The crew was fast and efficient! I had a last minute change and Jake was able to get me a crew same day. Pricing was competitive.

Amazing experience with Ursa Moving! This was my first time users movers and they definitely set a high bar. They came on time and ready to go. I had a lot of fragile things and furniture, and they tackled that with a lot of care and quickness -- and we were done in only 3 hours. Overall definitely would hire again because they made this stressful move feel very easy. read more

We received a hefty amount of quotes to move 2 households into 1. Decided to go with Ursa. They are priced competitively and are fast and efficient. The job was decent, the guys worked really really hard. I did expect a longer truck and we practically ran out of room for everything but they made it work. I did have to have a Lugg deliver my leftover items. The best part about this company is something was damaged and they repaired it which was above and beyond. I think there just needs to be a nice balance of speed and attention to the detail of the goods they transport. Pretty good but room to be great. read more

I highly recommend Ursa Moving. The next time I move, I'm going to call up Jake again. My apartment neighbors were also impressed with their work and will be calling them tomorrow! After searching and reading reviews on Yelp, I decided to go with Ursa Moving. Jake was the one I was in touch with, and he was very prompt with responses. We hired three movers to move things into a three-bedroom house. They were prepared with dollies, wraps, blankets, and big moving boxes. We did have to bring things down one flight of stairs from the second floor of an apartment building. They were very careful with everything. They helped us move an upright piano; this was an extra $150 charge. They started around 9:30 AM and were done by 3 PM. Great work and friendly service. Cannot recommend enough!! Oh also everything fit into their extra large truck!!! We only made one trip!! read more

So, let me preface it by saying I wish I'd have written down the names of the gentlemen who helped us, because they were all incredible and deserved to be recognized. There were four men who arrived on time and really stood out immediately with their care to our items and professionalism. When we'd last moved, it seemed like the movers had one thing in mind--getting it done as quick as possible. This meant handling our items too roughly, not wrapping items, stacking them haphazardly in the truck, and zero communication. These young men with Ursa moving arrived with their own boxes for our furniture and their own wrapping supplies just in case we hadn't wrapped or packed things up properly. We had an entire home to pack up and move in one day, which included many heavy storage units and a particularly awkward and large refrigerator. The furniture was undamaged and pristine, anything that needed to be taken apart was taken apart and put back together perfectly, the only thing that broke was aflower pot that my mom decided she was going to move herself (whomp whomp, shoulda left it to these guys hahaha). They cleared each of the two bedrooms quickly, taking care to wrap components of the bed and label baggies with the hardware correctly, and cleared them in no time at all. These guys must have the highest scores on Pacman because all of our furniture fit along with the appliances and storage units perfectly. There was the gym equipment, which included a Peloton, all three large televisions were wrapped, the heavy gym equipment was wrapped and moved with such care you'd have thought it was their own belongings. The tricky part wasn't here yet, though...now came the move and carrying everything up the staircase with two landings. I was very happy to have been able to supply them with water and energy drinks throughout the day and I could tell they appreciated and needed it. We took a break when we arrived at the house we were moving into for lunch and ordered some pizza for the family and for the movers. It was nice to see them sitting down enjoying one another's company in conversation and laughter before the transfer from the truck began. Though dripping in sweat profusely and working so hard immediately after lunch, these men remained efficient, beyond respectful, and the definition of professional. We thought the move would be about four hours, but in the end, they ended up working with us for seven and a half hours and it was worth every penny. If we should ever need movers again, we will for sure call Ursa moving. Seriously, ya'll, look no further than this company for all of your moving needs! read more

Good guys. Very responsive! Took care of my request super fast ... I would work with them again

My move with Ursa was by far the easiest and most professional experience I've had with moving! I had to move last minute while recovering from major surgery. They contacted me to get info and photos and scheduled everything over phone and text quickly. When the movers arrived, I was so impressed by their speed, carefulness, politeness, strength and professionalism. They helped me move my 1 bedroom apartment to storage in the rain! I felt so bad but they had such good attitudes. I made sure to tip them well. These guys are awesome and I will be using them for my next move! read more

