There is something special about putting a poster on the wall that shows student work. I've been using Bing Banners since 2016, and it means more than a letter grade when a student finds out that a poster or an essay is being put on vinyl, which is way more permanent than a letter in the alphabet. Period. Thank you, Bing Banners, for making my job so interesting. read more

I have been going there for years. Thank you for always delivering excellent products. They also relocated and that work great for me on 12 minutes from my home. read more

Been ordering here since 2016. Fast reliable service. Good customer service, fair price!

Very efficient. No frills but reasonably priced and they're quick to respond. If your files are created exactly the way you want it to look(scale, color, size, etc), and upload it that way, you'll get exactly what you submit. I've had a lot of banners and vinyl sticker type decals made here and always great customer service and excellent product. I highly recommend them... tho I'm worried if I recommend them, they'll start getting too busy to do my orders. LOL! read more

I have been a customer for about 8 years and I love these guys. The ordering process could not be simpler, the price could not be better and the their attention to your little (or big) project is proof that they really want you to get exactly what you want. That may sound trite but when you have worked with other signage companies like I have, you'll understand that there are companies that treat their customers like inconvenient, dumb numbers. But I am not here to vent about how the others do it I want everyone to know how well these guys do it. I recommend them to people all the time, invariably they have ALL come back thanking me for putting on to Bing Banners and with the same conclusion, these guys are awesome. read more

Deliver was via UPS and was quicker than most. The quality of the banner is outstanding and the graphics are clear providing a very professional look. This was my first order and they have earned my business for future orders. read more

I've probably printed over a hundred banners from Bing Banners and not once have they failed. I'm a graphic designer and design banners for all kinds of events. I was hoping that I had finally found a high quality product that wasn't going to fall apart on me like my last step and repeat did. I was wrong. We purchased the easy to assemble stand and wrinkle free banner, the banner came out great but the stand broke in less that 10 months, and considering we paid $600 for the thing, that's a pretty bad deal. And to make matters worse, when I tried to go back to Bing Banners and ask them to fix the issue, they said the fault was ours for not properly assembling or disassembling the easy to Assemble frame. So all in all it just wasn't worth it. I have an event in a couple of weeks that will be step and repeat less... Thanks Bing Banners. read more

Here's what I loved about interacting with Bing Banners (from another state): First of all, after browsing a number of websites that seemed to "stick ya" with the shipping this seemed too easy. Too simple to navigate. Too inexpensive to be any real good, so I pulled the reviews and everything seemed alright. THEN I placed my order. Followed the instructions, navigated through the file type tabs. All that. BUT I SCREWED UP! The file I sent wasn't formatted right! So I got an email with the proof explaining the strangeness and how to correct it. Fixed it on my end and resubmitted. Probably interacted via email 4-5 times, highly preferred method of interaction. Everyone was personable, understandable, and so very helpful. THANK YOU to all involved for not making me feel stupid! Thank you for being patient with this newb. So I carry on, right? Like finally this process is over. Order is in correctly. Have been holding my breath waiting to see the final product ---will it be so bad???? It's amazing. Beautiful. Amazing. Everything I needed. Ya'll rock. I salute you. read more

Bingbanners provided the cheapest price for my high quality step and repeat banner. It was for my client's wedding and we ordered 10x8ft vinyl step and repeat, the stand, and the red carpet for $299 plus tax. This is one third price I usually pay from my local sign shop. The quality of the banner is exactly same as I usually get from my local sign shop, so I will definitely use their service again. They only provide printing service so you must have your own artwork. But for step and repeat, you can provide them your logos and they will arrange the patterns for you. one tip: they only accept the orders through their website, so you must order and pay on their website. I chose pick up option under the shipping method, so I did not pay for shipping but their shipping cost is very reasonable since the banner tube was 8ft long. I would probably choose shipping next time. Thank you! read more

If you're in a rush to get a banner, then they'll get the job done!! My orders are usually ready either early or on time

I have used Bing Banners for several years and are usually very good. However; when something is wrong, they are not good at fixing the problem or delivering on the agreed upon solution They printed my banner wrong, and after about 20 minutes of back and forth they agreed they would print it again for me, and that I could pick it up the next morning. I came back at 11:30 the following morning and they could not find the order or the reprint. After 10 minutes of looking, they said they would have to print it again and I would need to wait for another half hour. They asked me to come back tomorrow for it, and I told them this is already my second trip and I am already a day behind deadline e because of the first error. The person who helped me said "oh ok" and walked away from me and never returned. I will still continue to use them, however, if there is an issue, they are very slow in being able to make it right, and they do not follow up to ensure what was promised will be ready on time. By the end of it, it took 40 minutes, not 30 to get the banner, but it was finally done properly. Overall good experience when everything is right, but when it's wrong, their customer service needs some work. read more

