    Very professional and prompt. They have a website that is very self-explanatory with many many options! The value for your dollar is impeccable! They really know what they are doing in their print shop! They offer a lot of options as far as digital, cut outs, and, of course, obituary booklets We had a sudden death in the family and needed to get something done with a short amount of time they made our book perfectly! It looked even better than the proof that we saw online I was very pleased Thank you again

    My Fathers (George Adams) service is tomorrow 7/22/22. I saw an error on the program and sent a message. Said sister approved. FIRST, there would NOT be an error had you done it according to what was given, IN WRITING. I specifically asked for a pic to be a certain way and I was guaranteed as though she would remember. IT WAS NOT and from my understanding someone else took over the contract. Again, I sat there and point out what should be done for the cost IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE BETTER. My sister was too stress to address the situation. It you chose to deal with them READ EVERY INCH. She claim the just copy what is given to them and it was NOT. Even my expression of love was NOT in the format that I emailed. If NOT sure email back like you did when you stated it was too late due to it was already printed. If you're going to charge so much make it right!

    Obituaries was the best choice for my grandmother's Memorial Booklet. I wanted something very different from and normal funeral program & they truly brought my vision to life with a 16 Page Large Booklet . Kudos to Frank who made sure the planning process was very easy for me, being that I planned her memorial from Illinois prior to arriving there the week of her memorial. He helped me tremendously with the design process. Both Frank as well as the Staff made sure everything was perfect and went above and beyond to provide such professional yet personable service to me. My family along with the guests in attendance for her service were very impressed with the one of kind booklet. I would highly recommend Obituaries Tomorrow for your program needs.

    My mom passed away and it was a very sudden, unexpected death. Throughout grief and pain, it slipped my mind to order prayer cards. I really wanted to make them custom because I have the best idea of what my mother would like. The services were Monday April 25th and I called Friday the 22nd. The lady who answered the phone was super nice and attempted to accommodate me as much as she could. I found the price to be reasonable but they do charge a rush fee which I believe was $30/40. I received the items same day, even after they closed. It was printed beautifully and they were able to make my custom cards. I am very happy with the products and services I received from this company.

    I love that I can design funeral programs on the company's user-friendly website. I typed my papa and great-grandmother's life description in a word document and copy-pasted into the program. The templates were great and easy to modify to my liking. They informed me of any pictures that would not print well and allowed me the opportunity to bring in original copies. I was delighted with the results as this was the final gesture representing my loved ones. Recently, I requested a banner needed for an upcoming event. They were responsive to my emails and, again, informed me of any images that would print pixelated. I received the final design and appreciate the transparency along the way. To the company, thank you for your diligence in ensuring customers get what they approved and paid for. Repeat customer, for sure!

I needed a photo for my passport and they took me right away. Great customer service, they were cheaper than CVS and I was in and out quickly. Thumbs up!

There was an older African-American woman (possibly in her 80's) who was trying to return an ink cartridge (apparently she'd purchased the wrong one) the cashier wouldn't help her so she asked for a manager. When I I tell you that the manager Lydia treated this older woman like absolute trash in the street . Lydia was yelling, laughing , and totally embarrassing this poor old lady. The way Lydia treated this woman wanted me to step up and defend her but I was afraid that if I stepped in that the situation was going to get way out of hand. Apparently the older woman didn't have the same credit card with her that she had when she purchased the ink, so Lydia said that she couldn't help her. Now true, I don't know Staples policies inside and out but usually in a case like that the customer is offered store credit or cash; Lydia did neither. Again, it was just the way that Lydia spoke to the woman , it was absolutely disgusting . Had that old lady been my mother or grandmother and Lydia spoke to her that way, I swear I would've been arrested. So, after being yelled at for seemed to be 10-15 minutes the poor old lady left without being help in anyway at all. And to make the situation even worse, as she was leaving , Lydia yelled, "thank you, very much and have a nice day". I hope Lydia knows about Karma because the way unnecessarily cruel way she treated that poor woman was absolutely despicable. If these are the types of managers Staples is hiring it won't be long before they join the list of companies going out of business.

    A great local print shop that was able to quickly turn around our custom print job. The initial…read morecontact was promptly replied to and they made it easy to send them what we needed to print in short order. They beat their quoted turnaround time and we were very satisfied with the print quality and super fast turnaround. It's no wonder this shop has survived while many of the ones that used to exist in the area, are long gone. Would definitely come here again for any print needs and you should as well.

    Maybe they are good for larger printing jobs but for making copies of pictures, your better off…read moregoing elsewhere. Like, anywhere. I had YELP send out quote requests for a simple task. I just need 2 copies made from an original photo. Thats all. Color Images replies saying it was $5 and can be done while I wait. I replied to confirm and they said it was easy and to come on down. So I send my husband in the following day to drop off the picture. After dropping it off he calls me back and tells me how rude the guy at the counter was to him and just how complicated he made a simple task seem. He said the guy acted like it was just a huge inconvenience, asking several questions for what should be simple and self explanatory and complaining that they normally do larger jobs , blah blah blah. At the end of the day I hadn't heard back from them as promised to let me know it was ready. I was already on a time crunch, because I intended this picture as a gift to someone who was visiting so I stopped by to see if it was finished (4pm, drop off was 9am) and the guy said "Oh, I forgot, let me warm up the machine". About 10 min later I have the copies. Now remember, I specifically asked for a color print of a glossy photo and they specifically responded that they can provide this. What I got was AWFUL. It was a morphed, discolored, paper copy. Common sense dictates that if someone asks for a copy of a glossy photo then theyd get a glossy photo in return. Its was so terrible. I think he even tried to balance the color, which made it worse...... The original photo was taken is soft lighting but it came out like it was red..... I dont even know how to explain it other than it was absolute garbage. Like I said, maybe they do good work on large print jobs but this place had no business reaching out to me when I was specific about what I was looking for AND the guy who is at the service desk is rude and unprofessional. I dont care about the measly $5. I care that my time was wasted and that both my husband and I were treated poorly. Oh, and I had to ask for my card back because he didnt return it at the end of the task and yes, he forgot because he sent me on my way before giving it back. I drove straight to CVS and printed out a perfect glossy duplicate for under $1.00, self service, took 3 minutes, the picture wasnt damaged or bent like I had feared which is why I did not go in the first place and no drama.
