I had a great experience with this moving company and would definitely recommend them. From the very beginning, Daniela was extremely professional, helpful, and quick to respond. She made setting up the move easy and kept everything organized from start to finish. Johnny and Francisco handled our move, and they were excellent. Both guys worked incredibly hard, were professional and friendly, and took great care with all of our belongings. I especially appreciated how careful they were with my home theater equipment and other items that I was concerned about during the move. They worked efficiently without rushing or cutting corners, and everything arrived at our new house safely. Moving is always stressful, but Daniela, Johnny, and Francisco made the entire process much easier. Thank you again for all the hard work and great service. I would absolutely use this company again and highly recommend them! read more

They worked hard in 100 degree weather, 6 hour move! Major props to Carlos for disassembling and reassembling my gazebo fast and In 100 degree weather. I had to buy them lunch. First time using movers - Jonny & Eddie were very friendly and helped with all the heavy lifting, relieving the headache that comes with moving. Would definitely recommend for your next move! read more

I moved this week and I usually do not have good experiences with movers from past moves. This time a close friend gave me Carlos number and recommended him so I decided to try. At first I was a bit nervous because she told me they charge by the hour. I thought the workers might stretch the time to earn more hours. But the story was the complete opposite. Three very skilled guys arrived at 7 in the morning. By 10:45 I was already in my new house. That includes taking apart furniture, moving it and putting it back together so it could fit into the rooms. I was honestly so happy with the service. It was fast, efficient and the price was perfect. The workers were patient with me. They waited while I told them exactly which room each item should go into and they handled everything with care. This was the first time I finished a move feeling relieved instead of stressed. I am really thankful for their help and I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs movers in LA. read more

These guys were incredible. I will recommend this company to my real estate clients. They got the job done in under 2 hrs even with extra work and complications. My building was old so there was no elevator and they managed well with the stairs. I was happy with the quick response from the company and great value they provided being upfront with their quote and not being sneaky with add ons. And they can all the way from Van Nuys to Huntington Beach read more

Lab Professional Movers made my move from Hawthorne to Los Angeles very easy. They were very professional and they even helped me pack my items and remounted my TV at my new location. Thank you for making a stressful move into an easy breezy experience read more

Booked them 2-3 weeks in advance. My move was urgent and could not be pushed to a different day. They confirmed the night before for 7am the next morning. At 7:30am, I asked if they were on the way. They said there was a misunderstanding on the time, that they'd be there around 8am. Then I got another call saying that they'd arrive around 9:30am. I figured that would give me the time to grab shrink wrap since they don't provide it for free like other movers do. Shortly after, got a call that the driver "hurt his arm" and needed to cancel. I let the girl know how urgent it was and she said she'd call her manager. They then said they could come between 1:30-3:30pm. Thank God, I decided to shop around and managed to find someone on such short notice, on the 1st, in the summer because around 3-3:15pm, she texted me that they couldn't make it and just said "Sorry for the inconvenience." Use literally anyone else even if they offer to move you for free if moving on your scheduled date is actually important. read more

Had to hire LAB Professional Movers two Sundays in a row, and both times they went above and beyond. On time, fast, and incredibly efficient...even in the heat. The second Sunday was especially brutal weather wise, but they powered through and moved so many boxes without missing a beat. I was quoted before starting the job and they stayed true. Huge thanks to Carlos and the team. Hopefully I won't need movers again anytime soon, but if I do, I know exactly who I'm calling. Highly recommend! read more

I was wrong recommending this movers. My son got their service, and movers they send damaged the stairs of the new house because of the trolley they used. The Ikea drawers were broken, they said that the drawer has already loose parts, but they should notify the owner before moving it. Movers are not careful. read more

The 2 movers were prompt and helped me so much- you could say a lot of my stuff wasn't packed or ready to be moved, they helped wrap. They were very nice- it was so hot, they moved efficiently. It was so difficult for me to- but they made it ok. A couple hiccups that were not necessarily their fault. Pleasant experience with them read more

The crew arrived on time and immediately went to work. They were professional in handling their business; had a system of handling all the chaos of bins, boxes and other items, made a 2nd stop and delivered everything with no issues. I would recommend this company and the price was excellent considering the work and distance. read more

very, very bad business they gave me a quote and when the man got here, he was scoping around the house and trying to add on more than what he needed. I gave them the correct address of where I was moving from and moving the said oh they had me down as a different which was not correct. It was very I sent the address one time. I do not recommend this to anyone and this was my first time needing made me not want any I will put a zero star, but they make you put one. They don't even deserve that. read more

