I do not ever write a bad review for anyone but this is one of the most frustrating experiences I have had. My move for a 1 bedroom plus small office started at 8:45AM. The movers told me it should take about 5 hours, it took TWELVE! The entire process was so slow and inefficient and lots of misuse of time. Why does it take two guys to cellophane one piece of furniture? Every time they moved item downstairs they would take at least 20-30 minutes to return back up and at one point one i caught one of the guys just sitting in my office chair. The elevator for the building is older but fully functioning. Out of frustration I started bring as many items as I could down myself and I had to walk them through getting a bed threw my door that they said wouldn't fit. It did! And then of course an extra $25 for every floor to bring it down the stairs. Very frustrated I called the owner to have more guys to help this process move faster and they reassured me the unloading should be much faster. IT WAS NOT. It took another 6 hours to complete the move in and my dresser was left with 3 cracks of damage. Through this whole process I had to go to the bank twice to make sure I had enough cash for all the hours wracking up. It seems the right questions or prep for this move were just not asked or these guys were just ill equipped, prepped or inexperienced. Nonstop Moving were really well priced and I'm not joking, did the same amount of work in ONE day that an expensive company (contracted by my insurance) took THREE days to do previously. I've used this company twice. First to move all of my stuff into storage and then to move to a new home. They are unbelievably wonderful. Both times the guys who came out worked their butts off. First move, it was 96 degrees and I actually had to tell the guys to stop and take a break, otherwise they would have motored on. Second move, not as hot but still, nobody takes breaks, they just work and they are FAST yet they took amazing care of my stuff. On my second move, I communicated badly and only got two guys instead of four. When I called them, they answered the phone right away (I damn well appreciate a company that answers the phone these days) and the extra two movers were there within 25 minutes. I promise you, these guys are careful, fast and well priced. PLUS... they don't nickel and dime you with the sneaky add ons like I've had others do. read more

Was moving from Manning to Park La Brea around 30-40 minutes drive. 1 bed to 2 bedroom I had a lot of fragile and expensive staff But they did great, were gentle and professional with everything. It's been a few months since my move. My experience was not so good. Although the staff was nice, they were an hour late due to truck issues. A job that should of taken two hours ended up taking 4 not to mention they went to the wrong drop off location and took a lot longer than they predicted. Come to find out, they got pulled over at the weight station and fined for not having logo on both sides of the truck! Final issue was the legs to my dinning set were missing! We used Nonstop Moving for our move from Downtown Los Angeles to Irvine. Found them on Craigslist, called to inquire about the services and availability, spoke with Bobby. He is an excellent communicator, answered all my questions on the phone, and provided a very reasonable quote for the move. He texted one day in advance to confirm the arrival time frame. On the day of the move Nonstop Moving crew came with all the equipment and supplies: shrink wrap, dollies, blankets, tools, etc. Our crew of 2 movers was reliable and efficient. They loaded the contents of our 1-bedroom apartment on the truck, and helped to unmount the TV. Then we drove to Irvine, and even though they drove a large truck, Nonstop Moving arrived only 5 minutes after us. No time-wasting. Efficiently unloaded the furniture and boxes into our townhouse in Irvine. There was a hiccup with the queen-size bed not fitting into a narrow staircase that leads upstairs. I am so grateful for the creative solution that Nonstop Moving found to fit the bed! They brought out the tools from the truck, removed the front door thus creating more space, carried the bed upstairs, and then put the front door back in place. That was a very difficult task, and they executed it brilliantly! The bill was very reasonable, the rate was as we agreed upon, and there were no hidden fees, etc. I'd definitely recommend Nonstop Moving for your moving needs. read more

AVOID THEM AT ANY COST if even they are the last movers left in the world. They hired bunch of school kids to move stuff. They took almost 12 hours to move a 2 bedroom apt to a house 2 blocks away. They didn't have lift in the truck, no gun to dissemble stuff and not even a cutter to cut the tape. They dissembled furniture with ranch you get to build toys from Walmart. Movers will pick up one item and won't come back up upstairs to pick up next item for 30 mins. They broke my furniture, dented the walls, and assemble every thing back wrong way. When I raised all these issue after moving is done THEY CALLED THE COPS. DONOT USE THEM ever even if they offer you free service. read more
