Our house got broken into in Hacienda heights and the sliding door was completely shattered.. I used Yelp to get quotes for emergency window repair and a few company responded saying they can come out tomorrow... I was freaking out because we didn't feel safe that anyone can just walk-in from our back door and Orlando responded to the inquiry and asked immediately if I needed an emergency board-up! He was the only one that offered and was able to come out that night! It was 11pm and he was able to come out from Long Beach and arrive at 12am to help us board up the sliders. They even offer a board up service (with a fee) to close up your window or door until the glass can be replaced. The owner even came out to board up my window same day since it was an emergency. All the employees were very nice and helpful. Only down side was the clean up afterwards. I've been meaning to write this review for months! In July of this year I contacted a glass company that I've used for years to install three mirrors in my large master bathroom. It was a challenge, as the mirrors were framed by tile. This company came back a few times, and could not get the mirrors to fit properly which left gaps between the mirrors and tile frame around them. They "finished" the job saying "sorry, but it's the best we can do". The bathroom had been completely remodeled, and NOBODY would have found this shoddy job to be acceptable. It was my good luck to find S and H Glass! They did a perfect job and corrected the other company's mistakes. The mirrors were not an exact fit when they first brought them in, so the next time they came to my property they brought the glass cutter to make sure it was perfect! This kind of integrity and professionalism are increasingly rare, and I was very impressed and more than satisfied with the job they did. They are my new glass company, and I recommend them 100%!
