Good service. Came at 10 am for Amazon returns. Accidentally navigated ALL THE WAY HERE and passed like 3 more stores on the way. Anyway, the place was pretty crowded and only one employee. He handled it well and kept things moving but I regretted not going to my usual quiet place which is just an access point. People were making copies and doing quick things which also helped get me out quicker than expected. Would likely recommend other locations unless you specifically want to stop at Lees sandwiches which I've heard is yum. Otherwise the parking is also kinda quirky. read more

I have visited this site many time due to its convenience and proximity to my home at the time Pre-COVID-19. I now live out of state, yet my parents still live in the area. I just got a call today from my mom and she mentioned that she, like my self in the past had a great experience. My mom needed to return and item. She walked in and was informed that that package needed to be taken to FedEx. Yet, the lady working there was very pleasant, very nice and professional. The employee noticed my mom needed a bit of extra assistance and helped my mommy out by adding the return label inside a plastic label bag and stick the label on the package. I mean talk about bringing a tear to someone's eyes due to the humanitarianism this employee showed my mother today. When she could have just turn my mother who is a senior away. To add a cherry on top of this the employee was kind enough of give directions to my mom so she could return the item. Wow. I noticed, that I had not reviewed this business before so I figured today was the perfect time to do so. A great thing about this location is that it sits in a little corner plaza shaped like an L, has 3 entrances/exits and has ample parking. I never come to the UPS store but this one time that I did, it was enough for me to give the place 5 stars. I came in because I was looking for an envelope. A regular letter envelope and I needed it fast. I tried 3 places around there. Couldn't seem to find any without driving further. The man at the ups store didn't have any either. He was kind enough to give me an envelope that is typically used for a packet of documents or even a small gift. That was really nice of him. Maybe he noticed that I was in a hurry or something. Neeeded to make a few copies from a pdf file in my email, get them notarized, and sent out! Looked in yelp for a notary called and confirmed made sure notary was available, he was in till 3pm on a Saturday. I headed over and I got everything done and out of the place in about 20 mins. Everyone at the store a younger guy and older man(the notary) were really nice and helpful. They asked how I heard about them and I told them the truth. Yelp! I told them how I had another ups store closer to my home but the reviews were awful so decided to stop by here and it went well. ATTENTION: Joe P.---I am sooo glad you clarified this on your post because I'm going back to work on Monday, Oct. 15th, and I was going to call corporate to complain about this UPS Store... I guess since it's all posted now on this individual named Frank, you're aware of, I had an encounter on October 5th, 2018, the day I went on vacation, and I am going admit that I did called him out of his name because the way his attitude just was with me, rejected my package and everything, I had to drop it off at another location to make sure we ship out. Another co-worker who went to drop off earlier that day, and came back telling me that she is not going there anymore because of Frank and the other guy made her feel so uncomfortable with the poor customer service they provided. We've been dropping off at this location for like at least 4 years and since we are always in a hurry, we didn't take the time to report Frank. But let me tell you, that I personally am fed up with his service!!! The guy next to Frank is also following his footsteps and being rude. I remember he first started working there and he was nice, but Frank must have some bad vibes that he is just being contagious to the other employees. I ask you to please do something about Frank. HE IS RUDE!!! He called me names aswell and he just got ugly. I am sooo disgusted with him as a person. read more

So I went in to have a package that wasn't mine be delivered and Frank started saying how it was disrespectful for me to just stand there and watch him close the box and I explained to him that I was delivering the box for someone else and i wanted to make sure it got packaged. And how does he have a job here honestly no professionalism, no patience and no CUSTOMER SERVICE . Like if I would have known I was going to get the treatment I got I would have definitely gone some where else but why should I ? when this place is closer to me and I shouldn't need to drive further to another store just BECAUSE SOMEONE LACKS ON THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE and I'm shocked to see how he's still working there regarding how he still has bad reviews on here if nothing is done I will reach out to corporate because the service I got was unbelievable and disrespectful. He was short with responses, annoyed with his tone. I was asking simple questions about appointment and cost. I was patient with his attitude and even suggested that he should have this information readily available. He couldn't handle it and let out a loud out drawn laugh and then asked "Are you done?" I told him I had one more question and he ignored me then hung up. I called back, he answered, I asked for his full name, he refused and so I requested the manager.
