This was the first time we had used AAA Self Storage and was very pleased as a gentleman by the name of Ken I believe as well as Janet and how friendly they were made it good. My husband being disabled did have a hard time with the long hallway and wished they would of had a small close unit to use and they may of but my husband at the time was feeling so cruddy and was arranging for the space most likely wasn't feeling well to speak up and so the man saw we were having some difficulties asked if he could help us which we gladly accepted. I rented a storage unit a month ago from Donnica and I thought she was extremely professional and friendly. She took me on a tour of the 3rd floor and I found the area well lit and clean, with jazz music piped thru speakers in the hallways. I was impressed with the security of the facility. They are only open during specific hours of the week/weekend. You can't access your locker outside those hours without notifying them. An alarm will sound if you try to access your locker without punching your code number on the 1st floor. I look forward to seeing Donnica and her cheerful personality on my next visit(s). read more
