I've moved 9 times in LA, and I'm so glad I finally found a moving company I can stick with! I chose Blvd Moving, and it was honestly the smoothest move I've ever had. Huge shoutout to David and Jahiro, they were amazing. They were fast, efficient, and professional. I didn't have enough moving boxes, but they came prepared with extra boxes and packing supplies and helped pack and wrap everything. They took incredible care of all of my furniture--everything was wrapped multiple times, and not a single piece ended up with a scratch or ding. You could tell they genuinely cared about protecting my belongings. They were some of the nicest, friendliest movers I've ever met and made what is usually a stressful day feel easy. Whenever I move again, I'll definitely be calling Blvd Moving. I couldn't recommend them more!

Thank you for picking up my belongings to move out of state. Mike and his team were fantastic and very efficient. Them wrapped my belongings especially my mattress and adjustable base. They boxed it and wrapped it perfectly. I was amazed watching them work their magic. They cleaned up everything and made sure I was satisfied. I had some items that needed special attention and they made it happen. Thank you all

*** Update - sadly the arrival was not as stellar as the send off. I will provide photos of the mangled, stained boxes, and broken items soon. The cross country movers do not treat the items with the same care as the packers. :/ In addition to costs added on which about doubled the price. We'll see how easily the claims get filled and paid. *** We used BLVD Movers today and they were AMAZING! Jaime and his partner were so pleasant and caring for the items. Edge guards for all the wooden furniture, lots of blankets, plastic wrap, and tape. We're super confident in the protective measures they took. The bonus was how impressed they were with our packing skills and how easy it was to move everything. The key is to pack your boxes tight so they don't jiggle and there are no gaps. Have all boxes of similar dimension so they can be stacked easily. Anyway, they came a little early so that was good and it allowed us to go on with our day after. The actual estimation once they came and viewed the additional items was more than expected but after reading other company reviews that seems to be the norm. We will update once the items reach the end destination but so far working with the company, photo and video sharing, the estimation with even adding items, and especially the movers were awesome. Thank you BLVD Moving.

This company is an absolute scam, please do not trust them with your money or your possessions. I hired them for a move from Oklahoma City to Denver and below are the reasons why I would never ever hire them again: 1. They charged me an additional $400 the day before deliver where I had no choice but to pay it * They held my items until I paid them the "additional charges" they demanded and did not uphold the original "binding estimate" they gave me. 2. My items were broken * My boxes arrived with 4 of my frames broken, a hole in the back of my dresser, and a support beam in my couch is unfixable (see pictures attached for reference.) 3. They didn't deliver in the window they told me * The window was 2-10 days from the pick-up date and they delivered on the 13th day. They also did a terrible (I mean absolutely terrible) job of communicating when they would deliver. From start to finish, my experience with this company was awful. My "agent" (Brent Sanchez) would redirect every question and concern I have to where they never got resolved. I have used the moving company MiniMoves in the past for long distance moves and I will definitely be going back to them.

WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!! Today, June 20th, 2026, my family's nightmare with Blvd Movers finally came to an end--and what we discovered was absolutely devastating!!! My 84-year-old mother and father sold their home and moved to Florida to begin their retirement years. After spending a lifetime building a home and accumulating the possessions they cherished, they entrusted everything they owned to Blvd Movers. That trust was met with excessive delays, poor communication, unnecessary stress, and ultimately devastation. Blvd Movers picked up their belongings on May 14th and did not deliver them until June 20th--more than FIVE WEEKS later!!! During that time, my elderly parents were forced to live in their new home with virtually nothing. They slept on a borrowed mattress, watched a tiny television, and ate meals at a small folding table while waiting endlessly for the belongings they had spent a lifetime accumulating. The emotional toll this took on them was enormous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What should have been one of the happiest moments of their lives turned into weeks of stress, uncertainty, frustration, and heartbreak!!! The furniture was definitely moved off a truck and moved onto another truck. That's also why it took so long to get down here and they couldn't find it. They didn't know where it was! They couldn't find the furniture!!! Throughout this ordeal, we dealt with Paul in sales and Dave, the owner. Instead of receiving answers and accountability, we were left dealing with delays, confusion, disappointment, and a complete lack of transparency, to say the least. After finally arriving today, payment was demanded BEFORE a single item was unloaded. We were told to pay first or they were going to drive away with my parents' belongings still on the truck!!! Then came the most devastating part. As the furniture came off the truck, we were horrified. Furniture and personal belongings arrived damaged, broken, and in shocking condition. After waiting all this time, this is what my parents were forced to receive!!! This was the condition my parents were left with!!!!!!!!!! Watching my elderly mother and father finally get their belongings back after more than a month of waiting, only to discover damage to the possessions they trusted this company to transport, was absolutely heartbreaking. This entire experience was a complete disaster from start to finish--outrageous delays, endless stress, pressure for payment, damaged property, and a complete lack of care for a family trusting them with a lifetime of belongings. If I could give NEGATIVE STARS, I would!!!!! I would strongly urge anyone considering this company to NEVER use Blvd Movers... EVER!!! There are not enough words to describe the disappointment, anger, and devastation this experience caused my family. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! ABSOLUTELY DEVASTATING!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL!!! -- A REAL REVIEW FROM A REAL FAMILY June 20th, 2026

***If you are a victim of BLVD, I URGE you to write about your experience and help other avoid this company*** I advise you to look them up on BBB and see that I am one of hundreds they've lied to, bullied into increasing their cost the day of pick up, damaged belongings, stole items of value, the list goes on. Do not go with this company across state lines or at all. Not only do they store your things for over a month, but once they do deliver most everything you trusted them with is broken, damaged, or obliterated. I shared only a few pictures because we have over 100 pictures of items they broke. Most of our kitchen items, mugs, glasses, wine glasses, my Ninja Slushi, blender, and Creami does not work, my stand alone mixer, damaged our dining table, my Cricut machine no longer opens, the computer desk was damaged beyond repair, most all of our picture frames, gifts and keepsakes that I've had since I was a child from loved ones that are no longer with me, many items that are irreplaceable and no longer made that had sentimental value, lost the power cords to all of our TVs, the controls as well, and the majority of our storage totes that are pretty sturdy. They broke and destroyed over 80 items totaling $7,196.17 and took zero accountability. It was like they were seeing who could drop our items the hardest. We called very upset and were directed to speak to Tina Talman. She told us she would help us and was sorry this was our experience because they strive for quality and care. She instructed us to text her pictures of the items and she would resolve it for us. I did as she instructed and texted her March 21, 2026. She has not responded to the text or any of our calls or emails and she is a manager with this company. Our experience was so depressing and then Tina Talman added insult to injury by effectively ignoring us. Why would any of them care about our experience or fixing it? They got paid and that seems to be all that matters to them. They WILL destroy your belongings. They WILL make you jump through hoops to try and discourage you from completing the process when all you're trying to do is replace your damaged items. They WON'T refund the cost of destroyed belongings. Hire them at your own detriment.

LA to MIA move. Quote: $9,452. Final payment: $11,420 -- over $2,000 more than agreed. No receipts, no paperwork for any additional charges. All verbal, all deliberate. They broke my furniture, lost two boxes of irreplaceable items, left trash piled at my front door, and damaged the property itself--breaking a closet door in an apartment I had not yet spent a single night in. Their resolution: $0.60 per pound. The moment your belongings are on their truck, you are no longer a customer. You are leverage. One person runs their claims department. She was out for a week, delaying my claim. After filing, I waited 30 days with zero follow-up. Federal complaint filed with the FMCSA. This is a predatory company that uses deliberate disorganization to extract money and avoid accountability. Do not use them. **UPDATE** Company Response: BLVD responded publicly stating they cannot locate my move. For the record: I have been emailing claims@blvdmoving.com since April 17, 2026 under Order #80005373. They have my full name, phone number, job number, and a detailed settlement demand. This case is not lost - it is being avoided. The FMCSA complaint was filed for regulatory violations - undisclosed fees, no receipts, and misrepresentation of services. My CSI claim is active and in progress.