I highly recommend Lab Professional Movers. I just used their services for the second time for studio apartments and they were AMAZING both times, even dealing with stairs, long walks, and bad parking. They were very friendly, brought everything that was needed, let me know of any extra costs up front, and took great care of my items. They are affordable compared to many other companies, but offer the same level of service. Thank you for making my move easy for me! read more

EXCELLENT GRADE A MOVERS !!!! Beyond friendly , fast, wrapped all my items clean and tight , my movers where Alberto & Salvador who came all the way from LA to Ontario to move me !!! Didn't slow down in pace even with the over 100 degree weather, did my move-in under three hours. I am beyond impressed and will definitely recommend to any family and friends to use their services. I have used other moving services in the past. They have not been so great and this is beyond my expectations. Thank you again happy I went with you guys. read more

Late to begin with, argued with client about money, time & whether they wanted to move the client with move by company in Spanish in clients home. Company call client in front of movers negotiating price after quote was given. Client had to move that day and put in a financial trap. No liability, damage insurance. Uninsured drivers non-employees from street, scammed after quote, lied to, damage to expensive furniture, theft of property during transit (over 45 min to delivery site, slow to make more money), They have no legal authorization or permits, licenses, insurance to be household property movers read more

Very resourceful and very satisfied of the service. We will surely recommend this movers .

Absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful. As a residential manager, I was shocked when this company parked their truck in our driveway, blocking access to about 30 cars. Several tenants were trying to leave for work, and another was coming in, causing a backup onto the street. The worst part? There was no driver in sight, and when I confronted the workers, one of them *spit on the ground* and dismissed me with a "tuh" instead of simply apologizing and moving the truck. Completely unacceptable behavior. I would never recommend their services to anyone. read more

I highly recommend this moving company! Prices are great compared to other companies and the guys were super hard workers. They ended up going to 3 stops on my move (storage unit, old home and drop off at new home) and it was seamless. I wish I had the names of the 2 gentlemen that assisted with my move but they were very polite and hard workers. One of the guys even set up my bed for me! Thanks Lab Professional Movers for making my move stress free! read more

Very disappointed in the level of service I received. Some of my items arrived damaged and they had me waiting days beyond my estimated arrival time. I will never use or recommend this company again. read more

I hired this company to move me because they said they do pianos. They asked how many people it took to move it last time and I told them 2, which was true. They get to the starting point and don't know how to disassemble the piano for safe transport so I had to hire an additional set of piano specific movers to move the piano last minute, costing me almost as much for just the piano as it did for the rest of the move. I was also paying them to drop off a few pieces at a consignment shop on the way to the new place. I was very clear about which 2 pieces were going to the first stop, but they buried one of the pieces in the back, costing more time than is should have to drop it off. Then we get to the second stop and, after they brought everything else in, they revealed they had broken the leg off my antique spinnet desk. After trying to convince me to "just glue it" they finally agreed that they would take it to their shop to have it fixed. I was told it would be done on Sunday morning for drop off. I didn't hear from them so I reached out for an update. The office person told me today (Tuesday) but couldn't confirm a time. Then she called me saying they were on their way from Van Nuys and I asked what time they would arrive as I was working and had another appointment after that. She said she would check and text me with a drop off time. She then calls me almost 2.5 hours later saying they were here. They just dropped it off and they glued all of my antique furniture legs onto the desk, which is not how they should have repaired it. Then the guy dropping it off had the AUDACITY to say I owed them money for the repairs!! I told him absolutely not. He eventually relinquished but ffs. You've got to be kidding me. This move was supposed to cost me $400-500 and because of their lack of communication and capability it cost me almost 3x that. They gave me a $30 discount for the broken furniture that is worth over $300. I will never, NEVER use these people again and DO NOT RECOMMEND. I'm really not one to post bad reviews but this was absolutely egregious. read more

I would definitely recommend this place. I had an emergency move out and they sent me two guys that were awesome. They were very quick and knew how to do their job. Also will definitely use them again without hesitation!!! Thank you guys for all you did. You guys were amazing!!!! Carlos and his crew were AMAZING! Super fast and careful with everything they moved. I have an upright piano and they wrapped it really well and moved it with care. They also took some of the furniture apart and put it together at the new house for us. I definitely recommend these guys. Reasonable pricing, fast and caring. I don't want to move again but if I do for sure I will work with LAB PROFESSIONAL MOVERS. Thank you guys!! read more
