I had some difficulty getting the service I needed here. I asked them to print photos (which I downloaded directly from iCloud). They explained to that there was a sizing/formatting issue with the .png files and they were going to print them on whole pages to compensate and make sure nothing got cut out. I still don't understand why this was an issue, but I expected to receive back photo-quality prints even if I had to cut them out from the page. Unfortunately, they are very blurry. I also asked them to print an e-book double-sided. They explained to me that they because of the formatting they had a hard time figuring out how to make it double-sided. I tried explain what I wanted via email and phone and asked that it be "portable." I got back a GIANT 11 x 17 document. They could have easily shrunk the material to fit on regular paper, I'm not sure why they printed this so large. I asked if they did fine art printing and they said no. I'm a bit confused now reading other reviews where they did that for others. Perhaps the issue was that I tried to accomplish this via email and phone, maybe I could have gotten what I wanted if I went in. read more

Sure enough I stepped into this shop last minute and both gentlemen who's names I didn't get were extremely helpful. I called at 11 on the 4th of July to make one copy for something for work. The lady on the phone said they would be open until 5:30 & even asked what services I needed. It's 11:49 & they're closed. When I first started up my business, every thing seemed so expensive. You would think in this day and age with the Internet being so rampant, it would be easy to start a business and find great deals on printing and packaging. Well, truth be told - it is definitely not! I went to every online store I could find (actually just those that popped up on the first page of google search) and printing prices to me seemed awfully high.Then they want you to pay shipping which comes out to more than a hundred dollars. So I decided to go local. Visited two places before I found this. Asher, the owner, has very good prices if you print in bulk. My costs were about 7 cents a pamphlet (printed 10,000), which I thought - hey, I can afford this. I was really worried about the quality, and actually grew anxious waiting for my order. The day it was ready (took four days), I was terrified walking into the store. It wasn't really the money I was worried about losing, it was the time. Had to get things up and running. All in all, my pamphlets came out almost perfect. They did a really good job and I have no complaints. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who have printing needs for a business. read more

Fast personable service, Kevin is a great printer. I used a printer for MANY years, I was running out if invoices, called them up to order more. Fast forward to this week, I went to Yelp to get their address since I knew they moved and read some horrible reviews.
