Everything I own was destroyed by the two female idiots who run this place .This storage facility rented me a 10x30 unit where I stored everything our family owned, There was a fire on August 2, 2025 that was caused by the multiple ebikes stored in the unit next to mine and literally everything I owned was completely destroyed by the fire that these lithium batteries are known for. They still do not have any problem with anyone storing as many lithium batteries or ebikes as anyone wants. After losing everything I own, instead of being cooperative and helpful, they had the gall to say it was because my refrigerator was plugged in and that's what caused the fire- I was then told to never use their electrical outlets which they have provided inside each unit. There was nothing in my contract that said I could not use the outlets. I asked one of them to show me where in my contract I says I am forbidden to use the outlets, she couldn't. instead she shows me a paragraph that says that they can make up any rule they wanted at any given time.I had the insurance adjuster coming out to inventory all my damages and I left my unit unlocked so they could get in but the idiots put a padlock on my unit preventing the inspection. I paid for my unit and now they lock me out of it preventing me or anyone access because I left it unlocked?. I promptly cut off their lock and allowed the adjuster to do his job. Then the next day they felt somehow insulted by my removing the lock then they locked me out of the entire facility blocking my access code. I assure you that they will have a lawsuit for the fraudulent way they do business. read more

Received outstanding service from Adriana today! I called to check on truck parking availability and cost. Adriana explained that she did not have a space currently available. But she promised to look for spaces at associated stores and to call me back. And she did just that. This may not be a big thing for some folks. But I appreciate it when customer service staff follow-through on their promises. The data she reported was accurate. I get so busy trying finish up my bs yet I lag like mf when I revisit my memory going thru my old things. People who saw were very sweet and understanding reminding me that it's not my home few times. Silly covid-19 put me in weird situation so I'm just killing time hustling with myself That's how comfortable it was at the spot. So gotta be nice and respectful. One of my concerns is safety and I noticed that this facility is very secured, 24hr surveillance and cameras throughout the property. I liked the gate and access hours. I recommend this place the staff is nice and friendly. They can work with you and if your running a little late they wait for you. The gate hours are also very convenient where other places open @7am here at 6am and gate closes at 9pm. Ive been a happy customer here for years. The storages units are clean well kept and the staff is on top of things if even the restroom is clean. Its well lite ar night and cameras add an extra piece of mind. read more

These guys have been great to me. I've been renting a storage unit from them for many years and i highly recommend them.

To start off I just want to say how great this place is. There is a manager Onsiite always and the premise is secure with cameras. There is no stair climbing or going thru elevators in this facility, which is super for me. The MANAGERS NAME IS ADRIANA, and she is a very nice and always so helpful when I need anything related to my unit space. And there is another girl that can assist you with anything when she is running a shift and her name is Carla. I run a business in this unit and the storage has a key on file and a waiver to let deliveries go in our unit. This type of service is great for me and I am a super super satisfied customers. If there was one more star that I can rate this place I would give it to this location in Anaheim specifically. I love the location and staff that run this STORAGE ETC. read more

My experience has not been a good one at the Anaheim site. I have had problems with the code being incorrect. But the most irritating problem has been the account information is regularly incorrect and as a result I have received the information that I needed to have. The address is not now nor it seems has ever been correct although I have changed it on the phone 3 times. I have listed another person to have access to the space and the account but that information never seems to get onto the account and properly Communicated. On the plus side the price has only risen once since I have used this facility. When I used Public Storage the cost went up every year. Make sure you do your homework before using this company.
