Need better customer service the worker that was there today was rude, came outside to tell me to move the car while we were waiting for parking, my mom moved the car parked next door and the proceeded not to let me in the store stating that he was going to lunch, which he was not since he had just let other customers in right before me. I come here to ship out my returns and often bring multiple packages at a time. A man named Mando always helps me and is very patient, efficient and kind. Their hours are correct and convenient. I believe this location doubles as a Uhaul because sometimes they need to step away to help clients but I've never waited more than 3-5 minutes for service. read more

Rude service. Continued talking to co worker when I arrived in the store about personal matters. Grunted a hello then proceeded to try and charge 1 dollar to tape a return box. The sign reads open Sundays till 4 pm and I waited 30 min from 315 pm to 345 pm and no on in the store. No one. There were two other customers that came by as well to drop off packages and nothing no one !!! It looks like they left lights on and computers but no one there. This is really bad for business. Came to this location to send out some packages. I was acknowledged and was told it would take a couple of minutes. I was the only customer there and they were not busy. I waited almost 20 minutes, I would of understood the wait if they were busy but none of the 4 employees that where there helped me. Apparently it takes 4 employees to solve a problem on a computer. Save yourself the trip to this store and make the drive to the one on Beverly Blvd. Horrible service!!! read more

Had a great expierence today at this location. Was in a time crunch to ship out a large/heavy birthday gift and the Beverly blvd location was out of stock of bubble wrap and could not guarantee us a ship date. Drove down the street to this location and Christian was extremely helpful with packing our item and had the items we needed to ensure our fragile item was packed properly. Don't go there A manager there Scanned my package that contained my T-Mobile Apple Watch in oct 28 2017 at 5:04 pm opened the package stole the watch and is using it and shipped out the package empty ! Finally found out the employees name and info and I'm filing a police report and filing a lawsuit against this UPS location & the person who stole the watch from my package !! read more

Great customer service! Every time I go to pick up my packages I am greeted by a very happy energetic employee name Miguel. He really has very well customer service skills! I normally don't write reviews but after today and always going to pick up my packages I have to give credit when credit is due. I found this place after searching UPS stores open on Sunday. Not that many apparently, so I went to this one. I'm a bit worried after reading all these reviews that it may be worse than I thought. What I was going to write about is just that I got a bad vibe from the guy working there when I dropped of my Amazon return package today, June 9th, 2019 at 12:09pm. He just seemed so quiet, serious, unfriendly, couldn't make eye contact... yet he was looking at me when he thought I wasn't looking, but when I looked at him he quickly turned away, same quiet demeanor, all from under his cap pulled down so low. It was odd, that's all. We were just doing a UPS transaction, not an armed robbery! Lol. The only humanizing factor about him was that he had a child with him at work, which I assume is his daughter or some relative. I hope my package makes it! read more

This Ups location was a magnificent trek through incompetence. I had arranged a week before to pick up my giant boxes instead of having them delivered. I called in the morning of delivery three times to ensure they had gotten there. They had, but they were on a trailer for delivery and not ready for pickup. They claimed they would find them for me by the afternoon. When I arrived, they had not found anything. So I sat there waiting. I am still waiting, in fact. I am waiting for the 'jockey' to find the boxes That should have been waiting for me this morning. There are at least ten employees here, but none of them are capable of helping me, apparently. The lady at the reception desk is happy to write as many emails as necessary to ensure I stop bothering her and convince me that it is not her fault that every second I wait I run the risk of waiting even longer in traffic. read more

I went at 9am to do an Amazon return. The employee inside said he didn't have the code to log into the system and that "Marcus" was the only one that can help me, but was running late. I waited 10 min and finally left because Marcus still hadn't showed up. When I asked if he could contact the manager to get the code, he said there was no manager. Do NOT leave your packages here. I thought because they were the only ones open that my item would dispatch sooner since they are close to the ups dispatch ups center. I was wrong. My packages have been sitting there for almost a week. I called the 1800 number and they said they would send a driver there and my items still sitting there. Since then, I have been shipping from the other location on Washington by the starbucks and the one in downey, and customers already received their packages, and these items are still there, waiting to be picked up. The managers always out to lunch you go at 12 there's a sign come back five minutes wait half an hour still no manager I come back at 3:30 again five minutes time be back in return in five minutes and still no buddy opens the store please close it down if you're not even going to operate during normal business hours avoid this place at all costs go to FedEx they're much more reliable read more

This location is terrible. They're never fully opened during their full hours of operations. I came once as soon as they were supposed to open and they were still closed. I thought maybe they were running a little late. This was the closest location to me. And an hour later, still nothing. I call back an hour later to see if they had shown up and no answer and o called over and over again and they never once answered. UPS is losing credibility because of this location. Yes it's the people that run it are terrible but the fact that this place has so many complaints and so many stolen/missing items and people are bringing up that they aren't following their hours of operation and UPS STILL doesn't investigate or do anything about it, I'm going to start delivering with another company. read more
