Moving a one-bedroom apartment turned into a much longer day than expected, starting around 10:30 a.m. and not finishing until after midnight, but they never complained and stayed positive and hardworking the entire time. I also really appreciated the company's customer service. Since the move went well over the estimated time, they worked with me on the final cost and gave me a one-time credit, which I thought was a very fair and thoughtful gesture. Moving is stressful, but Gerald, Clayton, and the Royal Moving team made the experience as smooth as possible. I would definitely recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

They expertly disassembled and reassembled our beds and dining table, and somehow wrestled our ridiculously heavy marble dining table without complaint. Honestly, I barely broke a sweat all day because they were so efficient! They took what would have been a very stressful move and made it feel organized and manageable. When I first made my move in between cities in SoCal, we found Prodigy through Yelp and we were very glad we use them. Because we had such a good experience when we made another move a few years later we reached out to them again. Due to unforeseen circumstances, our move out date and packing dates had to be changed multiple times, but Iliya worked with us patiently to help find us a crew within just a few days that was able to move us out efficiently and conveniently. Carlos and his moving crew were superb and worked quickly, with a positive attitude, and were willing to accommodate a lot of our requests. If we move again in the future we would definitely be reaching out to Prodigy again.

Everyone knew their roles and worked hard throughout the day to make it a pleasant moving experience. My furniture was delivered the following morning, and the team lead that day was Leo. His team did a fantastic job as well. I have a special shout-out for Lalo. This guy was amazing and made my overall moving experience over the top. He made sure my wife and I were 150% satisfied. Our furniture was placed exactly where we wanted it, and he maintained a positive and professional demeanor throughout the entire day. Everyone I encountered from Prodigy was exceptional. I ended up having to drop the car off 3 weeks earlier than expected and it was not a problem. When I dropped off the car, Alex and Alan were super assertive in explaining how the car would be stored. I also ended up picking up the car earlier than expected and they had my car ready within the hour and I got to keep the car cover and battery tender I bought for next time. I also liked the fact that Stephanie kept my contract open in the event I needed to bring the car back, she was so accommodating. I will ABSOLUTELY be using this service again !!!
