Dear Yelp: Where is the 20 star button???? I have got to say that my experience with Compubase/Obituaries Tomorrow was beyond exceptional. The service and their sense of calm throughout was everything we needed to get a large job done in less than 24 hrs. A huge shout out to Mr. Frank who answered that tech line EVERY SINGLE TIME with advice on how to streamline the process. Thank you Frank for taking the extra time to ensure that our programs were ready in time for our early morning flight to Ohio to say farewell to my Uncle. You really helped my family and I a great deal. Best in the business----first class. Thanks again... Other things to note: they have a gazillion templates to choose from. They also have a design program that allows you to personalize your programs exactly how you'd like....not exactly like using MS Word BUT very close. After a few mins it's very easy to get into a groove. You can save as you go, get proofs and take the time you need to complete over several days if need be. I highly recommend. read more

We have been using Compubase for 50 YEARS now...what does THAT tell you??? Funeral programs and obituaries, photos to posters, fans, event programs, chapbooks...everything we've ever ordered has been done with quality and expedience. Everyone on staff is knowledgeable and kind. read more

My bestie had her Dads obituary and two large photos blown up for his funeral. This place does quality work. The program was beautiful. The pictures looked great. You get what you pay for. The money was worth it. This place does grade A work. I will go there in the future. The big box stores can't compete with this place. read more

This is my second trip here. This time to put in an order for these special hero posters I had made for my staff retreat as a surprise for all of them. I wanted to show how much I appreciated their work and determination to feed, clothe and educate hundreds and hundreds of kids and families during the worst of the pandemic. The only thing is the artist needed some last minute additions and I was afraid I wouldn't get them printed in time. I uploaded the night before and even though I didn't do it right, Compuprint staff made sure I had a new upload and able to pay online and pick it up on the safe day. I even got the 15 minutes before closing and was able to get them no problem. My staff were blown away by the prints and our retreat started off on a lovely note. I read more

These people are so rude. They're not even a real print shop. Save your time and trouble and just go across the street to Copy City if you need things actually done. Wouldn't be surprised if the reviews here were from employees or just friends Pretty much just ignored us and then jumped on the phone while ignoring us. Then gave us attitude because they weren't at their computer to accept the files. Also they don't have any equipment. Just looks like a shady hallway. The folks at copy city were more than kind and understanding. Don't be fooled by their positive reviews here. read more

I recently had some printing done at Compubase, I was very satisfied. Ashlee was very helpful and professional during a very difficult time. Again the work and staff interaction with me and my family was great! read more

Amazing Business with great service and speedy response time . frank is amazing and so is LaVonne

My initial plan was to make programs and prayer cards for my grandmothers memorial on my own but I came across Obituaries Tomorrow on a search and I now had some time. My family and I spent the weekend writing the obituary and creating the programs and prayer cards online with using their amazing templates. The staff was very pleasant when they called to say they were ready. I picked them up next day and my experience with this company was A+! I highly recommend these folks for quick turnaround and reasonable prices. read more

I called to find out the starting cost to have color copies made. It was like pulling teeth to get basic information from the receptionist. It's almost as if she does not want a new customers or doesn't want to be bothered if it's not a huge job. When she did come back to me she said that I wasn't there. Where did I go?! Music was playing the entire time I was on the line waiting. I didn't answer another call. Why would you even bother to say that. I'm a customer that WAS trying to spend money with you. It took less than 30 seconds to get an answer to the same information from business up the street. Compubase the copy job that I needed today was small, but my experience on the phone was not exceptional. read more

I wish there was a way to give the staff at Compubase more than a five star rating! While preparing the funeral for our sister we were directed to Compubase from Angelus Funeral Home for the obituary program printing. They have a wonderful DIY www.obituariestomorrow.com website. As we are not tech savvy, Brittany, Frank and Lavone from Compubase helped us navigate through the process. Brittany's kindness, professionalism, above and beyond customer service skills--helped us through what could have been a challenging task. Brittany is one of the Compubase shinning stars and truly a gem! Completing the funeral program could have been a stressful part of our family's grieving process. Brittany made the difficult more bearable, she was patient and her help was invaluable! I would recommend Compubase to everyone for their printing needs, the entire staff is professional, friendly and customer-service oriented. They offer a myriad of printing services for every occasion. read more

Where to start? Had to create an 8 page program for a funeral. Brittany did an incredible job in a very short period of time, even had to reprint due to very last minute changes. Her creativity, patience, understanding, sensitivity, and customer service were above and beyond. I can highly recommend using their services read more

I decided to write a review about this printing company because I have been using for almost 10 years and because they recently launched this great website where customers can create their obituary using their templates and you can edit them. The website is Obituariestomorrow.com and it recently saved one of my friend a lot of stress. I recommended Compubase Printing to her to get her mother's funeral program done and she ended up using their new website and got her programs in 24 hours. She was even able to send a proof to her sister out of town and get input. Needless to say, she was very pleased. I was really surprised to see that someone recently reviewed this printing company and gave it a negative rating because all of my experiences over the years have been very good. I belong to several organizations and have used Compubase Printing for designing invitations, souvenir books and even banners and all have been top quality. One thing that I find exceptional about this company is that the owner, Frank, gives customers personal service and even extends himself by staying open to accommodate customers and their groups to proof their products and ensure that they have their orders when needed. The staff is also very friendly and treats you with respect. I suppose misunderstandings can happen but the reviewer above was so negative but admits that he apologized to her for appearing rude. Not sure about the other stuff but I know that no one that I know has ever had a complaint nor had a problem with them responding. Based on her review, it appears she was still grieving. Anyway, I have and will continue to recommend this printing company to anyone needing these types of service. Angelus Funeral Home is very well known and I am sure they pride themselves on their reputation and this is why they suggest Compubase Printing to their customers. Again, I found their new website (Obituariestomorrow.com) where you can design your own obituary, thank you cards and even posters using their templates is probably a God send to those who are grieving and need a quick way of getting their funeral programs done. It saved my friend money too because she didn't have to pay for them to design it for her. I give them thumbs up!!!! It's hard to find businesses that provide good quality work and make you feel like your patronage is appreciated. Keep up the good work! read more

I have been designing and writing Obituaries without charge for my family friends for more than 20 years. I was attending a funeral of a friend and saw your work for the first time. I was truly impressed! I am so thankful I found your company to do the heavy lifting as it were. The templates are already in place for you. The videos are easy to understand and follow. The help desk is REALLY helpful. And it's all done with a smile. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs to put together a program, Obituary, poster or thank you cards in a flash. I have been using your website for the past 10 months and the more I use it, the better my work gets. Your products are OUTSTANDING! the cost is reasonable, and I am a forever customer. Thank you for all you do for all of us! read more
