I was told by the customer service rep for ups that my package was dropped off at the location at 5:20pm yesterday and I arrived here after 5:30pn, waited in line for 10 mins and was told by the person who was too lazy to look for my package that it was not dropped off yet. He referenced a note pad that he had in front of him and never bothered to check the pile of packages that were sitting behind him or me. This person is lazy and I will update this post with his name later. I will be sure to call and make an official complaint on you as well!!! Wow, what a professional response!!! I gave you guys the tracking number when I was there. The rep wrote it down. This isn't my first time picking up a package from UPS but apparently this is your first time working as a customer service representative.

I'll start by saying I'd love a response from "Owner". This review isn't for the mail services part but the notary working here who wouldn't accept an expired ID that was issued last year, when up to 5 years from issue date is permitted. Here's Secretary of State of California's official handbook for notary: https://notary.cdn.sos.ca.gov/forms/notary-handbook-current.pdf (see attached picture) It clearly states it should be current OR have been issued in past 5 years. And it can be from another state or even Canada or Mexico. My friend went in with ID that was expired by two months. The regulation states that the ID can be expired for 5 years from ISSUE date and still be ok. Note: the man did not dispute this caveat. He said he knows math implying we don't and it's more than 5 years from issue date (not even close, it was issued last year) and would do it but he's not comfortable, but my friend kept saying how it should be ok she looked it up and called ahead, and then he's like, "if you're gonna argue I'm not doing it." To be clear he agreed and seemed to be aware of the 5 year stipulation but apparently was saying it's been more than 5 years which is just flat out wrong. It was issued last year. I wish I could go back and ask him wtf he was talking about and to explain his math but we didn't want to yell or be nasty. Friend even wished him well and we left. Going from "I'll do it" to "no you want to argue I won't." Lol like what. She didn't yell or hurl insults, wasn't disrespectful, just stated she looked it up and called ahead and even flew with her id and tried explaining it hasn't even been 5 years since issue date and asking him what he's talking about by saying it's been more than 5 years. She came to ups I believe to allow her mother to make healthcare decisions for her disabled daughter. I was upset at my friend and told her she should have just ate shit and gotten her job done and ignored him, but now I'm upset at this man. It absolutely wasn't doubt about her identity that prevented him or the ID being old, it was his fragile ego that got in the way of his professional obligation. I even attested I've known her over 8 years she was my neighbor and I have ID. He went from "I'll do it" to "i can't do it" just cause she was stating the rules and regulations of his own field that he should know. What a sad tiny pathetic little man who couldn't dare be dictated to by a young woman and telling us we don't know math. The math of an ID that was issued last year but is over 5 years? I would love to hear this donkey's math. Absolute misogynist unprofessional clown notary. I should be making complaint with secretary of state's office for this ignoramus.

I've used 562 several times to print laptop decals for my computer, and while previous orders were…read morejust cutouts of my logo and were acceptable, this most recent experience was a complete disappointment. I ordered a full laptop decal to cover the front of my laptop, and the quality was subpar. The decal was covered in visible fingerprints, bent easily, and just looked overall poorly made. When I placed my order this past week, I specifically asked if I could pick it up by Saturday, and the person I spoke with confirmed that would be fine. He asked me to send payment via Zelle, which I did. To my surprise, I was able to pick up the order a day early, on Friday, which I appreciated. However, when I arrived, the four decals I paid $45 for were not even protected--he just handed them to me uncovered. The decals already looked of low quality when I received them, but I remained hopeful they might look better on my laptop. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The quality was terrible, so I sent him videos to show the issues and didn't receive a response. After being ignored, I called today to discuss the situation, and when I expressed my dissatisfaction, he dismissed my concerns by blaming the installation. He refused to take any accountability and even mentioned that they use the same material on cars. That's irrelevant--I'm talking about the poor quality of the product you made, not how you use it on other surfaces. I try to be fair, but I don't tolerate businesses failing to take accountability and instead shifting the blame onto the customer. That's simply bad business. I was informed that they don't offer refunds because everything is customized, but if a customer is genuinely dissatisfied, there should be some effort to make it right. That's how I believe good business is done, and I clearly do business differently. So, I won't be returning.
