Called customer service and was told they are only able to adjust the payment costs one time during the duration of the unit being rented so expect a rent increase every year which is at least 20%. Thought you could do better than that StorQuest. I thought you were better than the bigger brand competitors. Time to move my belongings with another company. Paying over $400 for one unit space (12 x 14') is too much for this economy.

It took nearly an hour, but Art (site specialist) helped me break (without harming car/trailer) my vehicle free from the trailer with a fork lift! Anywhere else, this would have cost me a whole day. Without Art's help and insight I would have been forced to drive to a repair shop and would have been charged a small fortune. The staff that…read moreI talked to were all very friendly, approachable, and most importantly, very knowledgeable about any questions or concerned I had. The actual facility is well maintained and unlike many other self storage facilities, they use shipping containers as their storage units which makes moving all of the things from your car into the actual containers super easy. No fiddling around with opening door after door and walking long hallways to get to your storage unit. I would say that the prices are reasonably prices compared to other competitors in the area but Lynnette was able to work out deal with me so I couldn't be happier about that. I would also like to add that their hours are super flexible in terms of when you can and cannot enter into the facility. 7 days out of the week, 5am ~ 10pm. Clutch! Overall great experience with Everest and would highly recommend it! Shout out to Lynnette, Maria, and Isabel! You guys are AWESOME!