Worst experience of my life stole my safe, files with all our titles for 3 cars and a boat , birth certificates, Trashed the house and when I confronted them they said" this is how we're suppose to do it for people like you" no idea what they meant by that but it was rude and uncalled for.didn't update the delivery address and delivered to wrong address then charged us another 1500 to deliver to the correct address, missing a few of my boxes, didn't want to take everything that was suppose to be listed told us we will make a new list and comeback next day for another 2400.00 lots of damaged furniture Police report filed for the missing legal documents and my safe. The crew at Blvd Moving were top notch. They did a full inventory of everything we had organized and packaged for them, and I was very impressed with how fast and thorough they were. They took photos, checked in with us, and stayed in communication with the home office throughout the entire process. They cleaned up and wrapped everything with so much care, and overall the service was excellent. The crew itself was professional, friendly, and efficient, and I would absolutely use Blvd Moving again. I would have given 5 stars, but the crew was a few hours late and we had to call three times to get an update on their arrival time. Better communication regarding the delay would have made the experience even better. That said, once they arrived, they did an outstanding job. I would definitely recommend Blvd Moving and would use them again for a future move. read more

They are Scammers. Extremely disappointing and stressful experience with BLVD. We moved from California to New Jersey with BLVD, and the entire experience was a nightmare from pickup to delivery. At pickup, they left half of our furniture behind and put us through an extremely stressful experience. Then, during delivery in New Jersey, we faced more issues and what felt like constant pressure and harassment for additional money. They demanded extra charges that we did not expect or agree to, and we were essentially forced to pay because they had all of our belongings and we had no choice if we wanted our furniture delivered. We trusted BLVD with our entire household and instead ended up dealing with missing furniture, unexpected charges, poor communication, and an enormous amount of stress. Moving across the country is already stressful. A moving company should not make the situation worse by holding your belongings and demanding additional money when you have nowhere else to turn. Based on our experience, I would absolutely not recommend BLVD for a move. Think very carefully before trusting them with your belongings. They are thief. read more

We didn't hire BLVD Moving directly--they were contracted through a company called Safe Ship for our cross-country move. Do NOT use Safe Ship. Ever. I'll leave that review on their page. This review is about BLVD Moving. I was honestly surprised to read so many negative reviews because our experience couldn't have been more different. From the moment the 28-foot truck arrived, through the careful loading and packing, to the cross-country delivery arriving exactly when they said it would, every single person we dealt with was professional, courteous, kind, and incredibly hardworking. They truly went above and beyond. A special thank you to Kevin, who led the crew that moved us out of Los Angeles, and to John and his brother Alex, who unloaded everything into our storage units on the East Coast. Every one of them was friendly, respectful, helpful, and genuinely cared about doing an excellent job. I was so impressed with BLVD Moving that I've already recommended them to two friends who are planning moves of their own--and I did so without hesitation. Bottom line: our experience with BLVD Moving was absolutely five stars. read more

It was okay! The guy that packed our kitchen did an awful job our antique expensive hand down items not wrapped right that BROKE! And dumb items wrapped with a whole box of wrapping paper. It was insane to see how he did the kitchen items & 20,000 to basically do everything ourselves once the stuff was delivered to the next state. I definitely wouldn't recommend them Now that i opened all my boxes, some of my expensive items are missing but you guys make sure to pack trash??? Wtf now i know why you guys make people pay cash so there wont be claims made this is so frustrating, unbelievable unfuckingbelievable. PLEASE WARNING DO NOT BOOK WITH BLVD read more

As of today, July 8th, my belongings are still sitting in California. I have already paid the deposit for my new apartment, but I cannot move in because I don't have my belongings. I am now forced to continue paying for a hotel, which costs more than $120 per night. This is not a small amount of money. If I were moving alone, I might not be as worried, but I am traveling with a 10-month-old baby and a cat. This situation has been extremely stressful and difficult for my family. What is most frustrating is that no one can give me a clear answer or guarantee when my belongings will actually arrive. The service I have received has been extremely disappointing. Your team should be treating this situation with urgency and making every effort to help resolve this issue, but instead, I feel like I have been left without proper support. When I asked about compensation or a discount for this delay, I was told that it was not possible because I had already paid. However, I never agreed to a service where my belongings would be delayed for this long. This is not the service I was promised when I chose your company. I need your team to take this matter seriously and provide a clear update and a solution as soon as possible. read more

Update: After posting this review; a representative reached out offering to take my coffee table and promise of no additional costs. I will post my final review upon delivery and update it to 5-stars in January if everything else goes smoothly. Appreciate the customer resolution here. Original Review: They picked up my stuff today, so far it has been a mixed bag with BLVD Moving. The pickup crew Jaime and Irvin were great and understanding and did a great job packing up the stuff and taking care of my concerns. 10/10 humans. They packed very efficiently and with care. However dispatch manager Ethan so far has been extremely rude and doesn't even explain his reasoning of why the moving estimate cf was so high. I've moved a one bedroom twice in the past with the same stuff and total cf was approx 400 for both and their final inventory came to 470 ish so seems like the estimation software they use overestimates (I had to take out my coffee table to get to a price I could afford). The sales folks Ryan and Matt have not returned my calls or emails in the last 3 days regarding charge discrepancies than what was promised when I signed. I even offered to have a video call for an accurate estimate but on pickup my charges went from an initial estimate of $3200 for a one bedroom to $3600 the day before to $4000. Did I have a few more boxes packed overnight? Yes. But not more to justify the exorbidant cost increase. I am hoping for a smooth delivery experience with no more additional fees and more direct and honest communication. read more

Very disappointing experience. Two of our original large boxes never arrived as packed and were instead replaced with several smaller boxes. We were never informed that our belongings had been repacked, nor were we given any explanation about what happened during transit. To make matters worse, many of our belongings arrived covered in a greasy substance, causing damage to numerous items. We repeatedly asked the company what happened and what the substance was, but the only response we received was to "file a claim." Our biggest concern is not just the damage, but the complete lack of transparency. If boxes were damaged or repacked during transit, customers deserve to be informed. We are still waiting for answers and cannot recommend this company based on our experience. read more

My family and I recently made a cross country move from the west coast to the east coast. My elderly mother chose BLVD as her moving company and my husband and I received a quote from them as well, however after reading reviews I chose to go with Roadway Moving instead. After notifying BLVD we chose another company they began spamming our email with tons of emails trying to fear-monger and telling us to beware of scam companies and beware of being taken advantage of etc. it wasn't just one or two emails, it was dozens to the point we had to block them. Fast forward to my elderly mother's move. The day of item pickup they loaded all of her belongings onto the truck and then they charged her an additional $1,500 for an "expedited shipping" fee that would supposedly guarantee delivery within a 3 day window. This is something they'd previously already promised over the phone with NO mention of added fees. My mother was moving into a brand new home and needed her belongings as close to closing day as possible so she paid the fee under duress. The day before her 3 day delivery window she found out that not only would her stuff not be delivered in that window but it was still sitting in a warehouse off-truck in Los Angeles and hadn't even been assigned a driver yet. It took 13 days from then for her to receive her belongings. During which time she slept on an air mattress in an empty house. Upon delivery we found furniture pieces to be broken, her computer was broken, boxes were smashed to hell, glass contents inside boxes were shattered to oblivion. They even tried to deliver items that were NOT hers. They lost pieces to furniture/tvs that were unable to be reassembled. This was a nightmare experience. I wish she would've gone with our movers over at Roadway instead because I almost feel guilty that my move was so flawless when she went through absolute hell with her move with BLVD. Save yourself the headache (and the money) and find a different moving company. read more

