From the start, they took the time to walk through our home and clearly ask about everything we wanted to move so they could mentally map out how to load the truck efficiently. They were extremely diligent with protection, using blankets and/or shrink wrap on all furniture and electronics, and they were very by the book when it came to reviewing the contract and confirming details. I especially appreciated that they checked all electronics before and after the move and even had me climb into the truck at the end to verify that nothing had been left behind. The move‑in was just as smooth. We had labeled certain items to go to one level and others to another, and they followed those directions perfectly, with everything ending up exactly where it was supposed to, with no damage and no confusion. Their organization and care were obvious in every box/container they carried and every piece of furniture they placed. The team handled everything professionally and efficiently. One of the most impressive parts was watching them use straps to safely lower our bed frame down to the first floor--they made a difficult task look easy. They came fully prepared with all the necessary moving supplies, including wardrobe boxes, and even provided protective materials for our delicate tiles, making sure everything was properly covered and protected. Every item was handled with great care, and everything arrived without a single scratch or issue. Artem, Kemel, Arthur, and Alexey K were hardworking, careful, and incredibly skilled. Steve and his assistants were so funny and they were quick and professional. I loved listening to them joke around in their Caribbean patois. It made the move more entertaining! When it was time to unload at the storage unit, I watched steve load many dollies, 4 wheelers, and carts with the experience of a master jenga player. He knew how to load each with a max of things that was easy to roll without anything falling off. I was super impressed. Inside my storage unit, things were packed in very well so that they left me a lot of room for me move around in between the boxes inside while the placements of everything in there made great sense. The next morning I confirmed and talked with Roman on the phone and he was very thorough and explained everything to me, including their pricing and payment procedures. On the day of the move, Alex texted me that they were on their way and arrived exactly when he said they would. They were super professional and fast and I felt totally at ease with Alex and his crew. For my 2 bedroom move, they sent 3 movers with a huge truck. They had wardrobe boxes I could use for my clothes, which was much appreciated. They took apart things like my table, tv stand, book shelves, etc. and wrapped everything. I didn't need them to pack but I would trust them completely if I had. Very happy with this experience and I'd definitely recommend to anyone moving in the South Bay (Gardena/Torrance/Hawthorne). The final invoice was also split with the deposit, which we paid a couple weeks in advance during the scheduling process, so the final invoice wasn't nearly as bad as we hoped. I called up Ian's movers and Ann extremely quick with her responses and offered me a quote. Eddie communicated well with me regarding the moving process: And 3 days later, Andrii and Vladimir were there to help my move back into my apartment. Theyre less expensive than a lot of the companies i inquired with but require a 3 hour minimum, which is standard for most moving companies in the area. I don't have much stuff, so I was a little worried they might milk the time and go over the 3 hours. But Andrii and Vladimir were extremely nice, quick, efficient, and gentle with my things. They send photos during the process of any already broken/scuffed things to make sure you're aware (and to also cover their own asses I'm sure) They finished loading and unloading a 1br apartment in 2 hours. I highly recommend and will call them again whenever I get I new place!

Thank you sooooo much for making our move seamless. *Updating a day later, after fully unpacking.* My husband and I started unpacking as the movers were still moving things. We noticed three plates, a bowl, and a ramekin had been broken. We also noticed damage to our son's play kitchen. It was still functional, but broken. We were going to let it slide because we understand that things happen, but after we've fully unpacked, there were multiple vases that were broken in one box which held value and I am pretty upset about this. So maybe just some advice going forward, be more strategic with the way that you pack things.
