After I called him over again (I'm parked in the 10 min parking zone and have waited over 10 minutes) for him to finish his conversation with his friend. Just for him to come and tell me he can't scan my FedEx qr even though this is supposed to be a FedEx authorizated shipper. Worst service I've ever had. Never coming back. Don't waste your gas or money.

I drove the slide to them from SF arriving a half hour late but fortunately Ethan was still there during visit with family in Southern California. I decided to go with them and Daniel had the skills to do a wonderful job matching the print even though the slide had suffered some sun exposure damage. The service and their sense of calm throughout was everything we needed to get a large job done in less than 24 hrs. A huge shout out to Mr. Frank who answered that tech line EVERY SINGLE TIME with advice on how to streamline the process. Thank you Frank for taking the extra time to ensure that our programs were ready in time for our early morning flight to Ohio to say farewell to my Uncle. You really helped my family and I a great deal. Best in the business----first class. Thanks again... Other things to note: they have a gazillion templates to choose from. They also have a design program that allows you to personalize your programs exactly how you'd like....not exactly like using MS Word BUT very close. After a few mins it's very easy to get into a groove. You can save as you go, get proofs and take the time you need to complete over several days if need be. I highly recommend.

The signage I needed was done on foam core and they were able to do custom shapes for a set fee. Our graphic designer's files included the exact colors and specified lines exactly where to cut. Their work surpassed my expectations in terms of quality, packaging and customer service. A gentleman even helped me carry out the signage to my car (the packaged box was about 7 ft tall and 5 ft wide!) I was mostly in communication with JD via email and he was incredibly helpful and more importantly, punctual. I would definitely trust them any projects and will definitely be using them in the future!