I had an extremely poor moving experience with BLVD and want to warn everyone: I was charged approximately 30% over my quoted rate without clear justification. I provided a detailed inventory list before the move but was never given documentation confirming what was picked up from my apartment in Wisconsin. I booked BLVD specifically because I was told the company had hubs in both Wisconsin and Los Angeles and that this would make the move faster and more efficient. Instead, this was the slowest and most disorganized move I've experienced -- and I've moved six times in the last ten years. My belongings were split between my Wisconsin apartment and a storage unit one block away. After pickup (which took 10 hours), I waited three weeks for delivery. When the items finally arrived in Los Angeles, everything was mixed together with no organization. Half of my belongings were intended for my apartment and half for my garage, located about 500 feet away down a narrow path. Despite this, boxes were unloaded indiscriminately. I was forced to move items myself while searching for essentials and hurt my back in the process. During pickup, one mover dropped a desk directly in front of me. During delivery, another mover dropped my flat-screen television and then called me "rude and mean" when I raised concerns. Several critical items could not be located at delivery, including: My TV stand My bed slats The pillows for my couch After sleeping on an air mattress for three weeks, I still could not assemble my bed because components were missing. I was also not provided pickup or delivery inventory paperwork. I remain unclear how a professional moving company operates without basic documentation confirming what was transported and delivered. Additionally, nowhere in my contract was it made clear that key furniture would not be reassembled. Given the overcharging, excessive delay, lack of documentation, mishandling of items, back injury, and overall misrepresentation of services, I cannot recommend this company. read more

Do not EVER use! EVER! I cannot even begin to tell you how awful this company was and literally ruined everything about my move. They were told to keep my stuff in storage, moved it here anyway, then when I couldn't receive it, charged me for a redelivery fee. Then, on the day they were supposed to move me in, they call to tell me it will be the next day. I had rescheduled all of my work to accommodate. The next day, they tell me they will be here between 2-5. I waited all day and they tell me they can't make it until 8:30. At that point, they were like, "Can you accept it or not?" What choice did I have? I came back and met them at 8:30 to unload. Whoa, it didn't stop there! Every box and piece of furniture had to be opened and unwrapped to see what floor and room to put them in- because the original packers didn't LABEL CORRECTLY!!! Then, they couldn't put the beds together correctly because they lost the screws and had to come back again! They broke my coffee table, my dresser, lamps, a dog crate, and I simply cannot understate this- they were HORRIBLE!! I organized every step of my move and they took what should've been celebrating my forever home, and ruined the beginning. They had ONE job. Stay away from them. Period. I will be filing complaints to be reimbursed for their re-delivery mistake, the inconvenience of being delayed by two days, and broken items. But I had to write this before they do this to someone else! read more

The price was too good to be true. The fact that they only accept Zelle payments shows you how much of a scam this company is. Multiple boxes missing, damaged furniture, add-on fees, delivery delays. read more

Red flags and questionable "family-owned" claims avoid the headache. I initially reached out to BLVD Movers and spoke with a sales agent named Matt. I was already on the fence about hiring movers because I have highly valuable personal and time-sensitive items that absolutely must arrive on time, and I have a hard time trusting anyone with them. Matt assured me that they were a family-owned business, not a broker or third-party service, and that they handle the moves entirely "themselves." The pricing seemed reasonable at the moment, so we went ahead and paid a $990 deposit. However, after doing a deep dive into their online reviews, my worst fears were confirmed. I found numerous complaints regarding broken items and, crucially, important shipments failing to arrive on time. Given what was at stake for us, we decided the risk was far too high and chose to handle the move ourselves. When my husband called to cancel and request our $990 refund, Matt's response raised immediate red flags. He claimed he had to "talk to his people" to get it approved and stated that the timeline for getting our money back was uncertain. This completely contradicts his initial sales pitch. If this is truly a tight-knit, family-owned business where they handle everything themselves, who exactly does he need to consult to click "refund" on a deposit? Be very careful with this company. The sales pitch doesn't align with how they actually operate, and their refund process feels incredibly shifty. Still waiting on our $990. read more

When I texted I found a company they asked who. I told them, which I just threw out a name so they'd leave me alone. I was still in the process of looking but saw their reviews and how horrible they are so it was a no. Whoever that was texted back , telling me how bad the other company is , and do I really want to use them if they etc etc? I found their response incredibly unprofessional. A professional would know that in order to sell , you sell YOUR product, not bad mouth competition. I responded "I read your help reviews and don't find your company any better." To which he responded that yelp forces them to pay $4,000 to be in there etc. I told them this is very unprofessional, and it comes across that you are bullying me for some reason. I blocked him. So yes, I and another reviewer have been mildly harassed my this company. And yes, I took screen shots :) I'll upload later. Busy Bee Movers are arriving to my new home today so I gotta run. Note: I just posted this about 5min ago. Below is an automated response and no you're not under new management. This happened about 3 wks ago. read more

I have moved multiple times across the country, and I can say without hesitation that my experience with BLVD Moving was the worst I've ever had. What should have been a straightforward process turned into an ordeal marked by dishonesty, negligence, and a total lack of accountability. The reason I hired BLVD Moving in the first place was because they assured me they could handle a single move that would split between two destinations: Bloomington, Indiana (for me) and Nashville, Tennessee (for my girlfriend). This was their selling point, and I signed contracts and paid a deposit about six weeks before my move date with confidence that this need would be met. The day before my scheduled move, BLVD called to inform me that they would now have to treat this as two separate moves -- the exact opposite of what I had been promised. They offered no apology, no customer service, just a demand for another $1,000. Because they refused to refund my deposit and I had less than 24 hours before moving day, I had no choice but to sign new contracts. On moving day, things only got worse. The two movers who arrived in Las Vegas immediately upcharged me another $1,000 beyond the revised estimate. What should have been a manageable load took nearly 12 hours -- in part because one mover disappeared for hours at a time. During the move, several pieces of my furniture were badly damaged, including my desk, a support beam to an entertainment center, and a bookshelf. Instead of acknowledging this damage, they marked the items as "broken before moving," which was blatantly untrue. Meanwhile, the sales representative I had worked with (Matt) and the entire office/dispatch team stopped responding altogether. Calls and messages went unanswered. For days, I had virtually no communication about where my belongings were or when they would arrive. When I finally heard from the first driver, he told me he was planning to deliver my items a full day before I was able to move in. After I explained the situation, he told me he quit. Again, dispatch was unreachable for days, leaving me completely in the dark about my possessions. The only positive aspect of this entire experience was the professionalism of the delivery crews -- Guillermo and Jordan in Indiana, and Mario in Nashville. They should be commended, as they were courteous and efficient despite the chaos created by their company. Everything else about this experience with BLVD Moving was unacceptable: deceptive pricing practices, bait-and-switch contracts, broken furniture, unprofessional staff, and a shocking lack of communication. This is not just bad business -- it is unethical, and at times felt borderline criminal. I am not writing this review to seek compensation, but to hold BLVD Moving accountable and warn others. Moving is stressful enough without being exploited and disregarded. My hope is that the leadership at BLVD sees this feedback and takes a hard look at the practices that allowed this to happen. Customers deserve transparency, respect, and care -- none of which I received. read more

