The guy in charge is very rude! He wouldn't notarize my form because I didn't wrote my name on it. That was my third time getting the form notarized, I was told by the DMV not to include my name only my LLC. However, my name went on the bottom of the form. He got upset, threw the paper at me and told me he's not going to notarize/fill it out. Terrible customer service!! read more

I do so appreciate the owner, Mr. Kim. I hadn't been in two years. I came in today to have him mail two large boxes. His eyes lit up when he saw me and said, Donna!! It's been two years, are you well, is everything ok for you?! He boxed and mailed my two boxes at a very reasonable price. This dear man has run this business for several years and has always been kind to me. God bless you, Mr. Woo Kim! read more

This guys sketchy as hell. He denied me service after I caught him breaking federal law. He was trying to fill out and/or alter a contract after I signed it. He expects you to sign a blank contract, where he could write whatever denomination, whatever timeframe, whatever terms and conditions; this does violate the uniform commercial code. He seems to be a bit prejudice or racist. He was asking me questions implying, if I'm going to get drugs or illegal goods delivered. Kind of insulting when I've served eight years. I'd recommend staying away I'd also like to point out the fact he charges for absolutely everything. A copy a box even the free boxes from the post office he charges for. read more

I hate to right a negative review but the owner of the store needs better customer service and better communication skills. I came today to ask for a price to ship out a return. He didnt give a price when I asked him, he kept saying its gonna take a lot of work because it's a special size. Understandable, which is the reason why I came to get the price since a have a mailbox here as well. He went back and worth saying its gonna take time. I said I understand that, how much would it cost to box this up and ship out. He ask me how much do you think it would cost? Smh. Its disappointing not to get the service you expected. Customer service is a rarity these days. Choose wisely! All in all, it felt like it was too much trouble to get this done and shipped out. So I left and let him i let him know that his customer service needs some attention. read more

I would give a 0 star review if I could. First of all I walk in and I hear the man in the back and I KNOW he hears the bell and he doesn't say anything. So I'm standing there a few minutes waiting because okay maybe he's busy.. I understand. After 5 minutes I ring the bell and he comes out angry yelling at me saying it's lunch time. Okay well if it's lunch time then lock the door! It's a business and your door is open for business!! Then he starts talking rude to me and I'm just trying to mail my package. Overall he was so rude to me and I'd never use his service again. He has absolutely TERRIBLE business. read more

A good place get your business taken care of however I was in the store the other day and there was a lady who asked for a label to be printed you have to remember businesses use their supplies like paper and ink in this case and the lady wouldn't pay two dollars instead she went on a cussing rampage insulted the owner of the business and demanded he still sent her package without paying two dollars and if that wasn't enough she went on Yelp and gave a bad review remember people you don't like where you're at you can always go find another service elsewhere amazing how folks use the media platform to bring bad reviews that aren't true... so sad!!! read more

I usually drop off my UPS packages here since it is close to home. I went in today to drop one off and two postage paid packages for mail pickup. When I went in, the owner was being extremely rude to a young man needing copies and to mail them. He kept yelling at him about the postage. When the guy asked to borrow a pen to write the address he shoved it at him and said and make sure you return it to me. I honestly thought it may have been a race thing, but after reading other reviews, I guess he is an equal opportunity yeller. Once he got to me I told him I wanted to drop off my packages for pick up. He looked. Tossed the USPS packages on the counter and said, rudely,, post office, scan. Ok, I thought it was a mail store. Needless to say, I will skip using this business, even if it is close to home. read more

Owner refused to give a receipt for a routine UPS dropoff. I think it's possible that this place is running a scam. Owner asked for my ID, current address, and phone number and said that all UPS dropoff locations are now requiring this. I drop off enough UPS packages to know that this isn't the case, and then went to another dropoff location where the transaction happened as normal: scan package and get a receipt. Very shady. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Make this your very last choice if you can. Go literally anywhere else unless you want someone to be unnecessarily rude without even trying to help you. read more

The owner Kim Woo is rude to customers. He is not professional.I went for passport pictures. I was friendly and greeted him. He was in a bad mood, didn't greet me, and didn't want to help me. I asked him if he could do a retake and he got angry and began yelling at me as if it was an inconvenience. As a good business owner you should treat customers with respect and be accommodating so you can keep loyal customers. If you're thinking on coming here do not. Please read all the negative reviews. Avoid this place at all costs. The service here is horrible. Do not waste your time and money here. This business should be closed down. The business owner should not be allowed to operate. There's better places you can invest your money in. Business's that will respect you and provide great service. read more

I rarely write reviews, but the owner is so rude. I went first time to send some stuff by UPS and he treat me so disrespectful cause I didn't hear what he say he say if my English was ok, so I give him a second chance because I that maybe he had a bad day that they but I just went right now and I send some stuff I ask him if he have change cause my I just have a 100 bill cause if he doesn't have I can go and get some and then he went inside brought a big pack of hundreds open the register show me the money is in there and told me like you can see I have a lot of money, so I just pay him for my Ups I say thank you and get out of there, I didn't ask him in bad way and he doesn't have the right to be mean and rude. Maybe I have to drive more but I prefer to go another place. read more

Don't get me wrong they have everything you need! but it doesn't cut it out for me the man seems like he literally hates his job. Even if you have a question it makes me not even want to come here knowing that I'm going to get attitude. I have been coming here for 12 years and I liked it better when the female worker was here she was super friendly and helpful. read more

Tried dropping off a UPS prepaid label box. The dude demands 1.00 for what I was told was a free drop off. I only had my credit card, so that's another 2.00 to accept the credit transaction. guy speaks terrible English and is rude. This place is not worth your time. read more

