Had an excellent experience here today! I realized last minute I needed to print my parking pass for a concert at Sofi. I walked in not having ever printed anything at staples before, and Marcus offered to help me right away in the copy and print center. He was simultaneously helping another customer but heard we were in a time crunch and took me so smoothly through the process. He made it fast and simple and even reminded me to click "check out" on the machine as I was walking away , so that nobody would be able to use my credit card. For printing services don't go here. Placed a printing order online at 12pm paid for express pick up at 3:30pm. Show up at 3:30 my order wasn't even started or looked at. Then as the guy is trying to print my poster, the machine isn't working. No solution but it's broke and you will have to find somewhere else to print it. If my order was started at a reasonable time I could have been informed earlier and went somewhere else to print it before 3:30. Then I asked if I could have the order sent to another staples. Guess what the answer was? I would have to re do it all online. Also, two people that came after me were helped before me. It doesn't matter what we are all there for if I've been in line waiting and I'm next don't skip me to help others who are in line behind me, before you even help me. read more

Came here to do a "happy" return for some clothes and the stores happy return section, self-service copy & print, and copy & print service was busy, and there was only one gentleman working. Despite there being NO ONE ELSE to help, the only associate MARCUS, helped people while also giving me frequent updates that he'll be with me as I waited. When he was able to finally help me, other customers had gotten impatient and rude, he was still KIND and PROFESSIONAL to them. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE !! After several attempts He was unable to print anything as it did not allow him to enter a password. I ultimately ended up purchasing a printer. read more

Horrible customer service. I haven't been there in years and I see why. On Monday February 10, 2026 at about 3:00 I stopped by to return an amazon order. The person checking me out was a not so friendly young Black woman with a wild bun on the top of her head at the amazon return counter. I kept asking her questions. I could not figure why she could not hear me and why she was talking to herself, and I realized she had an earpiece in her ear and was talking face time on her cell phone to a young Black man. A short plump Latina security guard went to her. I thought she was going to ask her to put it away. Instead she interrupted my service to speak to the sales associate about if she had seen a certain movie or show. That was horrible. I visit this Staples on a regular basis for copy and printing service that I do myself. 99% of the time the employees in printing department are very helpful and kind (despite being understaffed). The last 2 occasions I would like to give a shoutout to Devon (D), Tommy and LT. All were knowledgeable, helpful, pleasant and professional! In a time when great customer service is at a low, this was a welcome surprise. Now if they could hire more employees and have all of the printers working. read more

Came on 10/23 Amazon is down which is fine, the lady tells me that it should be up by the next day and to call before hand. Now it's 10/24 I call, the line is ringing for 3 minutes straight, no one picks ups, the automated voicemail keeps apologizing. I hang up call again and the same thing for 2 minutes. I just ended up driving to drop it off and they let me know it's closed to not having boxes which is fine but please work on answering phones!!! this location has to update their store hours, i placed order for pick up tonight, it was crucial that i had my items tonight for something i had due tomorrow, my alternate pick up person went and found worker that opened door to tell him they are currently closed. on the website it said i could pick up my items and sent me a message they would notify me as soon as it was ready... when i called to speak to someone the recorder did say they were currently closed. Again, the website and here it says they close at 9pm when they are closed at 8pm... very inconvenient to not give that information i could have made other arrangements if i had known before making purchase that will be to late too use tomorrow read more

Like many people, we come here because it's convenient. Today made me call Staples HQ and ask if they borrowed 2 employees from the state psychiatric hospital. First the black guy who works up front who acts as though he's working at Barney's who looks disconnected from life period is so rude. No customer service skills. I believe the guys that sit over at Home Depot have more customer service skills than him. Second, the guy that was taking returns today with his shades on, you think that's cute or are you high? The front end employees act as though you are a bother. You don't like people?? Go work somewhere else. The people over in the printing, Amazon pick up are so sweet and nice but most of all PROFESSIONAL!!! The is a 400 pound black very disrespectful so I asked for the girl that is usually there she is very helpful and his response was that's the difference between her and I away when I made my copies. They came and when I turned he was helping everybody else I told the manager to fire him. Hopefully, they listen he is not a people person. read more

