Absolute worse. Purchased kitchen cabinets through Lowe's, and had the insufferable experience of dealing with woefully inadequate people, to deliver said cabinets. They don't return calls, don't call and warn you of delivery windows, as promised and make no apologies about it. read more

Aaa packing and shipping is a disaster now. The owner and all her associates are completely incompetent. The company was sold about two years ago to an Australian woman named Simone. I can honestly say she doesn't know what she's doing and she's the owner. As an interior designer, I have used AAA Packing And Shipping for over 15 years for local and long-distance shipping and they were always terrific. Great service great attention to detail shipping quote sent within a couple of hours and no product furniture or furnishing ever marred or damaged. I have now spent almost 2 weeks just trying to get a quote from them. I have given the information to several of their associates and to the owner Simone herself. In that time not one of the employees has gotten the information correct. And we're talking about one lamp to be picked up in New York and delivered to Pasadena. On top of that, they have requested full payment in advance by wire transfer no less. Even when they are not able to quote me a pick up date or time or a final cost. What am I supposed to pay fully on? On top of that they mentioned that I am lucky that they don't charge an administrative fee. In my 25 years as interior designer I have never once been asked for administrative fee by any vendor whether it's a furniture maker shipper insurer or anyone else for that matter. Be warned this company is a complete disaster and a mess. Between Simone, Anitasha and Anthony, not One of them knows what they're doing. Save yourself a lot of frustration and a tremendous amount of time and look elsewhere for your shipping and packing needs. there are literally dozens of other companies in our area and there's no need to put yourself through the unprofessional attitude and frustration that this company has caused me. I have worked with AAA for many years, having them pickup and transport very expensive furniture and antiques to me (or back to the vendor if I decided not to keep them), move items within my home and hang art. Not only has my experience with them been extremely positive and first class, but many of my vendors have commented on how great they are as well. They are extremely careful, patient, white gloved, precise, polite and willing to do whatever is necessary. I could not say enough about how positive my experience has been with them for many years now. Additionally, during Covid, they have been extremely careful, used all necessary precautions and sanitation procedures, and I had total peace of mine. I would never trust anyone else to move my furniture and help me decorate my home with items I love and cherish. read more

I'm not sure why there are a few really bad reviews on here, I've never had anything other than a really positive experience with the team at AAA. I've worked with them periodically for 12 years, predominantly with their warehousing services. I am a purchasing agent so I buy furniture, FF&E and have it shipped to them to store for a project. And when it's time to install, they handle the delivery and installation. And I've never had an issue. They're always really responsive, professional, easy to schedule with and their prices are reasonable. And they can handle any size job, small or large. I suppose everyone has their own experience, mine is great though so I'd recommend using them! read more

I would go out of my way to not use this company ever again. They are contracted by Woodmark / Home Depot to deliver their kitchen cabinets in the LA area. Sad to say but I will not order from Woodmark for our next project just to avoid this shipping company. On delivery day their truck broke down (this can happen to anyone). We didn't find out until we called in to inquire. The manager said the truck was on the side of a freeway, that she needed to tow it back to their wearhouse and that delivery would be rescheduled a few days later (which doesn't work when you have a project tightly scheduked). We then found out the truck was actually two blocks from our site (not on a freeway at all). We asked if they could tow the truck in front of the house to unload and got laughed at... They ended up unloading our cabinets on the sidewalkwhere the trucks broke down and we rented a pickup truck to take them all back to the house. AAA's manager likely didn't care about us because her contract is with Woodmark. We won't order with Woodmark again to make our voice heard. read more

Worst delivery company that I had to deal with. If you are told by HomeDepot or Lowes or any other company that they will be used for your project as a delivery company, please do yourself a favor and ask NOT to use them in any manner. Similar story about simple cabinet delivery that turned into a nightmare because of their incompetence. They managed to break several cabinets, forget to deliver some, called at 4pm the day prior to delivery to tell me that it was delayed after calling me multiple times to confirm that specific day for which I took a day off. During that call, was told that it would be delayed for about a week as they were booked for the next several days. Instead of trying to work out some schedule that would require them to delay more customers but for a shorter time, I was literally told it was better to "piss off one customer a lot than several a little". Derailed the entire kitchen project thanks to this incompetent company right before Thanksgiving... read more

Julio and Albert are absolute rockstars. They just delivered an entire kitchen worth of cabinets to me. Half way through the delivery the elevators in my building broke down and the guys took it upon themselves to CARRY THE REST OF THE BOXES UP THE STAIRS. To the 7th floor! Holy crap. I don't know if you've ever lifted a single plywood kitchen cabinet but... they aren't exactly light. You definitely wouldn't want to carry one (let alone half a kitchen's worth) up 7 flights of stairs. But these guys did and throughout they were good natured, funny, courteous, gentlemanly, and efficient. They left dripping sweat, but smiling. Absolutely went way above and beyond. read more

This company collected items without providing copies of Pick-Up Orders and Delivery Notes, despite our specific requests to their drivers to do so. They did not even have Pick-Up Orders or Delivery Notes for one of the deliveries. It goes without saying that items worth thousands of Dollars were missing, and they deny responsibility. It looks like this will end in a Court of Law. read more