Multiple problems: 1. Lost Queen Size Mattress / Claims Process - They lost an actual queen-sized natural latex mattress, which was about 600 dollars. Before the move, I was worried about damage, I never even imagined they would misplace a queen size mattress. The claims took forever, and since this was a latex mattress, based on weight, they paid me 42 dollars. 2. Deceptive Pricing - They did a pretty lax job coming up with the quote, then actually raised the price 50% after coming to pick up our things. This is very deceiving because I would have gone with a different company had they given us a more accurate quote. Conclusion: This was a cross-country move with lots of stuff. Challenging situation, haven't found a good moving company yet. Don't know who I will use next time, but would definitely not recommend BLVD moving. read more

Here was my experience: 1. I talked to them on the phone 3x before moving. The quote started at $6k and by the time we were done it was over $12k. 2. When the guys showed up on moving day it was 3 guys and a U-Haul. They arrived around 8am. They make you pay them 3x a deposit, half on arrival and half when delivered. It took 1.5 hours for them to have me sign documents while 2 guys stood around. And of course the price again rose. My house was 1420 sq ft and we asked for a half pack. At 7pm the U-Haul they showed up with which was pretty small not the 53' semi they said was full. They all went outside and fought apparently 2 of them had not been paid by the 3rd guy in 3 weeks and they were refusing to work. I had to pay them in cash so he could pay the other 2 guys to keep going. Then tipped them $900 to keep it going. 4. They made me in the middle give them a review back to the company while the guy stood behind me watching. I said 5 stars because of the predicament they put me in. 5. They had been joking around about me buying them lunch. So I said yea of course what do you guys want and it was Panda Express. I'm bringing this up because when I had my bare wood desk unloaded Panda Express boxes and old food spilled out in my new house. I could have cried. It ruined the wood. I'll note they also asked me to buy them alcohol which I did. I was on a tight timeline and needed to keep them happy. I just don't get it we had a 50 gallon trash going the whole time. 7. When the new truck showed up at my house about 1100 miles away it was a semi. These guys were nice they did drop a shredder and break it but no big deal. 8. This is the big one. We paid for them to pack 4 monitors and 2 TVs. One TV came broken. One 32" monitor came broken. It's amazing they all weren't since they packed them with nothing but a box. The photo attached shows one of my smaller monitors 27" that was in a box with another one and nothing else in the box. The packing was truly insane they dumped everything in boxes together. Almost every dish broken. Then they had the nerve to put a coat rack inside of a lawn clippings bag. Picture attached. Bottom line is go with another company I've unpacked 1/2 of the stuff they moved and at least 1/3 of that has been broken. We've had junk removal come to our house 3x since unpacking because we have so much broken stuff. They will definitely be back as well. read more

From the start, there were issues with communication. After booking and partially paying, we could not get a hold of the company for approximately two weeks. When they came to pick up our items, they had believed we only had a bed and a couch (quoted at $3,000) to move from state to state. The price then went up due to not having all the items on the itemized list. We were told they were going to pick up between 10 am and 2 pm, they did not arrive until around 6 pm. Our expected delivery date went from 10-14 business days to 14-20. Once our stuff arrived, we were not given a 24 hour notice, but a 4 hour notice, to which it was then a federal holiday so banks were closed and we were unable to get a cashiers check, luckily they were able to take Zelle. They additionally tried to overcharge us, though we had documentation of the correct price as well as statements from what we had paid pre. Yet, when our stuff arrived we were extremely disappointed with the presentation of it, many boxes were smooshed, opened, and had water damage. We are also missing items that were not put on the list that they took (totaling around $400). We were told we are able to make claims and that we have a few months. We are estimating there will be $1,000 or more of damages. After our items were delivered, we received a call that our items were going to be delivered on the weekend (less than an 8 hour notice). Communication within the business seems to be a weak point which then affects the customers. I do not recommend this company. read more

Hopefully the most accurate review you'll read on BLVD moving. They get two stars because technically, when they see this and respond, they'll say they did everything they were supposed to do. They delivered our belongings on the 21st day - contracted for 14 business days which should've been Friday but they delivered on Saturday... not sure why they don't count weekends or holidays when they're clearly working. Luckily, I wasn't as unfortunate as some other folks whose reviews I've read. My price didn't double on moving day, nor did I have countless boxes not turn up with delivery. Hillary from the quotes dept was actually great. Where my disappointment enters: they have zero customer service. It is nowhere to be found. The department does not exist. My wife had a genius idea to place an AirTag in one of our boxes as well as in one of our cars that was being towed so we could track our belongings. Watched my cars beat us to our destination by a full 24 hours (don't use their car-towing partner either) and then proceeded to watch my belongings sit in a warehouse in Phoenix, AZ for 12 days. Daily calls after we got out to our destination (Indiana) and never once got an answer or a call back. I booked this trip more than three months in advance and now they have to "wait on a truck" - couldn't have figured that out earlier I guess. My favorite part was watching the AirTag pass right through my new town on Wednesday and still not be delivered until Saturday. Had to unpack other customers first because they were packed last.. make that make sense. Received one call during the process from Tina(?) in management and was promised follow up - never happened and definitely won't after this review! I know moving is never easy, especially across the country. While the loading and unloading is nice, not having to do it yourself, in hindsight I'd have rather saved the money and driven a U-Haul across the country. We spent more than two weeks in an Indiana winter without our belongings, but BLVD's representatives are still the coldest part about the experience. Just wanted updates! Doesn't seem that hard. read more

7/4 UPDATE - all documents filed against BLVD Moving. I encourage all to go to DEPARTMENT TRANSPORTATION AND FILE COMPLAINT! Call DOT # 888)-368-7238 and provide their information which is USDOT No. 2892909 and MC No. 971895. Do not look for them to call you back or do the right thing! Hit them where it hurts! We can get this company shut down and hit with massive fines! I am reporting USDOT No. 2892909 and MC No. 971895. To compound these structural violations, BLVD Moving executed this commercial carriage using an unbranded, short-term Penske rental truck to bypass regulation rather than an authorized corporate fleet vehicle. This is a tactical evasion commonly deployed by rogue carriers to circumvent electronic logging device (ELD) tracking, hours-of-service compliance, and mandatory vehicle USDOT marking regulations. REPORT THEM IMMEDIATELY!! UPDATE JULY 2nd: A claims representative reached out on 7/1 offering an insultingly small settlement that didn't even cover a fraction of the issues on my $3,000+ move. They explicitly promised a callback today, July 2, to discuss a fair 50% refund but instead, they ghosted me. They never called as she stated she would today, 7/2. Zero communication. Still waiting for that phone call.Due to this compounding consumer deception and breach of implied covenant of good faith, my prior settlement offer is officially rescinded. I am now demanding a full restitution and refund of all transactional funds. Because they have refused to communicate honestly, I am skipping further internal escalation and am currently submitting formal administrative complaints directly to the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) and the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) for statutory violations of consumer protection regulations (49 CFR Part 375).Furthermore, I am officially submitting this case, along with my independent video evidence and the responding law enforcement bodycam footage, to local news consumer investigative teams (including "On Your Side" broadcast reporters) to expose this pattern of consumer fraud to the public. I am also initiating a formal fraud and merchant non-compliance report directly with Venmo regarding their predatory surcharge tactics. Refunding this transaction immediately is your most cost-effective mitigation strategy to protect your operating authority and your payment processing accounts. Paying a fair refund is a fraction of what this company will face in federal and state regulatory fines. LEGAL NOTICE: Unlawful Conversion of Property, Extortion, and Deceptive Trade Practices by Wendy Barrios. BLVD Moving engaged in a calculated pattern of bad-faith billing and deceptive trade practices during my relocation. At pickup, the company failed to provide an operational portal for their requested Zelle payment. When cash was offered, staff openly refused to provide a legally required receipt, forcing the transaction onto Venmo.Upon delivery, the office manager, Wendy Barrios, retroactively penalized me for this crew-directed payment method by unilaterally inflating the contract invoice by an un-itemized $53.00. This constitutes an illegal, un-contracted surcharge and a direct violation of consumer protection laws. After I submitted the final balance of $1,054.00, the company attempted a text-book hostage-load extortion scheme. On-site movers gave conflicting statements regarding payment verification, and Wendy Barrios explicitly threatened to remove my household goods, withhold them at an undisclosed location, and assess predatory "holding fees" unless a duplicate payment was issued. This action meets the statutory definition of unlawful conversion of property.Following a sixty-minute standoff, I was forced to initiate a police dispatch to the scene. The absolute second law enforcement officers assumed control of the situation and initiated phone contact with Wendy Barrios, the "missing" funds magically reconciled in their system, and they finally released my property to avoid criminal charges. This review serves as public documentation of corporate fraud and predatory coercion. A formal bank chargeback has been initiated for the fraudulent $53.00 surcharge, and a comprehensive evidentiary file--including phone logs and police dispatch records--is being submitted directly to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), the Department of Transportation (DOT) Inspector General, and the State Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division for immediate investigation into BLVD Moving's operating authority. read more

