Yea. I did my civil service today supporting the neighbourhood local business... *eyeroll. The shame is, it has a prime location on the corner of an incredibly busy intersection, they've updated the paint outside etc etc... But inside is old, outdated, lousy service, old raggedy dusty computers that they have the nerve to charge you $2 to use to print. I printed 7 black and white pages and was charged $3... for what? For putting logs into those old broken down Dell desktops to fire them up and print 7 one sided black and white pages at wait for it... 25cents a page. TWENTY FIVE cents for black and white in that hot old dusty glorified garage on a corner. I ended up having to get the same sheets reprinted, and definitely didn't go back here... I made the 3 min longer drive down the hill to Office Depot, walked myself over to self serve, put my usb in and gladly emailed myself a receipt for 72 cents TOTAL... and went about my day. Copies Plus cannot justify charging $3 for 7 sheets of paper any day of the week ever. The lady that helped me left all the rest to be desired. What's more ridiculous is, if someone with some good investing sense bought this place, and turned it into what it should be? Everyone would cry gentrification... it's sad that we don't expect more and it really does the local community a disservice to have a place like this in a historic building show such little regard for its service and product. read more

This is a nice neighborhood place to pop in if you need to make a few copies or send a fax. I won't return because the older man (owner?) was overly friendly to the point of being creepy. As a woman, I suggest that you keep it professionally friendly when it comes to assisting women you don't know personally. He actually admitted he was moving slow with my paperwork, just to get me to stay longer. There is a balance between being polite with a customer without making them uncomfortable. Tired of trying to fight traffic to the nearest FedEx Office? Well this is THE place! Off Slauson and Angeles Vista/Buckler near the epicenter of Black Los Angeles, this place does everything that FedEx Office does but for less! Disclaimer: they will charge you 75 cents for credit/debit card use but they waived it for me since I was a first time customer. And also they don't stay open as long as FedEx office. However it's quicker and easier to deal with if you're not that desperate to make a last minute decision. read more

i am pained to have to write this type of review concerning a black owned business . we always want support but our customer service is garbage . im waiting for templates to be sent to me that never came im calling and getting the run around ; wrong color wrong font and wrongggg card width . the owner tells me this is what i paid for i tell him thats not what i told your employee i wanted . with all that i had been through they should have just fixed the cards but he thought i was going to waste more time and money there , absolutely not . yelp is my my 2nd stop ive started my reporting and complaints, next is the attorney generals office & THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU . next time they see a young black women they are going to think twice about the service they provide . a nightmare is what this was & i really love my people and wanted to have them provide me with much more service but this really broke my heart . troy sweetheart you have got to do better !! read more

We had a stack of paper's to be faxed, my hubby called them this morning and the owner answered the phone, he said sure come in. My hubby's plan was to drop them off like I do, however he stayed and talked with the owner and was amazed at all they have to offer. He returned home with all the paperwork faxed and in a folder marked by its contents. He said he has been passing this place for years and continue to Culver City to Kinkos or Office Depot. I use them a lot and have for year's they print T shirts and can personalized anything type of clothing, but don't stop there. There is a tax office there, all types of paper, some party supplies, they rent computers, fix computers, make copies, make posters, business cards and much, much more. It's like a little mini mall under one roof. My hubby was so happy I was in a hurry and didn't have time for him to go to Culver City. He said they're a hidden treasure and they are very friendly and give excellent customer service and that he too will join me, (his wifey) and become a loyal customer, together we STAND, and IWAL him, Lol He actually listened too me, happy, happy, happy :):):). read more

They don't open at 9:00 am I was there at 8:55am it's 9:10 am I see people inside but the doors are not open they just sit there watching the phone ring and they don't have a vice mail to tell you when they open. Once they finally opened the lady had a attitude right off the bat. Goto go to Staples at the Crenshaw Mall at least they don't have a foul attitude. read more

I've recently visit Copies Plus place an order of 250 Business Cards for 31 dollars and some cent. My order was ready in a timely manner. I get my cards I only had 100 business cards so I call spoke with someone told him my issue he said come in so we can solve the issue. The guy whom I place the order with just step out. So he come in how can I help you I go to explain to on what happen to my order immediately he get an attitude an say to me I don't make mistake I've been doing this for over 50 years so he goes on and on finally he decided to run off another 100 cards for me after I said I'll be will to the 9 dollars difference to get my 250 cards he tell me I'll give 100 more a that it raising he voice and as am walking out he still taking with an attitude then I said to him people do make mistake because it a break down in communication in process of people doing business together and I walk out weeks past someone finally call and said your cards have been here for several days am not sure if anyone contact you but your order is ready I never went back there at all it was not a good experience for me read more