I love coming to staples as a vendor we make many posters and signage for our training purposes or sales p purposes, I came in today because I sent PDF files to get printed. I arrived there at 3:06pm There was only two people ahead of me and right off the bat I can notice the associates out of it so in effort, I greeted with the hello and a smile and all I got back was a nonchalant. Are you here to pick up? I understand they're done they're tired, but don't take it out on your customers. I explained to her that there will be two different release codes one release code has files that I need to get laminated and one that are that our posters size. I gave her my information along with the two release codes. She did proceed to help out another customer which took 15 minutes, then finally came to me and talk to me about what I wanted from that order. I told her there are multiple pDFs. I need to get laminated. I tried to go one by one with her, but she kept printing and walking away and then just standing there nonchalant not explaining to me what's going on or needing to tell me that one of the PDF is too small or nothing like that just continue to not say anything at this point it's already 336pm when we finally went through the first order, I explained to her how how another release code which I already rolled down for her, and yet she still asked me to give her another one as in shock of there was another one when I already explained to her, there is another one I told her these are gonna be posters after that she walked away, helped another customer without letting me know she's gone walking away to help another customer to find their order, she couldn't find their order and yet she's still helping them while I'm still there waiting at this point it's already 3:48 PM at the end. I just told them to cancel everything by 4 PM. It's insane to me that the associates couldn't be organized. Couldn't communicate or not even give an apology. I understand we have hard days, but if you're miserable at that job quit because it's also affecting your customers never coming to this location again, and I don't recommend anyone to come to this location at least for the print service section. This place sucks, I ordered business cards for same day delivery Thursday morning, I called because I never received any message that my order was ready after 7:30 pm, I was told the order would be ready Sunday, I called Sunday and they kept saying the order would be ready tomorrow that UPS doesn't work on Sundays, so I called before going to the store on Monday, they told me everything was ready and when I got there my order was not complete, and that FedEx was handling my order now, a week later my order was still not fucking ready. I come to the Staples because it's the closest one to my home. The times I have come it's been nothing more than having to come to get the necessities. But today I encountered David, and employee there. He is by far the best employee that has helped me. There are other employees there that are nice, but because it's part of the job and others that seem forced to be at work. David, Not only made my experience a meaningful one, but he is knowledgeable, friendly, and his demeanor is of someone who actually enjoys his job and wants to help people. Awful service. I stood in line to pick up an online order for over 10 minutes while the woman behind the counter begrudgingly continue to look up at me and ignore me and avoid eye contact. When she was finished helping the woman in front of me, she very slowly went to box up, someone else's order load more paper into the printer and continue to do her chores while ignoring myself and everyone else in line. No iContact, with her head down doing something else she quietly asked me how she could help me despite the fact that I had been standing there in line and I'm sure she knew exactly how she could help me, because I was standing in the online pick up order line. I understand that we all have bad days, but if you don't want to work, then don't come in. Customers don't deserve to come in and spend an exorbitant amount of money on printing to have a disgruntled employee disrespect you. Additionally, every other time I have commit here, they have been extremely polite and I've always asked me to double check the print on my cards to make sure everything is accurate and OK. She did not open the box. She did not present the cards to me and she clearly did not care if they are printed correctly. I paid extra for high gloss and a better quality of card stock and my printing came out absolutely awful. While I try to support local businesses, I will no longer be giving my money to this location. I will be supporting another location that has a more structured staff that cares about their customers. Understandably times are tough, but that is no excuse to be outright rude. If you don't care about your job, then quit and get another one. read more

I got such good service in here today. The cashier was a sweetheart, she was a young black woman in think she had on glasses. But I really want to compliment the young lady in print, I didn't get her name but she is brown skinned with a long ponytail. She was really patient and she really helped me out, I really appreciate the help I received, I'd definitely recommend them to anyone. read more

The service is so bad. The staff has no clue what they are doing and one guy asked we wait for a coworker who was on break for 15 minutes because he wasn't sure how to use the computer! We had some time sensitive information so we decided to figure it out on our own and when we did , the copies came out very faded. We showed the employee and he said we could get a refund. We then go to get a refund and they say no, because we don't have a receipt . How are we supposed to have a receipt when the printer gave us nothing but bad copies. So they just say sorry. We had to pay for bad copies and 4 dollars to use the computer and all they offered was an apology. We are very upset as we were one of many customers having trouble with printers and they just stood there saying "I'm ready go to home" . read more

Came here on a Sunday to print out a couple copies from a usb. Out of all the 6-7 printer machines there were, only 1 was working. On top of that the employee behind that desk was not only rude but not helpful. Everytime I would ask a question I wouldn't get acknowledged. I had dropped off an item Friday for UPS and it didn't get picked up for some reason BUT I called and Tanesa didn't want me wasting my time on hold so she said she'd call me back. Well I got occupied with errands so Tanesa called back, left a message AND called back again (amazing!) to get my tracking number to search for my item and then called me back again and assured me it would be picked up that day. I never come to this Staples but recently had to start going because Amazon had diverted me to drop off my returns here instead of my normal UPS store. The first couple of times it seemed fine to drop off the items but for the last 4 days now, they are "out of labels" or "system is down" and unable to accept Amazon returns. This is frustrating because switching the option to return to UPS Store will cost me $1 which is what they suggest now like I don't use Amazon and would just switch the option if there was a better choice than waiting for them to figure out how to get Amazon returns. SMH. This place is an absolute joke. How can you be partnered up with Amazon to take returns but not have labels. They also have a ship station here so how can they not have labels if they ship items out? Anyway, I don't ever want to come back to this place. read more

I have been a customer of STAPLES Inglewood store for over twenty years. Requiring heavy utilization of the COPY and PRINTING dept. For years my "go to" associate in thatdept was 'TANG". However she moved on to another store. A notable new crop of workers there are Eliza and Zarria. Recently I had went there with a need for services , I had a historic photo that needed down sizing which I did with Eliza. However, upon looking at it it needed to also be lightened. So I went back and was served by ZARRIA !!! ZARRIA !!!,ZARRIA!! She nailed it by lightening the copy, her result was truly amazing and I left a :"HAPPY CUSTOMER" with a smile on my face.Thanks to the management for hiring and training ZARRIA. read more
