He had a recommendation for a graphic designer, and when it turned out I didn't need that level of service, he gave me some tips on how to create my documents on Canva. The programs and the poster were beautiful, and I was very happy and grateful. The turnaround time was great too. The poster was even done early. I had to have some directions inserts created for my daughter in law and son's wedding invitations. Michael took the order and had a sample for me to review the next day. They were perfect. I had received quotes from three businesses and his pricing was the best of the three quotes that I received. Of the three businesses I spoke with , he was also by far the most professional and courteous. He quickly had them printed and shipped off to Colorado. Then yesterday, I sent him a friend who needed some flyers made for a new preschool grand opening that he literally completed overnight. Worst service ever! Do not recommend at all! Set up a meeting with Michael from Mina printing to go over some of the printing and design work that I needed completed by September. I emailed some of the files as he requested and we met in mid August and Michael assured me that it wouldn't be a problem and they can get it done by my deadline. After not hearing from Michael for a week, I emailed him to follow up and see if he had something for me to review and approve. No response. I called and left a message in the morning the next day. No one called me back. So I called later that afternoon and a lady told me he would call me back that day but to email him again as well. So I emailed him. Again, no response. So I called the next day and the lady answered the phone, as I was on the phone I heard Michael tell her "No, I'll call them back," and she told me he would call me back. Instead of a call on August 30th, I received an email saying, "I am going to pass on this job." How unprofessional and irresponsible! I will never use them again and I don't recommend them at all to anyone. They clearly don't value returning customers or new business and are rude on how they handle their customers. To Michael: Your reply below is a perfect example of how terrible your customer service is and how unprofessional you are. Blaming the customer for you lack of organization and lack of creativity is the reason you have some terrible reviews on here. If you had told me from the get go I am going to pass on this job or just bothered to call me back, since I did try to contact you on several occasions, then I would have just looked for someone else to handle the job. Instead, you waited a few days before my deadline to write me a one sentence email to pass on the job. How cowardly to reply on an email after I had spoken to one of your staff on a few occasions and she assured me you would call me back. Just FYI, another company with the same specifications and design freedom got the job done in 3 days and their product was excellent. Blame the customers all you want but maybe you need to reflect on some of the negative reviews you have on here and see what part of the blame lies solely on you.