This is a follow up to BLVD MOVING COMPANY the Complaint filed 8-1-2020 by my wife Cathy M. We received a phone call 8-10-2020 @ 3:42pm stating that our moving truck would be arriving tomorrow between 9:00am and 11:00am. This is the good news that we finally received our property back on 8-11-2020. That is the the only good news. I was told over the phone by dispatch on 8-6-2020 that I would receive a call 3 days prior to receiving our goods so that we can make arrangements with our work schedule. Instead we received a call approximately 17 hrs prior to the delivery. I have been informed that the delivery crew was told not to call me until the night before the delivery. I do not know whom gave this order, but it may have come from the President/owner of the company David Fembris or the Estimator Aleksandr that have been avoiding my emails and has not had the common curtesy to return a phone call. (One might be surprise how returning one phone call could have changed this whole experience.) On 8-6-2020 I was told by dispatch that we would receive a discount of $55 for every day they were late according to their idea of the delivery date deadline being Thursday 8-6-2020. Not an apples to apples comparison when I would be charged $500 per day for storage if I could not meet their delivery date that I'm supposed to receive a call 3 days prior and will be charged $150 per hour after the truck shows up if we are not able and ready to receive the truck. With only a 17 hours phone call notice this is not what I would call proper protocol from a company and why would the crew have been directed to break protocol on this particular delivery? Also, the crew will not unload your truck or open the truck until you pay your remaining bill in full. Apparently, this is common practice for moving companies. So, I Ask about the late delivery discount and I'm told there is not going to be one due to some fine print that they do not feel that they are late. I ask to get David Fembris on the phone and to please clarify why I am not getting a discount, Why I was not provided a call 3 days prior to delivery and to basically ask what is really going on. The driver calls and is talking to David so I'm told. the only discount that was being offered was a $250 discount which is at least something until I'm told that it will be coming out of the delivery crews wages. I'm not 100% sure if this was a true statement, but I have no reason to believe otherwise since no one from upper management like David Fembris was willing to talk to me about the situation. Poor management and Leadership if you hide in the back and aren't willing to lead from the front. So, no discount was provided as I did not feel it was the Delivery crews fault for what has happen. This issue started with Sales/estimator Aleksandr whom walked the job twice and stated to me that the bid and pictures of my heavy items in question were approved for the quote. To top it all off I still unloaded all the heavy items with my own tractor that I pulled off a job to so that I could get them off in one piece. I do NOT recommend that anyone use BLVD MOVING Company as they have not shown any attempt to communicate with me about any of the issues. To some this up: I had an Estimator/Aleksandr walk the job twice and provide a solid quote and stated that it was approved by his supervisor David Fembris. It took two very long late days to load and I had to load the truck of the heavy items that I was quoted they would do. BLVD MOVING then sat on my delivery from 7-18-2020 until 8-11-2020, called me approximately 17 hrs before delivery and I still had to unload all my heavy items myself. NO discount was provided, NO one ever returned a phone call or an email. NOT once... Very Disappointing that BLVD MOVING, a company of this size has such pour communication and people skills. I would NOT recommend them to anyone. read more

I could never recommend this moving company to anyone including my worse enemy. Had I read their reviews prior to hiring them I would not have. My five month nightmare began in Feb when I hired them and made a $500 good faith payment through my debt card. I was told by my new mortgage company not to make any large purchases because I was in escrow for my new home in Arizona that was being built. I started making regular payments through money orders; 87 days later I started to worry because with all of my request for a receipt of my payments or a monthly statement I got none until about a week before my actual move. They lost my money and it was me that had to pay money to prove I did in fact sent them payments totaling $4000, they were off by $2500. With about 50 phone calls to about 15 different employees over a 2 month period of time only about 10 times were these calls returned with nothing but promises to get this issue resolved. Finally on our moving date I was handed a small notebook screen with a contract that I could not read even with a magnifying glass because the font was so tiny to the naked eye. I had a quote for $4300 and believed I only owed $300 and wound up paying over $2000 more. I was charged for everything, blankets, $75 per step, packing, storage fee, wrapping paper, tape, and handling furniture. Wait it gets worse. I was told I would be charged S75 per hour if I didn't move 90 small but heavy boxes that needed to be tagged from my garage to the platform of the truck. I asked the driver and supervisor, "Isn't that what I hired you for? You're the mover the boxes are already to go twenty feet from your truck. Needless to say I was forced to move these heavy boxes or get charged with an extra handling fee. Mind you I'm a retired senior citizen in no condition to move any boxes but I did. It took Blvd Moving 18 days to finally deliver our furniture after telling us it would probably beat us to Arizona from the Central Valley of California a total of 747 miles. We left California the following day rushing since they convinced us the truck would beat us to Arizona since they had a full day's head start. We were told if we weren't there to allow the movers access into our home there would be an extra charge for storage. We didn't even have the keys to our new home since we had yet to sign the papers so the drive was a worrisome one believing they would beat us there. So much of our furniture was damaged including mirrors that they packed and insisted I take a large box of broken glass since it was my items, 3 desk, dressers, tables, chairs, 3 shelves, plates, bowls etc. the list is endless but you get the point. Now when we called to file a claim it took, again, several days for someone to finally reach us and we were told we weren't covered since we didn't purchase the insurance in advance. No one ever told us anything about insurance or the extra two grand they charged us nickel and diming us for everything. So I write this honest review in hopes someone reads this before they hire Blvd Moving and experience a similar nightmare like what we had. Lastly with over a hundred phone calls and request to about 20 different people working in this ragtag company no one would give us the owners name and no one answered my 3 letters to this company about the lost funds, the two grand extra charges, or the many, many broken items they refuse to reimburse for. read more

