Amazing service! Guy was on time and very precise in walking both my daughter and I through the process. Loaded up quick and ensured that the packages were all accounted for.

Everything from break down to pricing. I was aware of any additions and my budget was worked with. Tony was amazing and all the workers were respectful and kind. Moved me out and respected the property. No damages upon leaving.

Moving a family of 5 with 3 small kids is hard. Finding good movers is apparently even harder. We are mid-move as we speak, having worked with Cross Country Moving to take our family from California to Wyoming. At this moment we have approximately half of our things and despite asking, zero communication or idea about when the other half of our things will arrive. Here's what you need to know if you're considering these folks. 1. Cross Country Moving is not honest. They'll tell you they aren't a broker and employ all of their workers...they don't. I know because the first half of our things delivered was delayed because the driver "couldn't find help." Example 2 - There are two options for insurance on your contract. When the driver shows up, they are going to tell you that the option that favors you as the owner is an option they simply don't offer. Instead, 60 cents per lb is the best you'll get or they walk. So if they break an expensive piece of electronics, you'll be entitled to what...$3.50?? 2. Visual Estimates are worthless. We had someone come to our home who was described as "one of the best." Not only did they severely under-scope the job, they also lied when they told me "since we came onsite, anything I don't account for we have to eat the cost." Instead, moving day arrived and we had to be out of the house...the driver tore up our estimate and let us know that if we wanted them to take our things that day, we'd have to write a new estimate. That one came in 40% higher than the original. 3. Prepare for underwhelming quality. We paid for a full-service move...unfortunately, the number of things broken and damaged has been more than I ever anticipated. I'm talking a single piece of paper wrapped around a nicely framed picture. I'm talking about a glass lamp just stuffed into a box with other random things. Look at how they treated the expensive mattresses in the attached pictures for literally hundreds of miles...unreal. 4. Get everything in writing and be fooled by the sales pitch. They'll verbally promise you the world. We were told we'd have our things in less than a week - which is exactly what we packed for. Instead it's been over a week and we have half of our things. We're calling every day and are getting nowhere. We had to buy bedding and clothes and just take it on the chin when we could have easily planned for more time. We were promised a lot - reality was very very different. I hope someone from Cross Country Moving is reading this...if you are, I'd love to hear from you.

Great company to hire. They were very punctual and accurate with their pricing. Also, always available for any questions I had along the way. You should definitely hire them.

Best experience with Cross Country Movers! They are all so great, polite, and got everything in our home loaded up in just 3 hours. They also wrapped all the furniture and were so careful with all our stuff. I highly recommend this company for your next move! Honest and reliable!

Me and my wife was so scared about moving companies because of stories and reviews that we read in the internet. but after carefully research we find out that cross country was most honest and trustful after so many conversation with them we appreciate the patient to us and more than all after we trust them too move us we did find out that there is a good moving company in the industry we are highly recommended cross country we are 100% satisfied we got all our stuff on time and not damaged at all. also the price was very reasonable. Especially thanksguy for a carefully job.

Guy and his team were exceptional In their service. They were quick, efficient and reliable. Communication was top notch and their attention to detail with my personal items was appreciated. Would highly recommend and would use again!

We recently moved from New Jersey to California, and let me just say--we had a lot of stuff. I'm talking full house, oversized furniture, fragile items, and more boxes than I care to admit. I was honestly dreading the whole thing. But from the very first call with Udi at Cross Country Moving, I felt like we were going to be okay. Udi is an absolute gem--calm, straightforward, and genuinely kind. He took time to explain everything, gave us a very reasonable quote (with no hidden fees, which is rare), and stayed in touch every step of the way. He even checked in after our stuff was delivered just to make sure everything went smoothly. That kind of personal touch? You don't get that with most companies. The crew that came to pack and load our things was top-notch--on time, incredibly polite, and treated our belongings with real care. They wrapped furniture meticulously, made sure fragile items were secure, and worked with such efficiency that it honestly felt effortless. I was blown away by how smooth everything went. By the time our stuff arrived in California, every single item was intact--no scratches, no broken pieces, nothing missing. That alone is worth a five-star review, but what really made this experience amazing was how much trust we felt in Udi and the team. In a process where so many things can go wrong, they made it all feel easy and safe. If you're moving long distance and want a team that treats your move like it's their own--this is the company to go with. Cross Country Moving is professional, reliable, and truly cares about their customers. Can't recommend them enough.

I worked with Lisa on my move almost a month, Lisa guide me from A to Z how to make this challenge happen. I moved from California to New York with cross country moving and the movers were super polite and professional. I highly recommend them.

Moving day! Junior and Franklyn were amazing. They are all very professional and accommodating. They handled our things with care. Definitely a valued company. If we ever need services, we will be calling them again. They also gave us a discount and took something's we forgot to include without additional cost s.

Moving less stressful with Cross Country. They are very detailed in their move.

I wrote a good review because they were going to charge me more. Do not use this company. They quoted me $3600 but my final bill was $6200. They use a 3rd party to deliver. Even though I told them my street in Hollywood and move to location was tight and big trucks can't get through and would need a shuttle. They said we know and it's included but ended up charging me. When they have your stuff you don't have a choice and they make you pay before they unload. Then they used well it's on the fine print lol

The guys were really nice and most importantly efficient. They came in ready to roll and took care of things.

