 0 STARS IF I COULD!!

I asked if it was okay if I just come tomorrow and Chi said "I don't know". This lady clearly hates her job and refuses to do her job. If you are going to drop off multiple packages I would suggest every other post office besides this one! They will refuse to take your packages or Chi will give you a dirty look for having multiple packages every time!

The professional customer service is subpar at the Hardwick location in particular…read more The staff always look bothered that they have to be there and work. Their demeanor comes off as rude. I know that job is not easy and dealing with customers and their requests is tiresome. You can tell the employees dislike being there, and to be frank I don't like being there either because their stank energy comes off strong and is definitely felt as soon as you walk in the door. News flash...customer service is a life skill, and most of us have to cater to our employer's in-house and external customers. Maybe have a better attitude and you'll have some customers make your day a little brighter too. I'm saying this from experience. Note: The "junior" customer service reps seem to outshine their "more mature" colleague counterparts. Their "can do" attitudes are much more appealing.

I had no problems here so - 5 stars!…read more Parking was fine got a spot right in front. It was busy but thankfully I didn't need to interact with anyone. I had to do a self print job. I heard the associates helping other people using the self printer station and sounding quite pleasant. The shop was clean. There was plenty of work space available and I didn't have to wait for a printer. Everything printed correctly too. When I was done I went right on about my day and I just love that! My only gripe is that it takes quite awhile for the print retrieval code to come back to you so if you're at the shop you're just standing there constantly refreshing your email til it comes through. And apparently they expire? I sent my documents almost 2 weeks ago but the code had expired so I had to send them again.