I cannot emphasize enough the sheer horror we endured with BLVD Moving during our move from Seattle to Brooklyn. This was, without a doubt, the worst moving experience of our lives. Here's a comprehensive list of the countless issues we encountered: Last-Minute Rescheduling: Just one day before our scheduled pick-up, BLVD Moving casually informed us that they had to reschedule. This lack of professionalism and disregard for our time was utterly unacceptable. Excessive Delays and Threats: On the day of pick-up, the moving team from BLVD Moving arrived a staggering 7 hours late. To add insult to injury, they had the audacity to threaten not to pick up our items simply because of their tardiness. Their lack of accountability and respect for our belongings left us utterly flabbergasted. Unjustified Price Increase: Despite having received a quote initially, BLVD Moving shamelessly demanded almost double the amount, providing no legitimate justification for the increase. They based their charges on a mere visual estimate, completely disregarding the virtual online tour quote we had previously agreed upon. We were forced to pay under duress as we had to vacate our apartment the next day. Unresponsiveness and Inconsistent Agents: Communication with BLVD Moving was an absolute nightmare. They were unresponsive, and to make matters worse, they constantly switched agents assigned to our case. This resulted in a loss of vital information and a frustrating lack of continuity throughout the entire process. Premature Shipment: Despite our explicit instructions not to ship our items until we provided confirmation, BLVD Moving ignored our requests and proceeded to ship our belongings anyway. This forced us to frantically contact them repeatedly, wasting precious time and causing unnecessary stress. Unreasonable Delivery Charges: To deliver our items, BLVD Moving insisted on using large semi-trucks, even though our belongings were already located in a local storage facility in the delivery city. Consequently, they slapped us with an exorbitant $300 charge. This lack of flexibility and consideration for our specific needs was outrageous. Mixed-Up Delivery: Upon finally receiving our items, we were horrified to discover that some of the delivered items were not ours. BLVD Moving's incompetence and negligence led to a chaotic mix-up, leaving us to sort out their mess. Lost and Damaged Items: As if the previous issues weren't enough, BLVD Moving managed to lose and/or damage our belongings, resulting in losses amounting to nearly $7000 USD. Their unhelpfulness and lack of urgency in rectifying the situation were utterly disheartening. We spent weeks desperately trying to locate our items, only to be met with empty promises and indifference. In conclusion, I strongly advise against using BLVD Moving for your relocation needs. Their unprofessionalism, unresponsiveness, and disregard for customer satisfaction are truly disconcerting. They resort to intimidation tactics, demanding full payment upfront and leaving you with no alternatives. Save yourself the distress and seek out a reputable moving company that values their customers' belongings and provides a stress-free experience. read more

Here is the Caution to who ever want to deal with BLVD These movers claim to be professional. They have really proved wrong at least in our case. Starting from the pickup till the inventory is delivered, we have seen lack of proper coordination between the different teams working in the move. Here is our experience at each stage.... That should be helpful to all readers.!! We had a binding estimate from BLVD after giving the inventory. It was clearly discussed that if any items will be removed from the inventory, freight is going to come down. This is the very purpose of binding estimate. To our surprise the pickup guy has insisted for more money stating it require more space. In fact we have removed one big item (bunk bed & both mattresses). We didn't have any choice but go ahead as last minute change of movers is going to impact our schedule (We had flight following day). We have specifically asked for boxes for TV & 2 mattresses. These were offered as free (rather included in the price). The truck had reached without any boxes on it. The guys were so rude. They have questioned if the items need to be dropped from pickup as we had insisted for the boxes. After several discussions with the back office dispatch team, the operations in charge have promised that the three items will be covered with blankets at home and once they reach the warehouse, they will move them in to boxes without fail. We have believed them. To our surprise, all the three items have reached the destination as they are wrapped in blankets at the origin. Both the mattresses are totally got bent. The guy who delivered the goods have spoken with customer service and agreed to mention the issues in comments section on Household goods inventory list. He has also mentioned that customer service will call us back which never happened. During the whole movement, we didn't have any information about the ETA for the truck. After multiple attempts from our end, we got to know the arrival of truck previous night only. The delivery personnel came without any tools for fixing the furniture. They just fixed the items with bare hands and fooled us saying everything is in order. Later we have observed the screws didn't place correctly. They either came out or damaged the furniture (e.g., computer table). We have raised claim for the damages.... It is still not closed by BLVD customer service. In short, be prepared to have negotiation at each stage of movement even after taking binding estimate. And one more important aspect is to clearly review the Household goods inventory list that is attached to Bill of Lading, for the coding & comments of the condition of items at the time of pickup. This is going to be the base while claiming damages. These guys don't explain or give time for us to go through this important aspect while asking for our signature at pickup read more

If I could give negative stars I would. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE OR CROSS COUNTRY MOVING!!! It's a brokerage that gives no fucks about you or your stuff. These people are scam artists. They will totally fuck you over any which way they can. I got a quote for about $1800 and was never once told about any of these additional "services" that I'd end up paying for. I pushed out $700 in a deposit and never received a contract which stated those fees till after the deposit was paid. I updated my inventory list 3 times but they didn't give the driver an updated list. So! Then they get to my place where now it's suddenly going to be an extra $2500 added to the $500 that I was expecting to pay at pick up. Luckily I had someone there who made them recount as they were stating I had way over 20 medium boxes when I only had 15. But I'm still going to have to pay $2000. $1000 at pick up and the other $1000 at delivery. Mind you my stuff is in a storage unit on the other side of the country and half already in there truck before I'm made aware of these extra costs. I'm in limbo my unit is already closed out and feel forced into this. However I never recurved a contract or anything stating the new fees, because without my permission or written consent they had my friend sign all these papers which locked me into the contract and stating I'd pay all these extra fees concerning stairs and 75ft etc. and when I demanded they show where I said he could sign anything on my behalf I was basically threatened with my stuff being dumped into storage if I didn't come up with the money which they wanted in cash at delivery. Customer service was rude. Would put me on hold and then leave me there. Refused to let me speak at all then comes even better news. I get told the night before my delivery that they can't get the truck to my location and imma have to pay $492 for a shuttle delivery. Now they had this address all along. Never ONCE mentioned I'd have to pay extra cause I live on a country road. Oh but they were suddenly nice to me and dropped the price to $300. So now the night before I have to pull out $1300 just to get my belongings back. Morning time now. It's one mover! 1 freaking person. He dropped stuff. Boxes were smashed that said fragile. Glassware broke stuff is missing oh but you didn't pay for insurance so oh well. Assholes never even made it an offer to get any claim insurance. Then a week later my bed falls apart because the mover didn't actually put it together and all the hardware is missing!! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!!! I'll be contacting the BBB about them and finding out what I can do but all those great reviews are lies. read more

Overall, I had a great experience with BLVD Moving. They moved me from Los Angeles to western Pennsylvania in December. The sales rep and my point of contact, Adam, was responsive and accommodating. During the estimate process Adam told me that a shuttle service at my destination would not be necessary, but after doing some investigation I questioned this and asked them to confirm. They came back to me and agreed that I would have to pay extra for shuttle service (my destination address was at the end of a long country lane and the big rig didn't have room to turn around). Because of the error in the initial estimate, Adam gave me a big discount to alleviate much of the additional expense. The moving crew on the day of my move-out - led by Augustin - was super-professional, on time, efficient and friendly. They were the BEST! The moving crew at the other end of the move was also friendly, although they had fewer guys and so it took longer. I was careful to keep a very detailed inventory of my own, which the BLVD movers helped me to align with their tracking system so that 100% of my items were moved and nothing was lost in the process, even though my belongings had to stay temporarily in a warehouse while they waited for an available long-distance truck. I was also very pleased that BLVD was not only able to take my credit card as payment for the initial up-front deposit, but also for the remaining balance on the other end of the move, and they didn't charge me any additional fees. The only thing about the move that was less than great was that one of our boxes of high-quality Italian plates arrived with most of the plates broken. Unfortunately, although it is possible that the box could have been dropped or jostled inappropriately, I realized when I unpacked them that I did not protect them with enough packing material. So in the end, the broken dishes were probably mostly due to my own inexperience in packing. In the future I will probably ask BLVD to pack the plates for me to ensure their safety. I do not have much experience with professional movers, so it is hard for me to compare my experience with BLVD with other companies, but overall I was a happy customer and thought everything was handled smoothly and professionally. I was seriously considering moving everything myself with a U-Haul, but BLVD not only priced my move competitively, but they took most of the work and worry out of the process. I will be moving back to Los Angeles in the next year or so, and will likely be giving BLVD another call so that they can handle our move. Thanks, BLVD!!! read more

