When I first made my move in between cities in SoCal, we found Prodigy through Yelp and we were very glad we use them. Because we had such a good experience when we made another move a few years later we reached out to them again. Due to unforeseen circumstances, our move out date and packing dates had to be changed multiple times, but Iliya worked with us patiently to help find us a crew within just a few days that was able to move us out efficiently and conveniently. Carlos and his moving crew were superb and worked quickly, with a positive attitude, and were willing to accommodate a lot of our requests. If we move again in the future we would definitely be reaching out to Prodigy again.

I finally went with my gut and chose the company I believed could do the best job at a competitive price. Prodigy was the clear winner, and it worked out to be the right decision. Iliya, the operations manager, was very knowledgeable and communicative throughout the entire moving process. Carlos was the foreman on moving day and ran a tight ship with his team. Everyone knew their roles and worked hard throughout the day to make it a pleasant moving experience. My furniture was delivered the following morning, and the team lead that day was Leo. His team did a fantastic job as well. I have a special shout-out for Lalo. This guy was amazing and made my overall moving experience over the top. He made sure my wife and I were 150% satisfied. Our furniture was placed exactly where we wanted it, and he maintained a positive and professional demeanor throughout the entire day. Everyone I encountered from Prodigy was exceptional. Said they wouldn't unload and complained about how tired they were from driving. That's your job! How is that my fault. Second, my refrigerator's doors were removed in California in order to make it fit through the door as well as my recliner. When they were unloading here in Texas , I noticed they weren't even trying to put them back together, I asked "who's putting my stuff back together? They all gave a blank Stare and said we don't even carry tools. Their customer support was rude and told me "put guys don't disassemble things" once I told her I had pictures of their guys doing it. Her story changed. Then it was "well. We'll disassemble but we don't put back together." When I asked where in the contract does show that they can't or cannot do that she said that she was going to call the foreman who did the pick up in California and then get back to me. It's been hours and I still haven't gotten a reply. This is horrible horrible company. You have a better chance of getting your stuff from point A point B by yourself Over due update. Spoke to a few mangers, one being Briam Reyes and they did manage to get someone back the next day to put my refrigerator back together. So far it's been working properly (1 week later). They are currently working on making everything right so I do appreciate that. Due to that I will increase my rating to 3 stars. Hopefully they correct the mistakes. I do recommend making sure all customer service reps are aware of their policies seeing how the lady I spoke to didn't seem to know them.

They charged me an additional $400 the day before deliver where I had no choice but to pay it * They held my items until I paid them the "additional charges" they demanded and did not uphold the original "binding estimate" they gave me. 2. My items were broken * My boxes arrived with 4 of my frames broken, a hole in the back of my dresser, and a support beam in my couch is unfixable (see pictures attached for reference.) 3. They didn't deliver in the window they told me * The window was 2-10 days from the pick-up date and they delivered on the 13th day. They also did a terrible (I mean absolutely terrible) job of communicating when they would deliver.   From start to finish, my experience with this company was awful. My "agent" (Brent Sanchez) would redirect every question and concern I have to where they never got resolved. I have used the moving company MiniMoves in the past for long distance moves and I will definitely be going back to them.

She had the most upmost professionalism provided us. Excellent customer service and the quote could not be beat. We receive VIP Treatment. Victoria was very understanding of the timeframe that kept changing. She went the extra mile exceeded our expectations. We receive an appointment time with one of the team members video chat he provided us with excellent customer service. We went over all the different items that we plan on taking with us. We were Well, prepared, packed and organize. When the movers arrived on April There were five team members, one for men, Fernando, and his team. Everyone was kind polite, nice super helpful. They took very well care of us. I felt like this is how customer service should be with every company. They even want the extra mile. To move a few things onto the curb for Us for both trash pick up I appreciate it Fernando and his team they got everything taken care of the truck pack in 2 1/2 hours or so. Very well oiled machine everything packed they headed to Vegas met with them the next morning at the storage unit With two guys again, Fernando and his teammate got us taken care of the storage loaded in a timely manner. The team handled everything professionally and efficiently. One of the most impressive parts was watching them use straps to safely lower our bed frame down to the first floor--they made a difficult task look easy. They came fully prepared with all the necessary moving supplies, including wardrobe boxes, and even provided protective materials for our delicate tiles, making sure everything was properly covered and protected.
