Very efficient. No frills but reasonably priced and they're quick to respond. If your files are created exactly the way you want it to look(scale, color, size, etc), and upload it that way, you'll get exactly what you submit. I was hoping that I had finally found a high quality product that wasn't going to fall apart on me like my last step and repeat did. I was wrong. We purchased the easy to assemble stand and wrinkle free banner, the banner came out great but the stand broke in less that 10 months, and considering we paid $600 for the thing, that's a pretty bad deal. And to make matters worse, when I tried to go back to Bing Banners and ask them to fix the issue, they said the fault was ours for not properly assembling or disassembling the easy to Assemble frame. Here's what I loved about interacting with Bing Banners (from another state): First of all, after browsing a number of websites that seemed to "stick ya" with the shipping this seemed too easy. Too simple to navigate. Too inexpensive to be any real good, so I pulled the reviews and everything seemed alright. THEN I placed my order. It was for my client's wedding and we ordered 10x8ft vinyl step and repeat, the stand, and the red carpet for $299 plus tax. This is one third price I usually pay from my local sign shop. The quality of the banner is exactly same as I usually get from my local sign shop, so I will definitely use their service again. They only provide printing service so you must have your own artwork. But for step and repeat, you can provide them your logos and they will arrange the patterns for you. one tip: they only accept the orders through their website, so you must order and pay on their website. I chose pick up option under the shipping method, so I did not pay for shipping but their shipping cost is very reasonable since the banner tube was 8ft long. I have used Bing Banners for several years and are usually very good. However; when something is wrong, they are not good at fixing the problem or delivering on the agreed upon solution They printed my banner wrong, and after about 20 minutes of back and forth they agreed they would print it again for me, and that I could pick it up the next morning. I came back at 11:30 the following morning and they could not find the order or the reprint. After 10 minutes of looking, they said they would have to print it again and I would need to wait for another half hour. They asked me to come back tomorrow for it, and I told them this is already my second trip and I am already a day behind deadline e because of the first error. The person who helped me said "oh ok" and walked away from me and never returned. I will still continue to use them, however, if there is an issue, they are very slow in being able to make it right, and they do not follow up to ensure what was promised will be ready on time. By the end of it, it took 40 minutes, not 30 to get the banner, but it was finally done properly. Overall good experience when everything is right, but when it's wrong, their customer service needs some work. read more

As I write this review, it's 7:30 p.m. Arizona time on Thursday, 12/8/2016 and UPS just delivered my products from Big Banners within the past hour. Why is this important, well I ordered two separate 79" x 33.5" popup retractable banners with stands and carrying cases at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, 12/6/2016 (only 57 hours earlier) and paid for UPS ground shipping to save a few dollars, but I indicated that I needed the products today; According to the woman I spoke to just before placing my order, this is their normal turnaround. They really did it. Amazing! They were very helpful on the phone and I got through the first time I called. She was patient and very knowledgeable about the products that I was interested in. She described the differences between basic vinyl and canvas upgrade and she talked about the quality of the retractable stands. I placed my order and received an email within the hour, notifying me that the order was in-process; then another email from Cynthia indicating that she had to stretch one of the files a little bit to compensate for bleed and the 4 inches hidden inside the stand. The email included both proofs for my review; which I approved. I received another email later that same day indicating that the job was being printed, then another one later the same day telling me that the job was already completed and awaiting shipment; then a final email the next morning indicating that the banners were on their way via UPS and they provided the tracking number. I opened the boxes and both banners which are needed for a trade show, look amazing. I own my own company, so quality of presentation is of paramount importance to me. The banners extend up perfectly from the aluminum stands and retract easily and neatly and are definitely professional grade print jobs printed on heavy duty vinyl. The banners look as good as any I've seen and stand perfectly vertical. I will definitely order more marketing materials from this company and strongly recommend them. read more

I'm kind of surprised I haven't written a review about this place yet. It's basically the ONLY place I go for my Step & Repeat needs. There's not much to say. You upload your high resolution files, tell them when you need your work done "and insanely, they can get it to you basically within a day or two", and then you go and pick up your order. Very simple. Now, I do live here in Los Angeles, so it's within a few hours distance for me so approval process and whatnot may be easier for me, so take that into consideration. At first, I was so excited to find this website. My clients each needed a ten foot banner printed and delivered in 3 days. I found Bing, and I thought it was handled. I ordered two banners for two separate facilities in South Carolina. Orders were placed last Thursday, I paid for 2 day shipping with Saturday delivery to have it arrive on Saturday. It would have been PERFECT. And everyone would have been so happy! The online ordering process was easy to navigate, and the prices were fair... It started out as an awesome experience. One banner arrived as promised, and looks great. However... The other one did not arrive. It is still listed as "Awaiting Shipment" on their website order status page, 6 days after the expected delivery date... I understand things do not always happen exactly on time, and anyone would have easily understood a day or two on a holiday weekend. However, ordering on the 21st, expecting 2 day delivery as promised, and a week later the site says it is waiting to be shipped... I'm an unhappy designer, with some terribly unhappy clients. Update in the name of full disclosure: A banner arrived to my client this afternoon, but it was not theirs. Bing sent them a copy of the other clients order, instead of their actual design. They're sending the new one, but only reimbursed shipping... It was 6 days late only to find out they sent the WRONG print. I will be giving this to my client for free at this point and most likely losing their future business due to the ongoing issues... I'm eating the printing cost... After much searching, found this hidden gem online. Started from scratch, using their online design tool. Quick upload of my logo, entered the text, and hit submit. My banners were ready overnight for pickup the next afternoon.
