Dear Yelp: Where is the 20 star button???? I have got to say that my experience with Compubase/Obituaries Tomorrow was beyond exceptional. The service and their sense of calm throughout was everything we needed to get a large job done in less than 24 hrs. A huge shout out to Mr. Frank who answered that tech line EVERY SINGLE TIME with advice on how to streamline the process. Thank you Frank for taking the extra time to ensure that our programs were ready in time for our early morning flight to Ohio to say farewell to my Uncle. You really helped my family and I a great deal. Best in the business----first class. Thanks again... Other things to note: they have a gazillion templates to choose from. They also have a design program that allows you to personalize your programs exactly how you'd like....not exactly like using MS Word BUT very close. After a few mins it's very easy to get into a groove. You can save as you go, get proofs and take the time you need to complete over several days if need be. I highly recommend. read more

My bestie had her Dads obituary and two large photos blown up for his funeral. This place does quality work. The program was beautiful. The pictures looked great. You get what you pay for. This is my second trip here. This time to put in an order for these special hero posters I had made for my staff retreat as a surprise for all of them. I wanted to show how much I appreciated their work and determination to feed, clothe and educate hundreds and hundreds of kids and families during the worst of the pandemic. The only thing is the artist needed some last minute additions and I was afraid I wouldn't get them printed in time. I uploaded the night before and even though I didn't do it right, Compuprint staff made sure I had a new upload and able to pay online and pick it up on the safe day. These people are so rude. They're not even a real print shop. Save your time and trouble and just go across the street to Copy City if you need things actually done. Wouldn't be surprised if the reviews here were from employees or just friends Pretty much just ignored us and then jumped on the phone while ignoring us. Then gave us attitude because they weren't at their computer to accept the files. Also they don't have any equipment. Just looks like a shady hallway. I called to find out the starting cost to have color copies made. It was like pulling teeth to get basic information from the receptionist. It's almost as if she does not want a new customers or doesn't want to be bothered if it's not a huge job. When she did come back to me she said that I wasn't there. Where did I go?! Music was playing the entire time I was on the line waiting. I didn't answer another call. Why would you even bother to say that. I'm a customer that WAS trying to spend money with you. It took less than 30 seconds to get an answer to the same information from business up the street. I decided to write a review about this printing company because I have been using for almost 10 years and because they recently launched this great website where customers can create their obituary using their templates and you can edit them. The website is Obituariestomorrow.com and it recently saved one of my friend a lot of stress. I recommended Compubase Printing to her to get her mother's funeral program done and she ended up using their new website and got her programs in 24 hours. She was even able to send a proof to her sister out of town and get input. Needless to say, she was very pleased. I was really surprised to see that someone recently reviewed this printing company and gave it a negative rating because all of my experiences over the years have been very good. I belong to several organizations and have used Compubase Printing for designing invitations, souvenir books and even banners and all have been top quality. One thing that I find exceptional about this company is that the owner, Frank, gives customers personal service and even extends himself by staying open to accommodate customers and their groups to proof their products and ensure that they have their orders when needed. The staff is also very friendly and treats you with respect. I suppose misunderstandings can happen but the reviewer above was so negative but admits that he apologized to her for appearing rude. Not sure about the other stuff but I know that no one that I know has ever had a complaint nor had a problem with them responding. Based on her review, it appears she was still grieving.
