I've used Triple Line four times in the past two years, and these guys know what they're doing! My sister found them through her Realtor and recommended them to me. The first time I hired them was after my aunt passed away and we needed to prepare her three-story home for sale. We hired movers to help move oversized furniture from the second and third floors down to the garage. The biggest challenge was a large antique chest of drawers that the house had literally been built around during an expansion in the 1980s. They were able to carefully lower the chest to the ground through a window. No damage! The next three moves were longer distances between Orange & LA County. After four moves, I can confidently recommend Triple Line. Their experience, care, and ability to handle even the most challenging furniture really stand out! AND they are a great value!

The moving crew arrived right on time, and settled their truck on our narrow road while still managing to leave space for other cars to pass by. They were super professional with wrapping all of our furniture to make sure it doesn't get damaged. They also were very careful not to scuff our walls or damage our wood floors. The crew moved quickly room by room and even helped us disassemble some heavy furniture. Also, load our very heavy e-bike and keep it secure during transport. In the beginning, I was excited to work with this company. I booked with Triple Line Moving strictly based on cost. Sadly, their service was really poor. I guess you get what you pay for. I needed a service that would not cost $10K and up. I sent them a detailed inventory list with photos and yet they were clueless about what was to be packed and moved. Triple Line Moving double-booked themselves causing a huge issue. We wanted to be packed up and picked up on 8/5 and delivered to our new home out of state on 8/6. Because of their double-booking and lack of prep they needed to do everything on 8/5. They packed up our house and was on the road at 3:20pm. The movers did not arrive to our new home until 11pm. This was after starting at 6am. To say this was a long day is an understatement. The next day was worse. 2 Movers stayed back to finish unloading and yet they refused to move our items to the 2nd floor as promised. Boxes were thrown and items were broken. Dirty looks were given and even a change in final payment was attempted by one of the employees. Basically, we got screwed over because this company was unprepared and unwilling to do the job they took. Avoid this company if you want a good move. read more

Sultan, Asylbek, and Mukhtar were incredibly kind and gracious throughout my move. I moved in July from a second-floor walk-up on a hill, with very steep and narrow stairs, into a second-story two-bedroom, two-bathroom home. Despite the heat and all the stairs, they remained friendly, helpful, and professional the entire time. They showed up right on time and got to work immediately. I have several cherished and expensive pieces of furniture, and they wrapped everything with great care. All of my belongings arrived in excellent condition. The team was efficient, fast, and extremely accommodating. The initial video walkthrough and estimate were also very reassuring, and their cash pricing is highly competitive. I especially appreciated how easy it was to communicate with them by text as my plans and needs changed. I initially expected them to pack everything, but I was able to get a lot done before they arrived. I simply let them know that I would mainly need help wrapping artwork, packing a few remaining items, and bringing a few extra boxes. They adjusted without any issue. Their wardrobe boxes are also provided free of charge, which was a great added benefit. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, careful, and accommodating movers! read more

I can't recommend Triple Line Movers enough! Sultan, Adlet, and Mukhtar were absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. They handled everything with incredible precision, care, and efficiency. Every piece of furniture and every box was treated as if it were their own, and they worked quickly without ever sacrificing attention to detail. What really impressed us was how they handled our huge, extremely heavy LG refrigerator. They maneuvered it through incredibly tight spaces and narrow doorways with remarkable skill and patience--not even the smallest scratch or mark on the walls, door frames, or refrigerator. Watching them navigate something that large and heavy through such small spaces really showed the level of experience and care they bring to their work. Moving can be stressful, but these guys made the entire process feel smooth and effortless. They were professional, organized, hardworking, respectful, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing.