She discussed my concerns and asked what would be fair compensation for my experience. She followed up & refunded me a fair amount. She discussed a plan for working with the movers & sales mgmt to ensure they have sufficient training on efficiency & company policies (not asking for tips). She said they offer a return customer discount & would ensure I wouldn't have the same team if I used them again. I got this company as a referral from a friend & am hoping this bad experience was a one off. While the move didn't go smooth & I had to pay a task rabbit & a helper money to make up for the lost time I had on a tight deadline, I appreciate Anna doing her best to make up for the bad experience. After this attempt at customer retention, I'd consider this company again. I've updated this review from 1 to 3 stars. The moving experience still stands at 1 but the attempt at repair gets a 5 star effort so I averaged the two. DONT HIRE THESE IMMORAL MOVERS. Today I moved from a 1 bd apt to another 1 bd apt. Any other time I've moved with other companies it has taken 4 hrs with 1-2 movers. This time I request 3 movers bc I had a short window before traveling and I needed it done quickly. Apparently 3 is a crowd. This move took 7 hours. SEVEN HOURS. I watched two of the three unscrew one screw together and it took them 20 minutes on an item that didn't need to be disassembled. They took all the small boxes out of the apartment first and put them out front. Then they continued to do that for a while then they took a few to the elevator and left them around for a little and then eventually loaded them into the truck. Towards the end of the move they had all the large items ready to go into the truck last (unheard of) and two of them went up the elevator to get one roll of Saran Wrap while the third stood outside the truck. One was on his phone every time I looked at him. I asked if one person could wrap furniture while the other two moved items and he snapped at me and said I needed to sign a paper saying I wouldn't hold it against them if the items got damaged. He also said I would need to pay his parking tickets if he got one from being in a loading zone. It was very apparent they were trying to milk the clock. I was quoted 3-5 hours for two people to do a 1 bedroom move so I got a third to speed it up and somehow that made it take longer. On hour 5, and still being at the first location, I called the company because I was concerned with the inefficiency and someone said they'd look into it and call me back. No one called me back. I called again and same thing. I called a third time and told them the movers were now waiting to be paid and I wasn't paying for 7 hours because they were simply milking the clock. The person on the phone was trying to ask me leading questions to convince me it was done right and I stopped her and said you have no idea what I experienced today and the fact that you're trying to tell me shows me you're trying to scam me out of money. I will not be paying for 7 hours of work so what can you do to rectify this? I called HOURS ago reporting my concern and no one called back after saying they would. The person on the phone then told me they'd give me $200 off ($170 an hour was the rate) while the manager the mover spoke to said they'd charge me for 5 hours. Then the manager called back and said I accepted $200 off so they should increase my bill again. I told them no and that I'd be paying the 5 hours and then they asked for tips. I gave them tips. Then I noticed my wine rack was missing within 20 min of them leaving so I called and they told me where it was and it wasn't there so I called back and they blocked me. So I'm missing at least my wine rack and who knows what else because hardly anything is unpacked because this move took all day. Would never recommend this company and will never use them again. I first scheduled a move with dolly but they couldnt secure a truck so I went with a referral from a friend and it wasn't great. I had paid my housekeeper to be with me for 12 hours today to help me unpack and she spent the majority of the day waiting for these guys to move my stuff. I wasted so much time and money today. And now have one day to unpack everything before going out of town. These 3 movers created such a domino effect in such a negative way for me. This was also the most I've ever paid to move. I normally pay around $500 for 2 movers to move in less than 4 hours and this cost me $900 on movers and another $500 for a helper who stood around all day with nothing to unpack because the movers were so inefficient . * $400 on a task rabbit to assemble items the movers didnt*Also they said they'd arrive between 8am and 10am. They got there at 9:45am so the people I asked to help my by supervising the trucks just sat there waiting for two hours. 2 thumbs down

UPDATE: How do you know a company cares? When the president of the company replies to your yelp…read morereview, and gets the issue resolved by the end of the day! Thank you so much Ross and crew!! I HIGHLY recommend Roadway Moving! The experience with Roadway started off great! They were attentive, and the personal care for our move was so nice. We loved our movers and they took amazing care of our belongings! UNTIL... the moving truck hit the gate at my boyfriends apartment building. At first they were great about it. Someone reached out and took all the information, reached out to the management company of the building etc. The management company sent a quote to Roadway for the damage, and we thought everything was in the works, and all would be taken care of. Well, its been over a month since our move, and after MANY emails, texts and phone calls we have not heard a PEEP from Roadway. This is unbelievably unprofessional, frustrating, and SO disappointing after the move itself was such a great experience. I am writing this review to hopefully get the attention of someone at Roadway, and get this taken care of immediately. Understandably the building wants to get this fixed, and supposedly someone from Roadway is suppose to come and asses the damage...but we have never heard from anyone. They are holding my boyfriends security deposit, and now I am afraid that if they get it fixed without roadways physical assessment of the damage, that roadway won't cover the damages at all and we will get stuck paying for it. THIS SUCKS. Time to step up Roadway! ....and step up they did! Great customer service!

Ruslan was very upfront when I spoke to him on the phone. He clearly explained everything and reassured me that the price in my contract was final with no surprise charges. I was honestly a little worried because a friend recently had a bad experience with another company. She moved from LA to Texas and was promised delivery in five days, but they later told her she misunderstood and didn't deliver her things until three weeks after pickup, plus added extra charges along the way. The teams that handled my move were exceptional. They loaded everything quickly, shrink wrapped my furniture, and made sure my TV was well protected. The pickup in LA took less than two hours, and they delivered everything to Vegas in four days. Unloading into my storage unit took about 15 minutes. Super fast and efficient. I also really appreciated that there were no surprise charges, and their pricing was reasonable compared to other quotes I got. Arty was also great and stayed in touch before, during, and after delivery to make sure everything went smoothly and to answer any questions. Overall, really glad I chose them and would definitely use them again.