As I write this review, it's 7:30 p.m. Arizona time on Thursday, 12/8/2016 and UPS just delivered my products from Big Banners within the past hour. Why is this important, well I ordered two separate 79" x 33.5" popup retractable banners with stands and carrying cases at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, 12/6/2016 (only 57 hours earlier) and paid for UPS ground shipping to save a few dollars, but I indicated that I needed the products today; According to the woman I spoke to just before placing my order, this is their normal turnaround. They really did it. Amazing! They were very helpful on the phone and I got through the first time I called. She was patient and very knowledgeable about the products that I was interested in. She described the differences between basic vinyl and canvas upgrade and she talked about the quality of the retractable stands. I placed my order and received an email within the hour, notifying me that the order was in-process; then another email from Cynthia indicating that she had to stretch one of the files a little bit to compensate for bleed and the 4 inches hidden inside the stand. The email included both proofs for my review; which I approved. I received another email later that same day indicating that the job was being printed, then another one later the same day telling me that the job was already completed and awaiting shipment; then a final email the next morning indicating that the banners were on their way via UPS and they provided the tracking number. I opened the boxes and both banners which are needed for a trade show, look amazing. I own my own company, so quality of presentation is of paramount importance to me. The banners extend up perfectly from the aluminum stands and retract easily and neatly and are definitely professional grade print jobs printed on heavy duty vinyl. The banners look as good as any I've seen and stand perfectly vertical. I will definitely order more marketing materials from this company and strongly recommend them. read more

Had to place a super last minute order due to the original banner place I ordered with being over 2 weeks late on my order. So glad I found this place, they had my banner ready within 4 hours! I bugged them with a few phone calls regarding some questions and they never sounded annoyed or bothered by my questions which I appreciate so much. The banner came out wonderful, they even touched up my original photo to make it more clear. And honestly you can't beat their prices..I know places that charge double for what I got. Overall super happy and I will definitely be purchasing from them in the future. Thanks! read more

Back in November of 2016, I ordered a 10x8 banner on very short notice. Chris was on it the moment I hung up with him. Within a few hours I had a PDF file for me to review. It looked great on the computer, still a bit reluctant on what it would really look like upon its arrival of course. Much to my surprise, I was very please with the quality of my banner. Everyone that took pictures in front of it complimented on how great it looked & amazed by the quality. I would strongly recommend BingBanner to any & everyone. You're not going to find this quality for the price you pay. Thanks bing banner. David Laureano The True Gentlemen's Barber www.tgbarber.com 602*487*4794 read more

I'm kind of surprised I haven't written a review about this place yet. It's basically the ONLY place I go for my Step & Repeat needs. There's not much to say. You upload your high resolution files, tell them when you need your work done "and insanely, they can get it to you basically within a day or two", and then you go and pick up your order. Very simple. Now, I do live here in Los Angeles, so it's within a few hours distance for me so approval process and whatnot may be easier for me, so take that into consideration. As for price, you simply aren't going to beat these prices. You're just not. Fantastic pricing options. Bing Banners is an easy 5 out of 5 stars. read more

They do great work, quick as all hack, and they don't up charge. Their prices are great why would anyone go some place else.

At first, I was so excited to find this website. My clients each needed a ten foot banner printed and delivered in 3 days. I found Bing, and I thought it was handled. I ordered two banners for two separate facilities in South Carolina. Orders were placed last Thursday, I paid for 2 day shipping with Saturday delivery to have it arrive on Saturday. It would have been PERFECT. And everyone would have been so happy! The online ordering process was easy to navigate, and the prices were fair... It started out as an awesome experience. One banner arrived as promised, and looks great. However... The other one did not arrive. It is still listed as "Awaiting Shipment" on their website order status page, 6 days after the expected delivery date... I understand things do not always happen exactly on time, and anyone would have easily understood a day or two on a holiday weekend. However, ordering on the 21st, expecting 2 day delivery as promised, and a week later the site says it is waiting to be shipped... I'm an unhappy designer, with some terribly unhappy clients. Update in the name of full disclosure: A banner arrived to my client this afternoon, but it was not theirs. Bing sent them a copy of the other clients order, instead of their actual design. They're sending the new one, but only reimbursed shipping... It was 6 days late only to find out they sent the WRONG print. I will be giving this to my client for free at this point and most likely losing their future business due to the ongoing issues... I'm eating the printing cost... Sorry Bing, but it's just unacceptable. read more

Great communication and service! Made sure to give a quick tutorial on how to put banner stand together.

After much searching, found this hidden gem online. Started from scratch, using their online design tool. Quick upload of my logo, entered the text, and hit submit. My banners were ready overnight for pickup the next afternoon. Ordered several 4x10 banners for our first run, some smaller 3x6 the next order, and again with our 3rd order another smaller size as well. Prices cant be beat, and the quality on the vinyl banners is excellent. (Make sure you use high resolution images for best print image). Will refer to anyone that needs printing done. read more
