Wow! Excellent customer service! I called with a minor emergency and spoke with Brenda. She was extremely nice and helpful. She had me in touch with the owner, Orlando within 30 minutes and he and his son, Joe were at my house within a couple of hours at 6:30 at night. Both were very professional, very courteous and polite and could not have been friendlier. They fixed the sliding glass door issue immediately. I am so impressed with their level of customer service. Carlos just left and he did such an amazing job. Our house was built in the early 50s and had the original bedroom/bathroom doors. The hinges were terrible and our bathroom door fell off the hinges when my 9 year old kid slammed the door shut. I reached out via Yelp, heard back from Orlando who gave me a speedy, reasonable quote. We are so happy with the work, I will reaching out to get quotes to replace these hideous aluminum windows! We needed to add a security door to the spare bedroom in our house to get some more light and air while not letting the cat get out ! I found the door at Home Depot and contacted S&H systems for an install quote. Orlando was extremely responsive and reliable and provided a very fair quote. He came as soon as I had all required parts and made sure that his team was well prepared with tools needed for the job. They ran into a few hurdles since I live near the beach and have some weathered wood frames but it was no match for Orlando and his crew! They saw the job all the way through and did an excellent job. You can tell they have great expertise and pride in their work and have some fun doing it as well. Highly recommend and hope to use them in the future for more work :) read more

Got the glass that I wanted for my console table. Friendly staff and very detailed with the choices of glass to choose from

I recently moved cross country and in the process, the glass top to my bar was lost. I was in need of a quick replacement and reached out to several vendors via Yelp. S & H was incredibly responsive, quick to give a quote and was able to get me a glass replacement within 48 hours. Orlando delivered it personally to Los Angeles from Long Beach for a small delivery fee. He even measured a glass top I decided to add to an Ikea dining table and brought the 2nd piece of glass just a few short days later! They both look amazing and I'll definitely be saving the contact info for future business. 5 stars all around! read more

I needed two custom round pieces of glass cut. I gave Teresa a sample of what I wanted. She took measurements and had the glass ready in a couple of days. She was friendly, very professional and helpful. I highly recommend S & H Glass. read more

Communication between the office people and I was timely and very polite and their quote was very reasonable. The gentlemen who came to work on my slider were on time and very professional. They had the glass in my slider replaced in about an hour. My only ding on their rating is that I did find dropped nails in my carpet. Otherwise everything else went very smoothly. I would use them again. read more

Teresa was amazing. Communication was great, price was great as well. Very friendly, highly recommend.

Wonderful work! Quick response and repair time. True professionals. No BS. Excellent quality, affordable price.

They quoted me a fair price and were able to do the job on the spot. My wife was really happy with the work, so I was Happy :)

We recently remodeled our master bathroom, and a big shower panel is the last element to complete the remodeling process. We were fed up with the contractor company which nickel and dime us on everything and dragged on the timeline. So I elected to turn to yelp, and boy am I glad! S & H Glass gave me one of the lowest quotes, but most importantly, shortest lead time, and the owner Orlando even made a weekend visit to take down the measurement himself in order to help us move things along faster. He is so personable and professional and genuine. And best of all, the installation actually showed up one day early. The quality of my new beautiful shower panel exceeds my expectation! Highly recommend this company!!! read more

Fast and good quality. Orlando is a good honesty guy and reliable. Would hire again. Thank you

Second project: These guys did a wonderful job again. I wish we had more work for them. They're wonderful!

S&H is a professional service. They showed up on time for both to quote the job and install a window. The service reps was knowledgeable and friendly. The work quality was exactly as promised and completed promptly. I would recommend their service for a window installation. The invoice was detailed and thorough. And payment was made by Zelle. Thank you. read more

Orlando is very helpful to his customers, I had a bedroom door that needed to be replaced in a tight timeline. He came out on his day off, a Sunday! Examined our door and door frame, provided his professional opinion and rough estimate. He has excellent customer service and communicated well. He also tried to help me save as much money as possible since I took on someone else's responsibility to fix the door. Very helpful and informative! read more

Great company. I have used them twice. They are easy to work with and are good with communication. The windows look great and slide easily.

Our house got broken into in Hacienda heights and the sliding door was completely shattered.. I used Yelp to get quotes for emergency window repair and a few company responded saying they can come out tomorrow... I was freaking out because we didn't feel safe that anyone can just walk-in from our back door and Orlando responded to the inquiry and asked immediately if I needed an emergency board-up! He was the only one that offered and was able to come out that night! It was 11pm and he was able to come out from Long Beach and arrive at 12am to help us board up the sliders. He helped clean the glass, checked the perimeter to make sure we're now safe and helped board up... he was our angel!!!! He will be returning to replace the glass once it arrives. Love this guy! read more

We are more than pleased with both the serve and price. Orlando made everything very easy for us. His office staff is also very friendly and efficient. We replaced a very old and very large mirror in the bathroom. They arrived when promised and when everything was done the place was clean and the old mirror hauled away. I would highly recommend them read more

I called Orlando this morning and he was able to come to my house this afternoon. I needed my shower door repaired because water was leaking from my shower. I was looking for an "extra" self for my Kenmore side by side refer, but all the appliance stores were out of stock and the manufacturer no longer produced them... Through Yelp, I had sent my desires to about 5 glass companies. Four wrote back. Three weren't interested. From the moment I started emailing S&H, Teresa P. was nothing but helpful and professional. I was able to order the exact size I needed, and was amazed when it came in the very next day! Not only that, but it was very inexpensive! My thanks, to all! read more

I sent a message out to multiple businesses requesting help on repairing the vinyl strip along our office windows and they were very quick in reaching out to me within the hour! I hadn't heard back from other places until after an hour and some didn't offer what I needed. The owner, Orlando and his partner / team were great on communication. They came out the same morning to take a look, give an estimate and helped explain to me what was happening and what was needed. Everything was fixed within a few days! While an accident did occur on the job, Orlando immediately notified me and took it upon themselves to get it fixed for us ASAP -- it's seriously like it never happened, some people didn't even notice! They take ownership and responsibility of all their work so they made sure to do a fantastic one and leave us with an overall great experience! They'll be who we reach out to when anything window related is needed. read more

S&H Glass Systems did a great job replacing my glass after a break in! They cost a little bit more but their time frame was half of their competitors. They even offer a board up service (with a fee) to close up your window or door until the glass can be replaced. The owner even came out to board up my window same day since it was an emergency. All the employees were very nice and helpful. Only down side was the clean up afterwards. But all in all, the installers did a great job and they have great customer service! 100% guarantee on all their work. So far so good! read more

We had our glass dining room tabletop replaced by S & H Glass and they did a superb job from start to finish. I've been meaning to write this review for months! In July of this year I contacted a glass company that I've used for years to install three mirrors in my large master bathroom. It was a challenge, as the mirrors were framed by tile. This company came back a few times, and could not get the mirrors to fit properly which left gaps between the mirrors and tile frame around them. They "finished" the job saying "sorry, but it's the best we can do". The bathroom had been completely remodeled, and NOBODY would have found this shoddy job to be acceptable. It was my good luck to find S and H Glass! They did a perfect job and corrected the other company's mistakes. The mirrors were not an exact fit when they first brought them in, so the next time they came to my property they brought the glass cutter to make sure it was perfect! This kind of integrity and professionalism are increasingly rare, and I was very impressed and more than satisfied with the job they did. They are my new glass company, and I recommend them 100%! An excellent job at a fair price read more
