We follow Stella Grafx on Instagram and won their monthly giveaway for a banner. I decided to also print some outdoor patio signs. Over all cecy and Rafa made the process very nice and easy. I work for a school nearby and this place has been awesome to us. We use them for all of our clothe printing needs. The sweat shirts we purchased from them last year (even with our students using them/ washing them all the time) still look great- no sign of fading or anything. For over twenty years we have been helping local businesses, schools, and sports programs with banners, business cards, custom apparel, embroidery, and promotional products. A lot of our customers have been with us since the beginning. We've since moved to an online-only model. We no longer have a walk-in location, but nothing else has changed — same family, same team, same quality. Service Requested: I had some 3x5 cardstock flyers made up for the local Wiseburn Educational Foundation Rock Around the Block that I gave a file the night before and picked up the morning of the event. The turn around was great! Sheidy and Mariah helped me size up my print to make it look great. Great team members! Quality: Professional quality prints and were cut to size. No extra work on my part so I was very satisfied. Value: There was a special running for the prints and I got a great value for the advertisement flyers to hand out. Paid under $300 for over 500 3x5 cardstock color flyers cut to size. If you think what that would take on a home laser printer and time on a cutting board you will realize what a Great value this is.

Do not have your items packed or shipped by FedEx, especially not at this location. Recently, I…read moresold an $800 turntable on eBay and decided to ship it with FedEx. Their "FedEx Office Packing Pledge" states that if you have fragile items, at FedEx, "You'll get the right solution, along with the ultimate peace of mind" with "Packages packed by FedEx Office team members at a FedEx Office location". Additionally, they state, "In any event, FedEx liability for fragile items, items of extraordinary value, and other items whose market value is difficult to ascertain is limited to $1,000". However, when my turntable arrived at the customer significantly damaged, FedEx refused to honor that commitment. The turntable plastic cover arrived cracked and broken in multiple areas. Parts were left unsecured, causing damage to the stylus and possibly the arm, which is needed to actually play a record, and most notably, the corners of the turntable were chipped on both sides. This is a heavy and sturdy turntable, which means the turntable was either forcefully dropped multiple times onto the corners, banged on something before shipping, or the turntable wasn't protected at all despite their claim of being professionals. When I submitted my claim to FedEx, I went through weeks of pushback and policy loopholes. They stated the most they could refund me would be $115. So now I have to return the customer's payment, and I have a significantly damaged and possibly unusable turntable that costs $800+ to replace, in addition to a $250+ stylus. Again, I paid for FedEx to ship and package the product, and paid extra for fragile item shipping. And still they refuse to support. It's shameful that such a big company makes these grand promises to provide great services, and when they fail, they refuse to take responsibility and leave the customer paying for their mistakes.

I got a quote 10 minutes later and they say they can have it delivered to my house by Friday! How is this possible?! Wednesday morning, I email them what I need printed thinking there's just no way they can fulfill their promise. By Friday at 3:00 pm, I received the order at my doorstep. I was shocked! Surely the quality would be sub-par as nothing can be done this fast, right? Nope! I opened the box and the 250 booklets I ordered were amazing! Extremely professional looking! I couldn't believe it. They have a customer for life. Don't waste your money going anywhere else.

Jaime from Unlimited Copy Services delivered the most STELLAR customer service I've ever received…read more And this is no exaggeration!! I was working on a court case back in July at the 11th hour. Literally. By 1am, I realized I needed copying services -- I had over 100 pages that needed Xeroxing before my court case at 8:30am that morning. I frantically called around and sent emails to a few 24-hour services that were listed on Google. No one got back to me, except for Jaime at Unlimited Copy Services. He returned my voicemail immediately, to my huge relief. Jaime was so kind and went above and beyond. At 1:41am, Jamie texted me his email so I could send him all my documents for copying. At 2:06am, Jamie had three sets of 69 pages assembled perfectly with binder clips. I asked him where he was located so I could pick up the copies. Jaime offered to deliver the documents to me instead!! By 3:21am, we met up at my neighborhood Walgreen's parking lot for the copy hand-off. Jaime was going to charge me something ridiculously low like $50 for the copies. I insisted on paying him more for his time, effort, and energy -- $125 (see attached receipt). You can't put a price tag on that kind of service -- especially when dealing with Los Angeles Superior Court!! I can't recommend Jaime's business enough!! (Although whether or not he'll meet you in a Walgreen's parking lot at 3:21am for a copy hand-off is entirely up to him!!)

He finally got it to go through but the pages were taking forever (not his fault) he even dropped something sensitive to the post office which is why he had to close at an appropriate time. He called me the next day to say everything went through after we left & I'm going to bring him cash asap. Wonderful man!! Just call ahead and don't be like me and needing a lot of work done before closing!!! Also he sells these beautiful hand carved olive wood items (mostly crosses) from the Holy Land, but they're kinda hidden so you have to look over by the window or ask. As far as the quality of the work they do and the prices i dont know because I didnt get that far. Had a bad experience when I walked in by the rude guy working there. First impression to a new customer is always big bonus and this place failed to deliver that. I really didnt mind going somewhere else, at least other places might treat me just right. read more
