She just stood there blinking at me and refused to attempt to pick up package. Stated it's too much work. If I could give it a negative star I would, sometimes people don't appreciate the job they have the way they treat the customer can cause negative impact to not want to go back. Madison was very rude. I helped her put my own package on top of the roller and while I was giving her the QR code for a prepaid label I noticed that the tape was peeling from from the box and I let her know if she could help me tape it back down and she said if I wanted the package back and I told her well you don't wanna help me just put the tape back to the box she said that we sell tape do you want to buy and I am telling her that they should be able to help the customer even if the tape is not sticking, but she looked at her coworker laughing like if it was a joke they don't take their job seriously. read more

Now it won't be available until Monday before 8pm, mind you, I work from home. On that day, they'll say, it was sent back to the manufacture since no one claimed the package. SCAMMERS, SCAMMERS, SCAMMERS. From the drivers to the employees working inside the facility. Why leave a door tag when the package does not need a signature, my other pakackges didn't need signatures either. Leave it at the mailboxes where all the other packages are, right in front. No locked doors and no pets or anything preventing them from leaving the package. Had I known this item from Amazon was coming via FedEx, I would not have ordered it. I have had to receive many shipments through this office and rarely have any been smooth or issue free. Either the drivers are doing something blatantly illegal, like forging my signature and leaving a package that requires my signature or not even attempting to make a delivery and instead just leaving a slip. The office staff are rude and unhelpful, refusing to use common sense to resolve problems. Whenever I attempt to adjust preference through the app or online to manage deliveries the preferences and instructions are flat out ignored. When they attempt a delivery during the day even though i specify that i will not be home and the delivery needs to happen in the evening, they tell me that there's nothing they can do and that there will be 2 more attempted deliveries before it is returned to the sender. This office is entirely mismanaged and dysfunctional; everyone from the managers to the clerks to the drivers needs to be retrained or fired. read more

When I looked at the reason why it wasn't delivered, the reason given was because was that the customer was not available. When I called customer service, it says in the recording that no signature is required, so why wasn't my package delivered Stewart. Do you totally hate it when you miss delivery at your house? And you're worried that you would probably miss it the next day? They make it really easy at the FedEx ship Center to collect your package. Even though on the receipt stuck to my door, it said to come by after 3 o'clock, I got there a minute before 3pm and had my package and was out the door within five minutes! There is ample parking in front. On my recent visit, there was only one employee working, so keep that in mind in case you see a line waiting. He was so pleasant and cheerful. I accompanied my husband to this location to ship a package to a family member. Nothing complex or highly involved. The staff was exceptionally rude. I would typically not say much but she was considerably rude in comparison to the other team member that was working. I understand having a bad day, but I'd rather wait in a longer line than have to deal with a nasty attitude. Also, not shocked that the overall Yelp rating is so low. Terrible service. Drivers drive past your apartment full speed and scan your package as failed delivery attempt. I literally watched their driver with my own eyes fly past me and claim he couldn't get in the building. A package coming from this shipping center was on their truck today 9/19/22, for delivery to my home. I was home all day, and I received a message that customer was not available. That is a lie. No one attempted to deliver nor to contact me. This same issue happened before, and after 3 days of driving by, without even ringing me on my intercom, and messaging me that customer was not available, and I was home, all 3 days, also, I ran out and chased the truck down the street. The driver told me that they do not have to ring people, to make a delivery. I did not choose FedEx, nor will I in the future. I also messaged with specific instructions including my intercom code. This is actually a very optimized location in terms of the staff's ability to get folks in and out. It's a central hub where packages not able to be delivered (usually requiring a signature, when the addressee isn't home) and you have to come here to pick up your parcel, I think, the same day as the delivery attempt from 6.30pm to 8:30pm. The only downsides to this location are: a) It's sort of in a sketchy part of the South Bay b) Parking can be tough if all spaces in the lot are full, there's really not much of an alternative location or area to park and walk. c) It's sort of hidden. If you're driving, it's right next to Costco, and you need to drive down a long driveway deep. d) Traffic in the streets can be a bit congested and tough when you leave here. read more

I have got so much bad experience with FedEx over the past 2 years and I am fully convinced that I will never ever use Fedex's services in the future! Although I was quietly waiting for them, I received the texts of failed delivery attempt saying business was closed / no one available! It was a total lie!! I don't recommend FedEx in general. Their deliveries are very poor leaving boxes in unsecured areas and leaving them downstairs of a two-story apartment complex. In recent deliveries, even though they're 40 pound boxes they don't consider who has to bring them up the stairs. In addition one of the boxes was damaged because they threw a 40 pound box on top of another 40 pound box so it smashed the bottom one. This was a delivery in mid Torrance California. read more

Extremely slow service. I went after work around 5:30pm on a weeknight to drop off a package and get a receipt. There was only one huge line, and tons of people waiting around the store (I believe they were making them wait 15-20mins to pick up packages). Only 1 person was working the front desk counter, and he seemed like he was new? Not sure why they would do that during busy after work rush time. Line moved slowly and everyone was frustrated. Workers didn't seem to care and carried on at same slow speeds as before. Parking is also hard to find, only a few spots out front. read more

I shipped a package and paid $176.20 for overnight delivery. Package was inspected, paid and shipped. Next day I received package at my door, the shipper! They returned it because the tape was not the proper tape! After talking to 20 agents on the phone, the manager, Grace at the branch...I got nowhere.
