The Baseline: For a printing and mailing center the business should have great service, good…read morestaff, and ability to find solutions to any issues. Service Requested: I had some 3x5 cardstock flyers made up for the local Wiseburn Educational Foundation Rock Around the Block that I gave a file the night before and picked up the morning of the event. The turn around was great! Sheidy and Mariah helped me size up my print to make it look great. Great team members! Quality: Professional quality prints and were cut to size. No extra work on my part so I was very satisfied. Value: There was a special running for the prints and I got a great value for the advertisement flyers to hand out. Paid under $300 for over 500 3x5 cardstock color flyers cut to size. Unfortunately, my experience at this UPS Store fell into the latter category. From the moment I walked in, the customer service I received was unnecessarily rude. The employee I interacted with just generally spoke to me like I was stupid. When I tried to ask a simple clarifying question, instead of helping, she responded with noticeable attitude and impatience. I understand that retail and shipping environments can get busy and stressful, but professionalism and basic courtesy should still be the standard. Customers shouldn't feel talked down to for asking questions. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because this kind of interaction reflects poorly on the entire location. I would think twice before returning.
