Reply to David: I just recall you saying to email the address on the card and I questioned because it sounded too easy. You had time to make reparations before I walked out (visibly upset) and made no effort except to apologize. Apparently you don't mind giving a patron bad service but you DO mind negative reviews. Reviews are our only recourse these days and you need to be aware of that before letting potential customers walk out unhappy. I'll give my business to someone else.

I went to Copy Land in Gardena situated in an industrial area and entered an unpretentious front room reminiscent of the 1940's or even futher back in time which to me is cool. A man came out from the inner office and patiently listened to what needed to be black and white photocopied. 10 copies, $3.00. I was out in less than 5 minutes. I no long maintain a prInter at home since I use it so rarely, my ink dries up and jams the ink jets. Waste of expensive ink cartridges so coming to Copy Land is the way to go. Also, I avoided the hassle of photocopying procedure when doing self copy at Staples. No parking lot, but there is enough street parking. 4 stars

Parking lot is big enough for just Fedex customers. I only usually print for their "Print and Go" service so my experience here is very limited. I had a recent experience where I didn't print the receipt and needed it. I went ahead and called the store and Savannah really helped me out. She really tried problem solving and was super chill about it. She ended up leaving the receipt in store with a note. The Fedex near me has employees that just don't care so I really appreciate this locations service so far.

I started coming here during the holidays when I had a…read morebunch of returns via the UPS Happy Returns program (no packaging required; just drop off the product). There are two regular employees: an Asian man and an Asian woman. They're so fast and efficient that I've barely had a chance to chat with them. Today, I returned a pair of boots. I was assuming it was through Happy Returns, so I just put them in a random box without sealing it. It wasn't. But, the Asian woman kindly told me she'd seal the box for me and take care of the rest even though I offered to do it myself, which I should've done anyway. The guy said fill it up and sign on the bottom so we did and said it's complete then the lady came and she said you are not supposed to sign you should wait for me so I can see so I told her the guy told us to sign but we can make another copy and sign in front of you and she said no need it's OK for next time. We usually go there sometimes but I think it's time to find a new location or when we get there we should ask the guy to help us. Everyone please avoid the rude lady.
