They admit it is their mistake but, they want ME to fix it. involves contacting and sending documentation to three credit companies with documentation. Also they want ME to deal with THEIR collection agency. So I called them, they could not care less about me, my credit or the mistake. they told me to email documentation, and it might be resolved, but can't promise when. Understand there is Zero customer service, no one at US Storageyou can talk to: Billing? Customer service? help? When we moved to the area, we had a lot of items that needed to be stored outside of our home. We called around and spoke with different representatives from various storage centers. Not knowing which one was best for us, we decided to stop by US Storage Center to see what they had to offer. US Storage Center(s) is located off of Moulton, in the city of Laguna Hills. There is a small office outside of the gate and a few parking spots to accommodate guests. A large gate is located to your left and you must enter your passcode to enter and exit the property. We asked to see a small unit because we really didn't have a lot to store. The unit was the prefect size because we were able to fit all that we had inside. Initially, we paid around $80/month through a promotional offer. However, there was a gradual increase more often than we needed it to be. The unit itself was clean. All that I had to do was place my own lock on the door and pay the fee monthly. There is a bathroom that was always open and was pretty clean. Someone was always nearby patrolling the property, so I always felt safe when I stopped by. I could come in any time before 7AM and 7PM to access my unit. If you were there after hours, you had to call a number and pay a fee for them to open the gate so that you could exit. US Storage served its purpose. I had a clean location where I could store my items. I never experienced a break in at our unit. They always had little stickers that were placed on our locks to show that the area had been inspected. The only reason why we moved all of our items out was because we kept getting a steady increase to our monthly storage fee. We started out paying around $80 with their promotion, but it was slowly creeping up to almost $200 for a small unit. It was a monthly expense that we didn't want to incur any longer. We ended up donating most of our items to Goodwill and kept the items that had sentimental value. Would I recommend US Storage Center to others? Yes! Just expect your rental fee to increase more often than you had expected. read more

Office hours there seem to be just a suggestion; showed up 3 times during the posted office hours & no one there. I cannot reach the office by phone. Customer service is not their strong point; they act as if they are doing you a favor. No bathrooms, no trash cans. I am motivated to get my stuff out of there quickly. read more

What we most appreciated was that he was genuine and honest about the policy upfront. You will not feel like there is any hidden agenda or fees. Do not trust these people. I rented a parking space and unit but was told to just bring my insurance on moving day so we could do the paperwork. When I showed up, they told me they rented the parking to someone that morning. I asked how they could have done that since I already rented it and was told that they made a mistake renting it to someone else, and I was out of luck. They were unwilling to help me. New to the area and was in need for some storage for my business, and honestly I cannot say enough good things about Andrea Benitez as the property manager and everything associated with US storage centers on Moulton Parkway. She was incredibly pleasant to deal with, and very accommodating to a few things I needed to make happen. I highly recommend this place, not only is it exceptionally safe, but it is literally the cleanest storage facility I have ever done business with. Karin and Chuck recently went above and beyond to help us receive a family heirloom shipment that was stored in their facility - even though they had nothing at all to gain by helping us. We live in CO and don't pay them the rent on the unit. It was a bit of a complicated situation, and under sad circumstances, so we were especially grateful when Karin agreed to help us out. It's clear why our family members in CA rented here, and we wouldn't hesitate do the same if we lived nearby. As for the actual facility, it was very clean, secure, and well-maintained - exactly what you'd expect from a place run by good people. read more

I move a lot and been to many storage places. I would have to say this is the best storage place in OC. Safe, clean and staff so nice! it's good to know my stuff is kept safe. there's few other storages near my house and was not safe for my stuff. Very pleased with the service we received on renting a storage unit from these folks. Prices are reasonable, the free move-in truck was clean and in good working order, and the facility is easy to get items into and out of, even in an inside unit like ours. I'd like to give a shout-out to Daisy Rodriguez, the assistant manager who set us up. She was very friendly and quite courteous, which we haven't always seen in self-storage managers. She got the paperwork done quickly and correctly and had us on our way for the move-in in pretty good time. I needed to quickly obtain a storage space from a move and Karin and the staff at US Storage Center were a life saver! I was able to get a good sized unit that was available immediately, clean and easily accessible for my movers. I also purchased a padlock at their office which had a selection of moving supplies that were priced much better than some I have seen when using other storage facilities. I was also pleasantly surprised to find out that I could use my current renters insurance to protect my belongings in lieu of the regular insurance. Having the staff on property 24 hours and personal surveillance is also a major consideration for using this company as I would frequently have to come after working hours.