BLVD Moving is NOT a good company! I know the moving industry as a whole has a lot of bad companies, but BLVD is right at the top of these horrible posers. They brag about being a family-owned company, not a broker, and yet the owner OWNS A MOVING BROKERAGE and uses it to his advantage. They have countless complaints against them - far more than any other moving company - and their salespeople spit out lie after lie in the hopes you'll book with them. I wish my folks hadn't been swayed by them! They say they have offices and warehouses in other states, but both their Las Vegas address and Dallas address are mail-drops - MailLink and PostNet respectively. Look up the addresses on Google Earth and you'll see it with your own eyes. Just learned via another site that the owner has another company called DANDY MOVERS - that "business address" is a house. His third company, FIRST WORLD VAN LINES, uses a fictitious NY address with a Mazatlan, Mexico zip code; that company's Florida address is the address of American Van Lines. Don't believe me? Once again, check out Google Earth and see for yourself. According to previous customers, many of their moves end up costing much more than quoted, even when their in-home estimator - a so-called "expert" with years in the business - shows up to your house to give you an "honest quote." Read the reviews on Yelp, BBB and MyMovingReviews.com and see what others have to say. I can't believe my parents didn't! Their move from Northern California to the East Coast ended up costing double what they said it would, and that was after they took over an hour doing a virtual estimate. Even worse - my folks had LESS things when they moved than what was listed on the inventory, and it still cost more! They also promise to disassemble furniture on pickup, and reassemble the furnishings in your house on delivery. Nope! Instead, they moved it all into the living room and left. My folks, who are older, had to hire people to move the furnishings where they wanted them. No matter how you slice it, BLVD Moving is a slimy AF company that should be avoided at all costs! read more

So I recently left a review for this company talking about how amazing this company was and how awesome they were on my move date..... I TOTALLY TAKE IT BACK!! My sale associate was Bobby. He was very knowledgeable about what I needed and helped me get started but this man did not answer or call me back at all after we set up the move. I tried to call him about updates to my pick up and drop off plans and I got no response from this man. I had to call different people to get an update about my account. On the day of the move I got excellent movers, Elliot and Marco. They were amazing and they made moving so stress free for me. They came on time and were nice and kind they packed, moved and loaded all my belongings and helped me understand my rates and options. My original quote was about $1500 but I ended up paying $4500. This was because I had more stuff than anticipated to move and pack and I understand that part. The part I did not understand was that the price included delivery and unpacking services. "Full Service" is what was apart of the deal. That did not happen. After my items were picked up I couldn't get anyone to give me a straight answer about when my items would be delivered. At first they said 1 week, then it was 1-2 weeks, but it wasn't delivered until a 3 weeks later ! On the day of delivery, the movers called me before their arrival and said that they were about 10 minutes away and I was at a nail appointment. I had to rush home to meet them but they did not show up until 40 ish minutes after. When they got here they didnt even tell us their names. They just start bringing my belongings out of the truck and into my home. They didn't unpack any boxes, didn't build my belongings, didn't check our electronics like they were suppose to. They just dropped off our items and were like "we're going now because we have another drop off" Like WTF? Would not recommend or use them again unless I only got Elliot and Marco. read more

Let's begin by saying that picking any mover through reviews is terrifying. And if you think any mover is going to get you your belongings quickly and safely, you're sadly going to be disappointed. Every company had terrible reviews, especially for long distance hauls. I was moving form Oakland, CA to Caribou, ME and the end I simply choose BLVD due to the fact that Alex came out and took an inventory of what was being shipped and I liked the quote. I realize I had literally thrown my hands in the air and left things to fate but I was willing to live with that choice. The short answer of how the move went was this. The company arrived when they said they would for the pick up and two guys were polite, attentive and got the job done. I placed only three calls to dispatch after my shipment had been picked up. The calls were each answered promptly and politely and the third required a call back which I received in a timely manner. Finally my shipment arrived within the contract specified timeframe with no damages or losses. (Not counting the two bottles of hot sauce that froze and ruptured within the freezer bags I had placed them in.) All considered, this seems like a very successful and stressless move. Just face it, the farther you move the longer you will be without your stuff. I can't imagine any other company could promise anything more than BLVD provided for my move. If there is one thing I didn't like. I was told, on more than one occasion, that they guaranteed a 23 business day turn around on the shipment but if you read the contract it states **and I quote** "Any oral promises made regarding delivery or pick up dates dates and times are mere estimates. We guarantee delivery to take place within 30 business day of the first available for delivery." And they they throw in all the expected weather delays and such. read more

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. The most unprofessional and inconsiderate company I've ever worked with. First, they were 7 hours late to pick up my belongings and then said they were going to charge me an extra $75 because there are three stairs to get from the lobby of my building to the street. The truly horrible experience was at delivery though. In mid-July, I requested to have my things delivered August 1st, but they said the earliest they could do was August 3rd, so I said OK. I called them 1 week later to confirm, and they had written down the wrong address, but confirmed an August 3rd delivery. The day before delivery (August 2nd) I called to confirm again, and they said my belongings would be delivered as scheduled and the driver would call when they were close by. On August 3rd, I didn't receive a call at all. At 5pm I was worried, so I called them, and they said there was a "delay," and my things would now be delivered a FULL WEEK LATE! I told them I started work that Monday and could not be there, but they said that in the contract they could deliver up to A MONTH LATE with no recourse. I begged them, and they did nothing. Then, 5 days later, I get a call that they are an hour away despite never being told they were coming that day. I had our leasing agent meet them because I was at work, and requested that my dresser be put in the closet and mattress be put in the bedroom. Despite those being my only 2 requests, they did not do either one and put my dresser outside the closet and the mattress in the family room. They did not get my things where they needed to be, they did not deliver on time, and they did not communicate AT ALL outside of me calling them. A dreadful experience all around, please do not use this company! read more

I honestly don't even know where to start because Blvd Moving Company in Chatsworth gave me one of the BEST moving experiences I have ever had in my life. They didn't just move my belongings they moved with care, professionalism, and a level of excellence that truly blew me away. My expectations were high, but Armando and his crew went so far above and beyond that I'm still talking about it. From the moment they arrived, Armando's crew showed nothing but kindness, respect, and genuine care. These weren't just movers these were people who treated my home and my belongings like their own. They were incredibly friendly, super structured, extremely organized, and worked with a level of precision that you rarely see anymore. Their energy alone instantly put me at ease. Every single item was wrapped perfectly, labeled clearly, loaded with intention, and handled with the highest level of professionalism. They thought of things I didn't even think about. Not one corner of the process was sloppy. Not one moment felt rushed. You could tell Armando takes pride in his work and leads a team that's just as committed as he is. What meant the most to me was how they went out of their way to help with things they didn't even have to do. They checked in with me constantly, made sure I felt comfortable with every step, and truly made this entire move seamless. They brought peace to a situation that's usually stressful and chaotic. Blvd Moving Company has earned a lifelong customer. If you're looking for movers who are trustworthy, caring, hard-working, and operate with true excellence look no further. I would recommend them 100 times over, especially Armando and his amazing crew. Five stars isn't enough. They deserve ten. read more

