I strongly encourage anyone considering this moving company to look elsewhere. My experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. My initial quote was $454, yet by the end of the move I had paid over $1,000, despite the fact that I lived in a small 800-square-foot, two-bedroom home. Before the movers even arrived, I had already done the majority of the work. My belongings were packed, shrink-wrapped, and staged by the front door, ready to be loaded. Despite this, it still took them more than three hours just to load the truck. Damien (alleged owner of the company) and Cameron the name suggested for him by Damien, that he didn't answer to, continued to move at a turtles pace, standing around, speaking on the phone, not properly preparing the remaining items to transport safely without damaging. Throughout the move, the workers spent significant time on speakerphone having conversations in Russian. On multiple occasions, these calls lasted for extended periods while the move was delayed. It wasn't until I spoke up that the calls ended, only for the same thing to happen again several more times. The main reason I hired movers was to safely transport my mirrored furniture. Ironically, they failed to properly wrap my mirrored dresser and other mirrored pieces, and several of those items were damaged during the move. Before scheduling my move, I informed the company that I had one large, heavy piece of furniture that would need to be moved into my new home through a narrow passageway. I specifically asked whether your company had the experience and ability to safely complete this type of move. You assured me that your company had been doing this type of work for years and told me not to worry because your crew would be able to handle it. I also offered to send photographs of the furniture and the passageway beforehand so you could properly evaluate the situation. You declined my offer and stated that pictures were not necessary because you were confident your crew could complete the job. Based on those assurances and your representation of your company's experience, I relied on your expertise and expected my belongings to be handled safely and professionally. It then took them approximately an hour and a half to get from my old residence to my new one, a delay that made the entire process even longer. During the move, one of the workers used my bathroom without asking permission. Because the movers were working so slowly, I found myself helping load items at my old residence just to keep the move progressing. When we arrived at my new home, my two adult sons also had to help unload because the movers continued working at an extremely slow pace. I was also promised that my furniture would be reassembled. That never happened. Instead, they left before completing the agreed-upon work. To make matters worse, some of my belongings were left behind at my previous residence, and after the move I discovered that other items were missing. After paying my invoice in full, the company continued sending me bills claiming I owed additional money and even attempted to charge my card again. I was forced to cancel my debit card to prevent unauthorized charges. Several of my belongings were damaged during the move. I have repeatedly requested the information necessary to file a property damage claim. Jon responded once, stating he had submitted a claim, but how can you submit a claim without any proper documentation, itemized list, no photographs or written reports supporting it. I have since requested the claim information so I can file it myself, but those requests have gone unanswered. I have documented this experience with photographs, videos, text messages, payment records, and other evidence. I have also filed complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies, contacted the Better Business Bureau, and made a police report. This was one of the most stressful service experiences I have ever had. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company and would strongly advise others to protect themselves by researching other movers before hiring them. Thankfully, I took several videos and pictures to support myself, in case of this type of situation and I would suggest anyone hiring any movers to do the same. read more

RUN If I could give this company -100 stars, I would. The movers arrived one hour late. When they opened the truck, it already contained another customer's furniture and belongings. Instead of working, one mover spent time walking around while the other two were admiring and taking pictures of my dog without my permission. Tim constantly attempted to increase the price by falsely claiming several pieces of my furniture weighed more than 200 pounds. I explained that was inaccurate and even offered for him to weigh the furniture himself, but he refused. He also claimed the move would require two trips, even though I had previously completed the same move with one 26-foot truck. He later admitted their dollies didn't work. When I spoke with the manager, I learned Tim never mentioned the broken equipment and instead claimed I was being "mean." The lack of preparation, broken equipment, constant attempts to increase the cost, and dishonesty made this one of the worst moving experiences I've ever had. Jon was quite persistent, then things switched to Damien. The guys were polite throughout the move, BUT.... they were young and inexperienced. To add more time, they dumped everything in the living room and then had to move things twice. I hope they enjoy the tin of juices, teas and case of beer that never arrived at our new location. I lived so close to the freeway, I could see it from my bedroom window. Instead of finding something to eat on the way, they went backwards then had to get back to the freeway (adding 40 minutes to my time). The young men got even slower after eating their hamburgers and the service got worse. They didn't put the drawers back in the dresser or assemble the chair they took apart. They didn't send the wardrobe boxes as agreed, so guess what.... they added more time to pack the clothes. They left things behind at the old house. They were ready to pull out and I arrived and had to say.... this goes too.... why leave anything behind? Speaking of leaving things, they left trash in the floor. They wrapped up items, when they unwrapped it they just left the wrapping in the floor. Other things, they didn't even bother to unwrap. They also broke my glass desk. The "supervisor" kept telling he was giving me a discount for not charging me while they were eating lunch. It wasn't worth the argument. It was nearly 10pm and they started at noon. As I told Jon, they need a loading crew and a different unloading crew. Those young men were TIRED and the amount of "traffic directing" that I had to do, I could have just picked up some guys from Home Depot. When a company calls themselves professionals, I should not have to give any guidance. Again, the guys were kind and polite....but I would not use this service again. Once we agreed on a price, they only wanted zelle (not a credit card). Then the "supervisor" turned around and asked me to tip the workers. I was done. I got the cell number of Tim, because I was going to send him a tip.... until I walked into my bedroom and saw that my drawers were not put back into the dresser and all my stuff was still wrapped in plastic. Sure, I could have looked prior to paying. But EVERYBODY was tired. Make your own decisions, can't say others would be great or worse. My experience was not the best. read more

Movers were a couple of inexperienced young men (kids). I was quoted &1200 for full service. Packing, moving, unpacking and included boxes. Movers were an hour late. There was no organization for moving. Items were thrown into boxes. They didn't bring any packing paper for glassware. They packed an appliance remote that belonged to the unit. Took them 6.5grs to pack a small studio. I gave them directions on what do do and how to enter the property at the move in location and they called me an hour later saying they were waiting for me. Completely disregarding the instructions. Started unloading and they lost screed, boots, and pegs to all of my furniture. Nothing is assembled and mattress on the floor. One wood piece of furniture is chipped and scratched. They were supposed to to unpack and the manager tells me that it's not included in the "full service" package I was quoted for. There was a sentimental plant that my grandma gave me before she died and they completely "lost it" ?! My apartment had boxes everywhere unorganized not unpacked as promised. No furniture assembled and clothing was thrown all over the floor because they took their wardrobe boxes with them. This was supposed to make things easy for me. I was willing to pay the price because I really need the help. Now I can't use my furniture because there's missing parts. I have to hire another person to help unpack and organize and I don't know what I'm going to do about my furniture. I'm sleeping on my mattress on the floor.
