The service provided here was friendly. I came in with a USPS label thinking they can still send it out. I was mistaken about that and they nicely explained I was wrong, lol. read more

I don't often leave Yelp reviews, but when something is really great, I like to acknowledge it--and when it's really terrible, I think that deserves to be shared too. Unfortunately, my experience at this UPS Store fell into the latter category. From the moment I walked in, the customer service I received was unnecessarily rude. The employee I interacted with just generally spoke to me like I was stupid. When I tried to ask a simple clarifying question, instead of helping, she responded with noticeable attitude and impatience. I understand that retail and shipping environments can get busy and stressful, but professionalism and basic courtesy should still be the standard. Customers shouldn't feel talked down to for asking questions. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because this kind of interaction reflects poorly on the entire location. I would think twice before returning. read more

This UPS store is super great for returning your Amazon purchases. However, they've got to change some of the supposed services they provide, such as document binding. Why say you offer the business but when I call, you say you don't offer it? read more

This UPS location in Lawndale is amazing. I came in about two weeks ago for the first time I mailed out a package a week and a half later I noticed didn't receive the package. I lost my receipt so I called back to the store. Talk to a representative who was very nice. She gave all my information to the manager and the store manager. Call me back with great news that she was able to find my information and was able to give me my tracking number. Long story short I was able to track my package due to the great customer service the help the teamwork at this location store. It's amazing now they Customer Service is out the door, but this location definitely have that spirit of Customer Service especially the Manager the young lady that helped me and then it was another young lady who was amazing who took my package. She was amazing. The African-American lady was such a beautiful help. Also, the Manager as well thank you. read more

I normally do not leave negative reviews but this customer service was very rude. I called to make sure if I can mail a check via UPS. First thing I do is call a woman answers and just says hello and then stays silence, I say ok good afternoon I was wondering If I am able to mail a check via UPS, lady said "yea we are UPS" ina. Condescending tone. I then state yes but I just want to make sure it can be mailed and expedited, the woman then proceeds to say " yea we do everything here its UPS". I say ok hang up and go to the store. I walk in I say hello there's no greeting from either of the two women at the front. I asked where I can get a small envelope, I proceed to write on the small envelope and they ask where to send it, I give them the address which was a PO Box and they stated we don't do that here. So now I pay for the small envelope I wrote on that I'm not even going to use. Not everyone knows if UPS mails to PO BOX. Because I didnt, but instead of being rude on the phone and saying yes we do everything we're ups, then I would assume you do everything or could have taken the time to ask what I was mailing(the store was empty when o came in it wasn't busy) Point being customer service was rude and condescending and made me waste my time and 2$ . You work with ppl which means you have to have customer service skills especially when asking about YOUR SERVICES. I wouldn't even have been bothered about not being able to mail it but just having your employees be kind would have sufficed read more

Very fast and efficient thank you ladies. My package's got there safely and no issues. Very friendly young lady.

Went here due to many great reviews. Unfortunately they lied to me. Was told wrong information on when package would arrive and that I couldn't get one signature for the 3 boxes I shipped. I laid 3 tines for a signature when it was not needed. Package showed late and I had to pay UPS corporate more money to deliver at a convenient time on 3 boxes separately. Corporate was who told be I got lied to twice. Horrible read more

I live in Lawndale and would love to support my local businesses. It's unfortunate that every single time I need a notary, no notary is available. I've been there numerous times. Why advertise this service if you can't provide this service. Off to another location I go. Bye Lawndale UPS. You can do better!!!! read more

Great service, fast and reliable shipping and friendly workers. I have a wonderful experience every time I come here.

Good customer service. They do get busy but seem to staff effectively and work efficiently to keep the line moving. However, I have never felt dismissed. I have been there for shipping and handling and prices are good. I prefer to bring my business here. read more

I came here to send a package out of state with Christmas presents in it. Belen was so helpful and she has such great customer service. My package was suppose to arrive the day after Christmas. I was so surprised to hear it arrive two days early. Belen helped me with a great price. She is an outstanding employee and was comforting me knowing I was a little sad the package was going to arrive on the 26 instead. What a great surprise that it arrived earlier. The other employees were courteous as well. This place is very clean too. This is where I will go for all my shipping needs. read more

They don't follow their store hours. They have their store hours posted outside and online but they don't follow them.

Ever since they took the feedback online- I am glad to say they def have improve with just a simple hi and small open ended questions. I work in cservice myself and I totally understand we have more harder days than most ppl esp in this specific industry. i think at least acknowledgement is the biggest thing that people can do in this field- even its small! So I am glad they took the feeback! read more