Blvd Moving made our move so much easier for us. From the first time we called them to when they placed the last piece of furniture in our new home, everything was done really well. We started by calling this moving service to ask about their services. The person on the phone was friendly and knew a lot. They patiently answered all our questions and told us exactly how much it would cost, so there were no surprises on moving day. On the day of the move, the crew came on time, which was great. They worked really hard and were careful with our stuff right from the moment they entered our old house. Our house was 5-bedroom area, and we were worried about how they would handle it. But the crew was positive and planned everything well. They looked at each room, wrapped up fragile things, and took apart weighty furniture so nothing got damaged during the move. One notable thing was how well the movers worked together. Each person had a job, and they all worked together smoothly. This made packing and loading much faster, and we felt confident that our things were in good hands. As they moved through our house, the movers stayed professional. They easily went up and down stairs and through narrow hallways. Even heavy furniture was moved carefully, showing they knew how to handle tricky situations. When it came to moving our stuff to the new place, everything went really smoothly. The movers knew the route and made sure our things arrived just as they left. They paid attention to details when unloading and putting each item in its place. Timing was crucial for us, and Blvd Moving did a great job. read more

Our experience with them deserves negative stars! Moving is stressful in itself.. Save yourself the added headache and added stress! Very disorganized, unprofessional, SHADY, poor/no business ethics , poor customer service, inconsiderate people! Don't get trapped! They think customers are helpless and at their mercy - doubled the price on the day of pick up! Sad to say they're like scammers! No matter how transparent you are they will never get it . We sent pictures of all the stuff to be moved. They gave us a quote based on the pictures sent, crating fees were added, set a date, changed the date on us and on the day of the move they demanded 2x the quoted price. A lady called us on the phone accusing us of adding more stuff -NOTHING WAS ADDED, also saying we didnt say large boxes of clothes, we didn't disclose furnitures were antiques and that we didn't mention that we needed a 400 cubic feet truck! We told the lady we emailed pictures of each item that were to be moved and how in the world will we know how big of a truck we needed to move our stuff! Kept accusing us of this and that and when we said she should get in contact with Cameron the representative who helped us at their main office. Her response was no need to talk to Cameron and she started bad mouthing him and said "Cameron will not work for us anymore! He will be fired for this". It was so easy for her to say I cannot do this move a refund will be issued to your account- maybe thinking we will give in. She was so adamant, unbelievable, arrogant and very unprofessional! Very poor customer service! read more

I had the worst moving experience with BVLD Moving on my relocation from Los Angeles to New York. From start to finish, the entire process was frustrating and disappointing. They broke multiple valuable items, including a queen bed box spring, a file cabinet, and a brand-new printer. When I filed a claim, the process dragged on endlessly with unclear communication and unreasonable deadlines pushed on me, while the company took all the time they wanted to submit documents. It was obvious they were not impartial and were protecting the moving company at every turn. To make matters worse, they tried to bribe me with $100 to remove my honest negative review -- a clear attempt to silence customers rather than resolve issues fairly. Their so-called "new management" and "customer service" promises turned out to be empty words. After months of delays, they denied most of my claims, offering only a fraction of the compensation I deserved based on weight instead of actual damage or value. They refused to take responsibility for broken pressed wood furniture and a malfunctioning printer, blaming "inherent weaknesses" and "mechanical failure" instead of their own mishandling. They even overcharged me for warehouse boxes, ignoring repeated warnings and photo evidence. If you're moving cross-country, avoid BVLD Moving. Their lack of professionalism, poor handling of belongings, and unwillingness to take responsibility made this the worst moving experience I've ever had. read more

We were very happy with the service provided by BLVD for our move, from start to finish. We moved from Southern California to the Austin area of Texas. From the initial quote to the final delivery of our furniture to our new house in Texas, everyone we dealt with was very professional. My advise to anyone making a move of this length is to use heavy duty moving boxes. I used a variety of boxes that I bought at Walmart or Home Depot or got free from neighbors. Even though I had very little damage with the boxes that I packed, the heavy duty boxes made the move in much better shape than the others. Another thing to be very aware of is the actual list of items being moved. Make sure to modify your list a few days before the move so that what you say is being moved is exactly what is being moved. This will keep you from having an increase in the price because you have more volume going than was identified on the list. The majority of the poor ratings for this company or others that I checked out were almost always related to a price increase on the day of pickup. We had no issues with any increases because I was very anal regarding the list of items being moved. The crew that loaded the furniture in California and the crew that unloaded in Texas were great. The Customer Service was very helpful when we thought that we had lost a box that luckily turned up in a closet of the old house. I most definitely recommend BLVD if you are looking for a mover. read more

We found the residential/domestic moving experience with BLVD Moving to be absolutely fantastic. The price quoted and paid was very good value for money. It took the stress out of moving. We had a lovely man from the company come to the house to do an initial assessment of our moving needs. We felt very special that our move was tailored to us and not treated as just another move. We opted to pack our own items and were provided with more than ample suitable boxes and packing materials. We also opted for a pickup, and leave in storage for 3 days and then deliver. The moving out guys who arrived at our home in WA, and did the pick-up was brilliant. Very professional, courteous, and did the pick-up with absolute efficiency We were assured that our items, once packed into the truck, remained there untouched and in a secure compound until the day we moved in. We found this to be very reassuring. On the day of the move into our new home, the same truck with our belongings arrived at the new property at 9 am in the morning - very prompt! The moving-in guys were unbelievably professional, calm, in control and made the whole moving-in day feel like a breeze! Thank you everyone at BLVD Moving, you did us proud, and would have no hesitation in recommending your services to anyone thinking of using professional movers read more

My wife and I have just finished packing out our house for an out of state move using BLVD movers. The only negative was a bit of uncertainty about when they would arrive to begin the move. Once they arrived I have nothing but praise for their service, courtesy, and care for our property. The packing crew led by David included Douglas, Enrikeh (sp), and Guillermo. This team devoted a full day and a half packing our household goods, and another half day loading the truck. In fact when we expressed concern about enough room on the truck, they cooperated in arranging a larger truck. Every plate and glass was thoroughly individually wrapped. Moving blankets were used on every chair, table, and other piece of furniture. Large or small, every item was thoroughly padded and/or boxed for packing. All boxes were clearly labeled with a name for a delivery location (room or other) and contents. Every package loaded onto the truck was entered into a computerized bill of lading, to help ensure nothing will go missing. The entire crew were consistently cheerful, friendly and eagerly helpful. And these guy were all really hard workers. For example, several of the crew singlehandedly packed or loaded a safe of over 400 pounds. I can't use enough superlatives about these guys. read more

I cannot recommend Blvd moving company enough! What truly set them apart was their outstanding customer service and communication. Tina handled my account after some initial interactions with someone else. She was incredibly thorough, patient, and responsive to all my questions. She provided a detailed estimate and kept me updated throughout the planning process. When I had to make some last-minute changes, she accommodated everything without any hassle. Ryan was also fantastic. He was professional, efficient, and responsive. The movers themselves treated our belongings with care and worked tirelessly to ensure everything went smoothly. They even took the time to walk through our new place with us to make sure we were satisfied with the placement of our furniture. The level of communication was impressive - we never felt left in the dark about timing, logistics, or any potential issues. Both Tina and Ryan went above and beyond to make what could have been a stressful experience actually enjoyable. Our move was completed on time and was a great experience. If you're looking for movers who genuinely care about their customers and deliver exceptional service, look no further. Thank you, Tina, Ryan, and the entire team for making our move so smooth! read more
