They are in what seems to be a nice new location. Clean. Landscaping nice. Plenty of parking. However when you get inside is when things seem to fall apart. The building takes up the whole corner but have only 1 copy machine in use. We all have 1 copier at home. You come here thinking they have more than one so you can expect expedited service. Nope. One copier, one employee. If you have time on you hand to wait 15 mins for service it might be okay. Otherwise do self-service at Office Depot. read more

I went into Instant Print Inc to make several copies for work. I stood at the counter getting my papers together, no one greeted me. There were two women taking in the back. I waited and finally a woman asked if i was ready. She sent another young lady to the counter, "how many copies do u want?" Really? Thats your customer service? I said hi! Id like to have copies made ( an older lady was using the one and only public printer). I asked how much do you charge per copy? She told me, i turned away and waited for the lady to finish copying. I always give good reviews for the people who do their job right but this time i had to write this negative review I went there to get some colors copies of my ID and it took them 10 min to come to me and tell me that the paper get jammed inside and that it s gonna take another 10 min . I have been to this place to print a few different occasions. Always great service and timely. I like that I can send in my items before I head down there to print. I used to go to staples on century blvd to print my items but they have bad customer support, long wait times and a bit higher prices. What it cost me to print just two of my workbooks at staples, Instant Print printer 4 workbooks. Talk about awesome! I will start using them for my monthly printing. Originally, I was going to go to Kinkos but my boyfriend recommended Instant Print. He said his mom goes there for all her printing needs. I needed to make copies of my brothers obituaries that my boyfriend designed for me. First of all, let me just say how kind and efficient Yadira was. EXPENSIVE!!! I was having printer issues and just needed to print out one sheet of paper. IT COST ME $1.70. Originally 1.20, but because they charge an arm and a leg for use of a card 50 cents extra on top of an already ridiculously high price. Maybe I'm out of touch with modern printing prices, but this just seemed a bit over the top to me. I'd recommend asking for a quote before hand, if your on a budget. read more
