My 85 lbs german shepherd decided to chase a cat, but forgot there was a garden window between he and the cat. Needless to say, my window lost, but I called Juan at JC Glass & Window that evening, he responded immediately and he came out the next morning. He provided me with options and prices, which were reasonable. He replaced two glass panels with tempered glass. He took apart the window framing in order to replace the glass, but he was gracious and professional. Once done, he cleaned the area up nicely. The window turned out beautifully. Super nice person as well! Will definitely use his services in the future. read more

Juan came to repair a mirror in my bathroom that had slipped. He came on a Saturday and did a very thorough and careful job. I've had problems with my mirror since. I also showed him two of my double pane windows where the foam sealing was coming away from the frame. Juan gave me a reasonable estimate, ordered new glass, and returned within two weeks to install and seal the windows. His work was neat and professional. I'm very satisfied with the new look. read more

Break in around midnight on a Saturday night. Nobody, not even the company whose name is printed on the door for 24/7 service, would come to fix the glass or board it up all weekend. JC came out the first thing Sunday morning and boarded up the door right away. Measured and ordered glass (our door is non standard) and had it back 100% before the end of the week. In fact, before anyone else even returned quotes. He was prompt, communicative, friendly, and had a good price. Can't ask for more. read more

I had a great experience with JC and highly recommend his work. He came out the same day I called him to give me an estimate for: 1) replace old window with a dual pane 2) replace decrepit sliding glass door with a new one The estimate for the window was nearly 50% (FIFTY!) less than the Home Depot estimate. I paid the deposit (50%) on 2/1/24. My window and new door were both installed on 2/14/24. He was very kind and removed the old window a/c unit that was in the unit, along with the braces, etc. Also carted away all of the old window/screen pieces. read more

I needed two 8ft mirrors cut, I called several other companies I found on Yelp & google who claimed were open 24 hours, but they didn't even answer. I then found JC Glass & Mirror and not only was he open, available and determined, JC was able to help on the spot last minute, and within 45 minutes my mirrors were cut. He provides a professional experienced service, he is mobile or like i did I was able to go to him. He even offered to install them at an install fee but I had already preinstalled the mount brackets myself. I highly recommend JC The Glassman! read more

Jc picks up his phone and responds in a timely manner. He came over and measured the glass door with in the hour. I did encounter an issue when he told me that the glass door would take 2 weeks to come in. I called 2 weeks after I made the 50% deposit, he told me the glass door was not ready yet. I called again and he told me that he had a family emergency and that he would be able to come over the week after. I called him the following week to see when he would be able to fix the door, then he told me he could come the next day. He came to replace the broken glass door, did a fair job cleaning up the broken glass mess that was there before. The only problem was the delay, and I was worried for about 2 weeks that I might have made a deposit and lost the money. He doesn't accept credit card. Over all the work was completed and I am satisfied with the glass door. read more

I also got my mirror replaced. He was in and out in 20 minutes. So happy to have a go to repair guy in my area. I strongly recommend. Quality work. I'm very impressed. He was a pleasure to work with! I calle JC and a few other places for my windows and broken glass. It was the Friday before Labor Day weekend. I also spoke to another company and sent everyone measurements and pictures of what I needed done. Well, after a long wait on Friday not one company responded, not even the company that I spoke with personally. JC responded to me within an hour came the same day to take the measurements and ordered my glass. When I noticed how reliable he was I had him replace 3 old windows. He's very nice professional and he's such a hard worker. I appreciate his quick response. After he finished replacing our windows he cleaned everything and left everything spotless. You can't even tell that my windows were replaced. I will sure call him again for any glass windows or anything else I need. Shower doors closet doors. He's an expert. About a week later the other companies reached out with their estimates and JC estimate was still reasonable, and less than the other 3 companies. read more

This is a follow up to my last review. Originally I gave JC 4 stars. It would have been 5 but he didn't bring out a plastic part. Several months later the shower door had somehow worked its way out of alignment. The door has very tight tolerances and doesn't leave much room for adjustment. I phoned JC and he came out the next week. He reset the door and brought out the plastic part and did not charge for the follow up. The true judge of a service professional is what happens after the visit. JC came, readjusted the door installed the plastic part all at no charge. I highly recommend JC Glass and Mirror. A very high integrity service provider. read more

Juan was professional and did a great job replacing my huge glass shower door. It had been installed improperly by the previous owner and was dangerous. He was significantly cheaper than the other company I called and did great work. It's a family business and his kids help him. They are so friendly and nice. You can tell they support each other. I love working with decent people. I'll use him next time I need glass repair which hopefully won't be soon. read more
