The guy in charge is very rude! He wouldn't notarize my form because I didn't wrote my name on it. This guys sketchy as hell. He denied me service after I caught him breaking federal law. He was trying to fill out and/or alter a contract after I signed it. He expects you to sign a blank contract, where he could write whatever denomination, whatever timeframe, whatever terms and conditions; this does violate the uniform commercial code. He seems to be a bit prejudice or racist. He was asking me questions implying, if I'm going to get drugs or illegal goods delivered. Kind of insulting when I've served eight years. I hate to right a negative review but the owner of the store needs better customer service and better communication skills. I came today to ask for a price to ship out a return. He didnt give a price when I asked him, he kept saying its gonna take a lot of work because it's a special size. Understandable, which is the reason why I came to get the price since a have a mailbox here as well. He went back and worth saying its gonna take time. I said I understand that, how much would it cost to box this up and ship out. He ask me how much do you think it would cost? Smh. Its disappointing not to get the service you expected. I usually drop off my UPS packages here since it is close to home. I went in today to drop one off and two postage paid packages for mail pickup. When I went in, the owner was being extremely rude to a young man needing copies and to mail them. He kept yelling at him about the postage. When the guy asked to borrow a pen to write the address he shoved it at him and said and make sure you return it to me. I honestly thought it may have been a race thing, but after reading other reviews, I guess he is an equal opportunity yeller. Owner refused to give a receipt for a routine UPS dropoff. I think it's possible that this place is running a scam. Owner asked for my ID, current address, and phone number and said that all UPS dropoff locations are now requiring this. I drop off enough UPS packages to know that this isn't the case, and then went to another dropoff location where the transaction happened as normal: scan package and get a receipt. I would give this place no stars or negative stars if I could. This place is a rip-off! I took two boxes in to be shipped UPS. The guy charged me $46 and change for each box, over $93.00 in total. I thought that was high, so when I got home I called UPS and gave them the weight and dimensions right off of the receipts the guy at All in One gave me. Lo and behold, they told me both boxes should have been around $46.00!!! I got back in my car and went back to the store. I told the guy what I did and what UPS told me. He was livid!!! He actually called UPS and started yelling at the guy on the phone saying they should not have quoted me a price and that now he had to cancel the transaction and that he has to make money and a whole bunch of other stuff that I finally tuned out. He did cancel my transaction, gave me my boxes back and practically kicked me out of the store!!! I then took my boxes directly to the UPS shipping center (which I should have done to begin with). For both boxes the shipping came to $42.00 and change!! Look, I don't mind a guy making a little money, I expected to pay a little more but more than double!! That is just robbery! Went here a couple of days ago to ship a small box via USPS, the store quoted me $29 to ship via priority mail. Look I get it that you guys need to make a profit by charging a bit more but to charge double and almost triple is just a scam. I asked if fedex or ups would be cheaper but the cost would still be over $30 dollars. So I went down to the local usps location instead and only paid $13 to ship via usps priority mail. read more

At first he was at least agreeable to pay the cost of the package but was not agreeable to refund the money I paid to ship it. The woman who was there, I am assuming she is either his wife or relative refused to allow him to compensate me at all. She was EXTREMELY RUDE!!! No manners or business skills whatsoever!!! I visited this establishment on 21 Mar 2013 @ 1400hrs after finding a power outage at the office store on the other side of I-605. I simply needed one black and white print from my USB drive. " An asain man directed me to an older computer where I que'd the printer. The man then handed me my print and said its "one do..er..uh two dolla". I exclaimed that I had never paid more than 50c for a bw copy at the most expensive office store to which he replied "how much you got". Not wanting to divulge that I had 300 dols in my pocket for fear of what he might do next I handed the man 75c for the print... That was certainly too much! The man then berated me for comparing his prices in front of his other customers to which I exclaimed my displeasure at being gouged all the louder. I told other customers what he had just done to which he literally chased me out of the store with the intent to assault me, thank God my bicycle is faster than him as he chased me for approximately 250 feet from the store.
