Also he sells these beautiful hand carved olive wood items (mostly crosses) from the Holy Land, but they're kinda hidden so you have to look over by the window or ask. I'm going to upload a photo of the one I choose. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Unfortunately, my experience at this UPS Store fell into the latter category. From the moment I walked in, the customer service I received was unnecessarily rude. The employee I interacted with just generally spoke to me like I was stupid. When I tried to ask a simple clarifying question, instead of helping, she responded with noticeable attitude and impatience. I understand that retail and shipping environments can get busy and stressful, but professionalism and basic courtesy should still be the standard. Customers shouldn't feel talked down to for asking questions. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because this kind of interaction reflects poorly on the entire location. I would think twice before returning.