I would give this place no stars or negative stars if I could. This place is a rip-off! I took two boxes in to be shipped UPS. The guy charged me $46 and change for each box, over $93.00 in total. I thought that was high, so when I got home I called UPS and gave them the weight and dimensions right off of the receipts the guy at All in One gave me. Lo and behold, they told me both boxes should have been around $46.00!!! I got back in my car and went back to the store. I told the guy what I did and what UPS told me. He was livid!!! He actually called UPS and started yelling at the guy on the phone saying they should not have quoted me a price and that now he had to cancel the transaction and that he has to make money and a whole bunch of other stuff that I finally tuned out. He did cancel my transaction, gave me my boxes back and practically kicked me out of the store!!! I then took my boxes directly to the UPS shipping center (which I should have done to begin with). For both boxes the shipping came to $42.00 and change!! Look, I don't mind a guy making a little money, I expected to pay a little more but more than double!! That is just robbery! Stay away from this place unless you like being fleeced! read more

went to drop off a UPS Package today. And got treated very rudely, got yelled at to leave the store. Got yelled at after I walked out of the store and cussed at. I was made to feel threatened. And was wondering if I was going to get physically attacked. All because I asked for a receipt. All I did was ask for a receipt which the person behind the counter, a thin middle aged asian man, became upset and told me in a very rude manner, that I would have to come back if wanted a receipt. I walked out and called my wife to see if she usually got something when dropping off packages. She advised me that yes, I should get something to confirm I dropped the package. well, I walked back in and the person had a receipt for me. He gave it to me but continued to be rude. So, I asked him his name. He then became even more upset, started yelling at me a demanding I leave the store. I asked him to stop yelling me. And that I was going to talk to the owner or manager concerning this. I decided at that point that I didnot want have anything more to do with this store. So, I picked up my package , gave the receipt back and walked out of the store. The person then, even walked outside of the store and kept yelling at me and cussing me. I did feel a little threatened and wasnt sure what he was going to do. I just walked away. But smart of him to not try to attack me. As I am a blk belt in Tae Soo Doo, a brown sash in Hwarangdo, and a blk belt inTKD. He wasnt worth pushing it. But this dude was way out of line. All I wanted was receipt....geeeeez dont know how they stay in business treating people like that. read more

I tried to support small businesses around my area so I went here for the notary services. Extremely rude staff (I believe he's the owner). I asked him a question about the notary services, and he yelled at me and told me to not question his knowledge. I was so shock. After that, he tried to over charge me for 2 signatures. I will never be back here. read more

The man who works there is so rude he always seems to have an attitude problem he gets mad when you touch his copy machine Okay so once I was in need of some copies when I got there he was with a customer okay so I'm waiting till he's done once he's done he ask me what I need I tell him a copy he says next time I can just do it by myself so I was like okay cool he charged me .50 for a copy I felt that was a lot since I pay .10 at the liquor store but that day I need the copy ASAP since I had an appointment Okay so then weeks later I need another copy and I get there and start the copy machine just like he had said he comes out very fast with a mad face and tells me that I'm Going to break his machine "what the heck" I had only opened it the he said "I do it I do it " he seemed very upset he didn't do the copy right and still charged me even though it was his mistake whatever !!! anyways I paid him and left from now on I drive a bit more and get my copies elsewhere I don't feel like dealing with rude people like him not only is he rude but if HE messes up your copy he still charges you for it read more

If I can give no stars I would give no stars. Came for fingerprinting and the store clerk was very rude. He was being very forceful with my fingers because his machine was not capturing my prints. He has no patience. He was getting visibly upset and even told me not to be nervous because no one was hurting me but he was very much hurting my hand. I will not ever go back here, I don't recommend this place and if I can file a complaint regarding fingerprinting that he clearly does not know how to do, I will do so immediately. Please people save your time and the cost is not even worth you going. read more

Went here a couple of days ago to ship a small box via USPS, the store quoted me $29 to ship via priority mail. Look I get it that you guys need to make a profit by charging a bit more but to charge double and almost triple is just a scam. I asked if fedex or ups would be cheaper but the cost would still be over $30 dollars. So I went down to the local usps location instead and only paid $13 to ship via usps priority mail. read more

Although the guy speaks very little English communication was easy. Here I was able to print and fax my documents very quickly. Compared to the FedEx print and ship center, this place is more cost effective. Over all, excellent customer service and no hassle. You can bet I'll be going back to this place as needed. read more

The man mailed a package for me that arrived at its destination completely broken. He had packaged the item for me. At first he was at least agreeable to pay the cost of the package but was not agreeable to refund the money I paid to ship it. The woman who was there, I am assuming she is either his wife or relative refused to allow him to compensate me at all. She was EXTREMELY RUDE!!! No manners or business skills whatsoever!!! They argued among themselves in front of me. They speak very poor English. It was extremely difficult to understand them. The whole experience there was horrible!!!! I am still left dealing with a package that arrived broken and was told that they don't insure packages whatsoever!!! I am appalled at the way that I was treated and will never go back there again. read more

I visited this establishment on 21 Mar 2013 @ 1400hrs after finding a power outage at the office store on the other side of I-605. I simply needed one black and white print from my USB drive. " An asain man directed me to an older computer where I que'd the printer. The man then handed me my print and said its "one do..er..uh two dolla". I exclaimed that I had never paid more than 50c for a bw copy at the most expensive office store to which he replied "how much you got". Not wanting to divulge that I had 300 dols in my pocket for fear of what he might do next I handed the man 75c for the print... That was certainly too much! The man then berated me for comparing his prices in front of his other customers to which I exclaimed my displeasure at being gouged all the louder. I told other customers what he had just done to which he literally chased me out of the store with the intent to assault me, thank God my bicycle is faster than him as he chased me for approximately 250 feet from the store. Let the buyer be warned. read more