This is an overdue review! Props and a high recommendation to URSA, and most especially Abdul, for helping us with our move more than 2 years ago; the movers took great care with our then furniture and belongings (... we lost it all in the Eaton fire :/ ...) But, that aside, URSA was easy to work with the entire process. read more

Just moved about 5 minutes away from my previous place but had NO help. I was especially anxious knowing there had to be heavy things like a couch and fridge moved down a flight of stairs. I knew that hiring movers would be the easiest way. Having never hired movers, and the thought of being scammed as a woman, I did not know what to expect. John and his companion were not only incredibly helpful and efficient, but SO SO kind. I was very impressed and will definitely inquire with Ursa for any future moves. They've definitely set the bar high! Thank you!!! read more

There aren't enough words to say how amazing these guys were for my move. They are my heroes!I had way, way more stuff to move than I thought, and it took a lot longer than any of us expected...in the heat, up and down a flight of stairs, with sooooooo many boxes. Jake and the guys were efficient, organized, and most of all, extremely kind and helpful. They were super clear about what they needed, pointed out anything already damaged before moving it, and made sure they were transparent about how everything would work. They were also the best price in town and worth every penny. There is no way I could have done this move without them...they worked their a**ess off! I absolutely recommend hiring them for any kind of move. They are an awesome crew!! read more

I have used Ursa moving for three times now and they have done the work needed with care. I only wanted to use them to move into our new home and requested service weeks in advance, the communication is sometimes difficult as they are not from the US. The workers are always very polite and extremely hard working. They packaged all our furniture and appliances with extra protection and they are very reasonable in the cost. We would recommend to use URSA moving for your local needs. Thank you again James! read more

Great movers and great pricing. Would use them again and would recommend them to other people.

Contacted Ursa Moving to move a very large and heavy couch down the street and up and down 2 flights of stairs. I found this business on yelp. Jake was amazing he was efficient in communicating as I booked 2 days before ! He did an 8 hour job in 6 ! So sweet and considerate and I couldn't be happier not to mention rates were fantastic to the area. read more

During consultations, I told Jake that I would need help packing as well and moving and Jake was understandable and agree to offer the service. The day before the moving date Jake called to confirm and I once again mention that I would need help packing. The day of the move, the two movers seems surprised that they would need to help me pack. They ask me if I have more boxes, I assume that they would come with their own box. They left a lot of stuff at my old apartment that I end up having to bring myself. They even ask if I have enough space in my car to put the stuff that they pack. After they drop off my stuff at my new place one of the guy asked me for a tip and wouldn't leave until he gave me his number so I can Zelle him. I was already going to give them a tip but got the ick after they demand a tip. After being force to tip, and he received my money he say 'shit' and showed his partner the amount. He was going to charge me extra if I didn't catch him. After that they force me to leave a good review on yelp and wouldn't leave until I do and took a picture of the review. After I came back to my old place to do a walk around, I see they left some damages on the wall. And they left cans of Red Bull and Arizona tea at the door of both my apartment. I am very disappointed, Jake is really nice and accommodating and it is unfortunate his worker is not. read more

Hired Ursa Moving twice in one week. Excellent communication. Very professional and most importantly, efficient, careful, and quick. Most movers charge a minimum of 3 hours, so this is nothing new. They offer very competitive rates compared to many other movers I contacted. But don't be surprised if they get things done in less than 3 hours (depending on move size and how ready you are for your move). You'd still be paying for great service. Would 100% re-hire and recommend Jake and his crew. read more

Jake and team worked incredibly hard lifting and moving and assembling, all with expert care. I would hire them again in a second.

Yesterday I had Bolat, Deniz & Ulugbek move my two bedroom apt into my new home. They were great. On-time, very helpful, good communication and overall very nice people. I will say they went above and beyond, my 8 foot couch would not come up the stairs so they brought it up the patio, 3 stories!! It was amazing teamwork and willingness to make things happen. Thanks again to the team! Would definitely work with them again. read more
