When I tell you how helpful and great Rochelle was... I thought that my grandmother's obituary /funeral program would be sad and weigh heavy on me... but Rochelle took charge and made it beautiful & didn't quit until I was all the way satisfied. My grandmother passed away and I came across her from my BFF who had used her services. She didn't disappoint at all. She worked with me... I am so thankful for these Ladies Ms Rochelle and Ms Maria. They helped me out at the last hour when I thought I the devil had won. I was all over the place trying to find some one who could these programs to my Thursday before the close business. These ladies came highly recommended to me by my coworker. These ladies where truly a blessing from GOD! I don't know if the words I have will suffice to measure how outstanding the service support and product is here. Everyone believes their program (obituary) for a family member should represent the footprint of that person's life. For my father, I wanted something that represented who he was in totality as a human being. As a sidebar, those reading this should know that people of color have a rabid interest in obituaries. We can't even get settled in our seats until we get at least one copy. Although sister so and so who is passing them out holds on to them, rationing them out 'one per family', you feel like you have the holy grail in your hand if you've managed to get what usually runs out at a memorial service - the coveted obituary. Don't try and figure out the rhyme or reason to it. It's just what we do. I found them on yelp. The reviews, although not very many, ran the same theme. The level of customer service, and the output of the product. I did talk to the famous - or maybe infamous - Maria. She made me feel at ease during the process, and despite having over eight revisions (because I was in a time crunch - though no fault of Maria's). I left it to the experts, and after offering some suggestions, they produced the most extraodinary high quality obituaries - with thank you notes (which we didn't see until later), and envelopes TO BOOT! The cost of production was for me, WELL behind the bell curve of the SUPERIOR service and production provided. Now, this doesn't mean that I was 'hooked up'. Don't y'all go in there asking for champagne products on a beer budget. However, I will say their prices are fair. When I lost my mommy in 2007 I found an obituary from a close friend on her table. I thought well this is nice, let me call these people. I called and from the initial phone call to the viewing of my mommy's body to the actual service and even after that when I needed additional items such as Thank You Cards and greetings - Rochelle and Morgan's was right there. I went to their office and saw my mothers keepsake on their wall and I felt sooooo good. They greeted me by name whenever I called like I was a member of the family and it even seemed as though my lost was close and personal for them as well. I knew they handled many obits at the same time they did mine - but I felt like I was the only client they had and they spent time with me and walked me through the process and such a sad and stressful period was lightened with their assistance. I witnessed them do this with other families as well. They are a special group of ladies who CARE.....and will remain THERE for you and your family and that was the last thing that I expected from a business.....but they exceeded my expectations. Technically, the obit was BEAUTIFUL and as my mother was a hair stylist for 60 years - they gave her justice and when I went to work and showed her keepsake another colleague took the obit to her stylist and the message was sent back that she wanted her obit to reflect her life and career in the same way.....seriously that is a compliment! I can say that their (Rochelle's) ability to proof your item and provide corrections that still capture your feeling is remarkable.....and they also respect your feelings..... I know this is alot to say but I cannot express how much they have helped me thru such a difficult time and I have referred many friends to them and we all say the same thing MORGAN'S is the BEST!!! My brother passed away on August 12th, I called to ask Rochelle if she could accommodate my print order, I had someone working on the Obituary as we spoke. Unfortunately, the person working on the Obituary made several changes and because I was stressing and not thinking to write down all of my questions I called you 4 times, I sent a message saying that it was the final copy and I apologized for calling so much. When I called the 4th time to let you know I was sending the final copy someone told me that you were not going to print my job, I ask why and she said because I called too much I ask to please reconsider and she said no. It's too bad at a time of sorrow you have no compassion for people shame of you. I'm sure you probably have very good quality of work however your people skills have little to be desired. read more

I have been going to Morgan's Eloquent for years and also sent customers. I always worked with Rochelle or Maria and have never had a problem. They were not there I found out later. Don't go there not the same work. I believe someone else is doing the orders, nice but looks nothing like Ms. Rochelle or Ms. Maria work. Whoever is running it now should quit cause Don't mess up the name. All my pictures were not in the obituary and I was told he can refund my money and it would be a loss but for me I can't do a do over on a funeral and I told him that. I asked could you print another sheet with the pictures they forgot and stick it in the obituary and I was told no. I should've know something was wrong because I had to keep calling them and that's not how this company got down. This hurt me to the core because someone trusted me and I trusted Morgan's Eloquent Designs whom always came through with no problems. I asked could you call Maria and was told no they will let her know after she get off work. If you do go at least only deal with Maria or Rochelle if u want it done right with no worries read more

I can not believe no one has reviewed this place yet! I knew I was going to need program for my mothers funeral service. I had seen a friends' fathers and was impressed, it was extremely professional looking and polished, the paper was a good weight and didn't feel flimsy, and the design was unique. When I made my initial call I spoke with Maria who was comforting and reassuring, she told me to go to the web site and start putting my info in. What a novel concept they have there! There is a template you fill in regarding virtually EVERYTHING about anything that has to do with the service. When I had my appointment to meet with Rochelle and Maria they were a little busy with other customers however I never felt like I was being ignored. The obituary I had was too long for the program format I wanted. I must say I was not told about the different styles of programs they had to offer so make sure you find out what is available; their program options are varied, beautiful, and quite elegant. Maria let me use the computer to delete some of the obituary content so it could fit on the page and when it came to choosing picture she was right there offering her professional opinion. My mother was into angels and African Violets. Rochelle worked her magic and came out with a cover that had understated African Violets on it; the flowers did in no way take away from the pictures on the front and back cover. The center page was filled with pictures and again Rochelle worked her magic and found clip art of angels. Through this process I was able to say what I liked and didn't and what changes I wanted to see. By the time I left I had a full color proof of the program in hand! Rochelle has perfected this process to the point that it is stress free at a time when stress is all you are experiencing. I have used other printers and this is by far the best experience I have ever had with one. read more

The women here are AMAZING!!!!!! I really rely on the reviews posted on YELP whenever I'm in the U.S. for whatever I need. I recently had to return to plan a memorial service for the mother. I didn't realize how much work went into the planning and all of the small details. I was assisted by an aunt, who also happened to be from out of town. When it came to planning the order of service and programs, we were both lost. I got on yelp and started to look for printing companies in the area and ran across Morgan's Eloquent Designs. Upon our arrival we were greeted by Rochelle. She was very warm and listened to us as we tried to explain what we wanted. After listening, she provided us with several suggestions for the order of service and guided us through the process. She even took some of the photos that we brought and scanned them while we were there trying to decide on the many options provided. By the time we left, we felt like we had just been with a family member. After submitting a draft (their website is amazing and practically does all of the work for you) we had a draft of what the program would look like the very next business day. It was beautiful!!!! We had a few changes, so I called and spoke with her daughter Maria. She completed the changes as we talked on the telephone and the final draft was ready. The quality of the programs were incredible, they were printed on quality paper and the color and printing was flawless! After returning home with the programs, i was surprised to see that they had also included "Thank You" cards with my mothers photos on them.
