Ok, so this is cool in theory. Saves you the trouble of having to park at SoFi and deal with the…read morehorrible parking situation - namely having to exit. The issue is application. Departing from the hotel before 5pm to SoFi was fine. The departure from SoFi though, what a wreck. The line to check in was so slow and they only had two people manning one computer/check in sheet. We got to the pickup point at 11:02. Didn't get checked in until 11:22. It's 11:54 and we still aren't close to being picked up based on the people still here who were ahead of us. It is moving along SO slowly. Update: we didn't get picked up until 12:46am. Don't want to be too harsh. Appears to be a small mom and pop operation and the people were nice. Just think for an event the magnitude of a bts concern, def could improve operationally. I saw an increase of carts after a while and just think that should have been the case from the beginning.
